Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Ahmed Abdelal is a true professional and a very kind hearted person as well. Overall great service from the staff of this facility.

Cmc has the best chiro doctor's in AD in Dalma street (Dr. Peter) and khalifa city (Dr. John).
I can not even imagine how my life would have looked like with out finding this treatment. I had issues with my lower back to the point I was not able to move for several days.
Even when I was pregnant with my twins I still did my treatment. Today I still try to go once a month. All issues I had with my slip desic and herniation are resolved.
For sure exercising and strengthing the muscles also helped.

OI recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kareem, and I must say that his expertise and dedication truly impressed me. From the moment I met him, dr. Kareem displayed a genuine passion for his profession and a sincere desire to help me recover from my knee injury.

I recently had my root canal done in this clinic. I would like to commend Dr. Dheeraj for doing a great job. He is very keen in every detail and it shows in his work. Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Karim when I had tendon impingement followed by a horrible case of diabetic frozen shoulder. He was highly recommended by my chiropractor. Patient, precise and relentless, Karim fought to restore my range of motion despite frequent regression inherent in frozen shoulder. Once i had 95% range back he amped up the strength work and really improved my quality of life. Have reccomended him to everyone.

Update: I don't have any more problems with dizziness and am able to move with so much more ease.
Dr Peter also took the time during each session to show me specific exercises to strengthen my back and improve muscle function and core strength.

I was very hesitant to visit any dentist here in Abu Dhabi since I am used to my dentist in my home country. But I’ve experienced a massive pain in which required me to see a dentist and my friend recommended Dr. Ahmed. I visited him yesterday explaining my situation, and from the moment I entered his clinic, he made sure that there is nothing to worry about and he started explaining what is happening and why there’s such pain. He performed an XRAY and proceeded the root canal afterwards. The whole process was very smooth, even, he didn’t inject me with strong anesthesia but I didn’t even experienced the pain I was expecting. It was my First time I underwent tooth procedure which is very smooth as I experienced with him and his assistant (Nurse Reema).

And even after the procedure, I was surprised that I dont feel any pain at all. He then performed xray again and showed me how it looked like after the procedure. It was an excellent experience and no wonder everyone in this page is writing a good review about him, he is indeed a professional doctor with a good background knowledge about what he is doing. I will surely come back to this center! Also the staff in the front desk are very accommodating.

I had the pleasure of visiting CMC twice to see Dr. Ahmed AbdelAL trained and experienced dental surgeon who has been trained well in both Egypt and Germany with over a decade of experience in complicated dental surgeries. He performed an extremely difficult surgical extraction on myself due to deformity in my wisdom molar roots which made it almost impossible to extract safely due to its extreme proximity to my facial nerve which constitutes a huge risk of facial paralysis but Dr. Ahmed made the impossible where he extracted the crown completely leaving the root totally intact and clean ending a long agony I had for the last 4 years being scared to death of that procedure but he did it and he excelled too which made me come back again to do a tooth filling where it was outstanding work as usual with the minimum debris, pain or side effects whatsoever. No matter what I say to thank him for his performance and dedication won't be enough.

I was facing severe frozen shoulder problem. To the point that my orthopedic had suggested surgery as a last resort. No movement of arm at all. Already tried physio and medication. I started visiting Dr. Peter (chiropractor) upon suggestion of a friend and so far the results has been amazing. Few sessions since then and my arm movement has restored to almost 95% and very little pain remaining. Wonderful experience so far.

Doctor ahmed dentist is very friendly and treated my tooth very well and done the crown nicely.

I was there for laser treatment and found out that no discount is applied on final bill though I had Discount Card. I confirmed while booking that there shall be discount. Laser service was not up to mark. I had my hair grown in 3 days after treatment. African lady Receptionist was very helpful and offered perfect customer service and that is the reason 1 star.

Dr. Ahmed Abdelal, general dentist, was amazing and made my experience a pleasant and painless one!

Sorry to say this. This is not related to any other specialty but I was there in the noon time to have a consultation with a GP. With the complaints of runny nose, acute pharyngitis and headache for 3 days. (3x negative PCR/COVID Test). First of all, I am sick. It's been 1 year that I have been using my insurance in different clinics. I am assigned everywhere in the UAE because of the nature of my job as a Registered Nurse. My insurance is Al Ahlia Insurance (NAS Network Provider). I did not encounter any problem with my insurance before and any other insurances in my previous companies. I went to the Pharmacy to take my meds. I did not notice that the nurse gave me a prescription without insurance details (Insurance Provider/ Card or Membership ID) and a DAMAN prescription advice form. My God. Then I went back to CMC. They provide already the NAS prescription advice form but the stamp of the doctor is only photocopy. And still the prescription paper is without my insurance details. I went back again to CMC. I'm really disappointed with the service. Because 3x I went back there and in the pharmacy. Imagine so long the waiting time in pharmacy and I was walking crossing the road. The weather is hot already. I was so tired and this is a simple issue. There should be a centralized/ common prescription paper with insurance details of your patient in all specialty. Your IT can solve it. The nurse and the clerk/receptionist should double-check also. I understand that Life Pharmacy did not dispense immediately the medicine. Because they are following Patient's Rights and International Patient Safety Goals. Hopefully this will serve as lesson for all.

Dr. Peter Vithus is very skillful and gifted in applying several chiropractic adjustment methods. He applied a special manipulation technique to adjust my neck which helped me in a way no other chiropractor, or manipulation technique had achieved in the past.

I noticed dramatic improvement from the first adjustment,   effectively treating the chronic severe headaches and cervical nerve compression due to an accident.

I am very grateful to Dr. Peter. He also took the time to explain the functions of the deep lower back muscles associated with movements of the vertebral column; and showed me specific lumbar exercises to stablise and strenghten the vertebral column. Thank you Dr. Peter!

I did visit CMC (Dalma street branch, Abu Dhabi) for laser tattoo removal on October 17,2021. While consulting with the doctor, she said it’s going to cost us AED 700 for each session after evaluating the size of my tattoo. After the treatment, when we came to billing and enquired about Fazaa discount (which is accepted in CMC), all of a sudden game started changing and they said the actual price is AED 1200 and AED 700 is the doctor’s discounted price offered to you. I was like ’nobody told me about real charge or discounted charge yet. How can it be a surprise? As part of convincing customer, they called the doctor over phone and put it in speaker for me to hear. Things got changed again, as per her over phone it become AED 1300 dhs per session and discounted it to AED 700 for me. In short, they did not want to apply any discount such as fazza and they manage to make us pay whatever they asked.

Initially they said the pricing is dependent on the size of the tattoo then they said it depend on the doctor. ‍️️

They charged us AED 700 and allowing us to leave without issuing a bill for the payment too. When we insisted for a receipt, they produced a bill with AED 1200 that does not have discount applied and put the remaining amount as patient due…‍️️ the more questions we ask, the less clarification we got.

Anyway going to share the experience and receipt with fazaa to let them know how privileged we are, having their service too.

Moral of the story! There is a minimum amount of coordination required for any drama even if it for cheating the customer.

The slimming sessions were perfect specially the nurse Marilyn, she is very professional and knows her job perfectly, she also advised me what to eat and how to keep fit, really I have to thank her.

I was visited CMC for my slimming program. But I stopped because I become pregnant.
I was visiting twice a week Marlin for my sessions, and I must say she was amazing and very friendly and respectful and did her job with extreme perfection.

I did the slimming seasons with marlin she’s such a great person literally the way she will treat her customers makes you feel like you’re a vip, I recommend her big time

Spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my appointment only to be told that the physician has patients during my appointment time. Very slow and unwelcoming staff. Very disappointed in the overall medical care.

I have seen 2 chiropractors, Dr Akhtar did a good job on a back pain following a skydiving issue but it is not the case for another doctor I prefer not to name.
I had to go back 4 times, each time it took 5/10 minutes and being asked to come back more. For a torticolis. Each time paying 350 aed. He was always saying "I need more sessions. "
It stopped when I had to go back on Thursday as the situation was getting worse. After a 5 minutes conversation and 2 manipulations, I was asked to come back on Saturday. The same evening the pain was so intense I called the Canadian Medical Center and they had the Dr calling me back. He advised to wait Saturday and to use pain killers.
I ended up in a hospital emergency where I had a proper solution to my pain and torticolis.
Be careful of that center.

Poor receptionist attitude, isn't willing to gain more customer neither is expected to have a loyal customer. Not gonna recommend to family or friends.

Horrible experience with their dermatologist Dr. Paula, Delma branch. I went there for my excessive face sweating problem as I saw at their website that they do hyperhidrosis treatments. Doctor injected me medicine on my face and scalp saying its for excessive sweating without explaining the procedure clearly and informing me about the side effect. After 2-3 days my whole face got swollen and one side of my face became stiff (paralyzed). She gave me medicine for 1week and advised it will go in 2weeks. I went again and she told me to give another 2-3weeks. Its1.5 month now, my face muscles are still stiff, I cannot smile properly (I look horrible if I do) and one side of my lips tilted down. Doctor told me later that she actually did botox on my face. My sweating issue didn't get resolved at all and I am with left with the side effects. When I told her she suggested me to give free touch up injections again, which I refused to take because I cannot trust her again. Now I am just waiting for it to wear off, going through a miserable time. The treatment was pretty expensive (I paid 2500Aed) which was a total waste. I would request CMC to take necessary actions and to give my money back.

Unprofessional clueless staff, they charge 400 just for consultation and they try to make u book more sessions and package just to make u pay. They dont take thiqa, and even if u need a painkiller to be prescribed they wont write it so u pay for ur own medicine. I wasnt able to walk, no one offered help or even a wheelchair. Worst place to go when u are injured. No care or help given.

I visited a GP doctor at Delma branch. The problem was a chronic back pain. The doctor was gentle and took his time with me, and referred me to a physiotherapist. I went there for assessment in order to send a report to the insurance company and since then (MORE THAN 10 DAYS) I haven't heard from them (approval usually takes max 2 days). During this time, I called them 3 times to check the process and I've
been told we will get back to you once we get the insurance company approval. Unfortunately and obviously what they care about is money, and not human being (i am under the basic Daman) and not the high standard
insurance. They don't bother to double check my papers and let me know what is going on. This is pure business and it does hurt. Cause i have a Lebanese friend holding a better insurance card than mine and he has been treated properly. After all, i am going to cut it out with this unprofessional center.

UNTRUSTWORTHY / UNPROFESSIONAL
Although there are at least a couple of good professionals that work here the management lets them down.
Recently I had requested a service by pay & claim that had been completed many times without issue previously. Unknown to me at the time, they changed the service description on the Invoice which made it invalid for pay & claim. The matter was escalated to management who were unwilling to resolve the issue despite suggested solutions being presented to them and even though they were willing to change it back for future treatments. Very disappointed

ONE OF THE WORST DENTISTRY IN ABU DHABI, UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE THREE DENTISTS IS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOS THE CAUSES OF MY TOOTHACHE. YEAH THE RATE IS OKAY AND THE SERVICE IS OKAY BUT THE OUTPUT IS VERY VERY POOR.

Worst management.not managing appointments properly.they changed my appointment three times.wasting of time.

Dr Nageena removed my back pain completely, and I'm back to my normal self now, exercising three times a week, which seemed an impossible dream following a massive disk injury.

Do not waste your time booking appointments because anytime without informing it will be removed or it will be cancelled. 2x my appointment has been cancelled in this center. Would not recommend it to anyone.whats the point of booking appointments on this place tsk

I visited this place for physiotherapy and to be honest it felt great. The doctor I used to see left though and I am hesitant to see any other doctor I don’t know. I did acupuncture, muscle training and follow up exercises that did help for my lowerback pain, shoulder pain and neck pain.
