I have been doing my visa medicals here for several years.
Super convenient & clean.
I have always taken an appointment so I don’t really how the situation is for walk in’s.

Apart from the normal 48 hr service, they also offer fast Track options- 24 hrs reports (AED 350) & same day reports (AED 500).
Bear in mind though that reports on the same day are generated only if the test is done before 11 am. Do it after the cut off 11 am & the report is generated the next day.

A complimentary blood sugar test is also offered with the fast track options.

What I most appreciate is the convenience offered for visa renewals from other emirates.

Unlike other visa screening centers where the hard copy of the report needs collection & physical pushing into the immigration system, Capital Health Screening is connected to the system.
This means the medical report is automatically plugged into the system. No going back, no collecting hard copy, no headaches!

System is down. I have appointments on 9: 30 but staff is telling System down. But they not sent us any SMS or Call. Now lot of people r waiting here. Very bad situation. The waiting area is too much small and full.

Long waiting time.only one counter working.no parking for customers you have to walk too far under the sun

Very slow service… after taking appointment for 9am they kept me waiting for 2 hours. Not recommended to go there for Medical health screening. SEHA (near SKMC) is better option.

We are in a digital world, the UAE is the best country on that but capital health screening is still back they didn't accept me to use my icp app that app made from uae government but that medical center dosen't accept it?

My appointment was at 9AM on 28/03/23and I arrived at 8.55AM. Only three counters were active. In spite of less staffs they were taking breaks also. At 10.45 i have taken token again for fast track (Paid extra AED 100) to speed up my Q. Such a bad experience. Not recommended.

What is the point of having an appointment system if you still need to wait 2 hours inside to process the documents.
Most counters are closed.
Very slow service.
Nothing has changed‍️

Waiting for more than 2 hrs, just because no one is working and only one counter is registering! Where’s the other staff

Worst experience ever non professional staff first they told us to wait medical will be done in maximum one hour then we sit their for 4 to 5 hours if you are not interested to give service to walkin said them no and ask them to take appointment and came back but they make it hell for walkin they asked to wait for one hour but it took 4 to 5 hours and their staff after wait told us who ask you to wait we are not responsible for your time if you want to go you can now very great service and professional staff very weldone for your cheap behavior thank you if you just want to make money by making wait and ask them to go by fast track and pay 350 instead of 250 is great earning strategy

Long waiting times to get things done… many of the counters are not open and I’d suggest using other facility… 9 counters and 3 open and two functional.

They basically force you to use fast track if you don’t want to be here for hours.

Security giving ticket as he likes I’m very upset but as totally I hope read my comment for general improvements not for showing bad experience only

Not happy with time delays - Sitting and waiting here - only one counter for all females and VIPs is operating.

I just arrive and see the security pass the customer according appointment as soon as there is many people came and they didn't know the piriority for appointment as example i don't know that u should to schedual for appointment so how i can make appointment to avoid crowded in the feature

Used to be the best screening centre, not anymore, very random process, regardless you come with appointment or not you will never figure out how the process work. Came twice once without appointment as i been advised but i been rejected. 2nd visit with appointment, however the centre was closed (unbelievable). The security who is running the plan told me they closed as they have enough visitors already and ignored fully my appointment.

One lady for blood test taking very long time with no clear reason! Service level dropped drastically compared to previous visits, service staff loud and extra talkative

Most ppl don't no but service here is at same price as Seha and it is quick, not much waiting time if you book appointment.
I been using Capital Health from last 9 years.

Worst service I ever met. I have an appointment at 10.30. Right now 11: 45 still am waiting for my turn. Only three counters keep opening. Don't waist your time here.

The time it takes now is horrible. Asked to get an appointment and not available for like 5 days.
On top of that, going wallin and being that i will not be taken inside and i am wasting my time.

This center is best for group and VIP. If you are going walk-in then please keep your 3-4 hours reserve for medical. It's like they are doing for free.inside half counters are closed.

It is the best mefical center. Tge staff is very kind and coprative. And the best thing is when i went there they said walk in people are not allowed then we make a request. Then the arabic lafy came out who is the head and she listen to us and alowed us to go in. We apriciate that arabic lafy she is kind anf helpfull.

I had one of the best encounters today. I was treated with al lot of respect by Mr. Saleh Ayash and the team. He was holding my passport and assisted me in every single step. I finished the whole process in 5 minutes.

Very Very happy with my experience, All of them professional. The whole process of the employment medical check took less than 20 minutes.

One of the best medical centres here in AbuDhabi, it took me less than 10 minutes to finish the entire process for the Visa Medical Test.
The place is clean, well organised and the staff are friendly.

They are not sending result to email. Also they are not prividing application number so we can search for our request.

In number ticket it says that total waiting time is 5 minutes but it is not.
It takes more than an hour to wait.
Too many people to wait but counter only 3 are open. Need improvement.

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!
I have called you a lot of times already regarding the 1st dose result of my husband. He took it last Aug 10! Can you believe it? It's already Sept 12 and it's still not showing in his al hosn app!
Everytime I call you, you would always tell me that you sent an email to your team regarding the issue, that you sent an email to the alhosn to update his files and to let us wait for 24-48 hrs. But I don't think the problem is with the Al hosn team. You yourselves don't update the files! Too much excuses!
I had my 1st dose in Seha and the result already shows in my Al Hosn app the next day.
So who's problem is it now?
He won't be able to enter his work's premises because it's as if he's not vaccinated at all.
I'm posting this review because I've had enough. This is too much! Of course it won't be green yet because he's not yet fully vaccinated. But the point here is that, you must update it on time so he can at least show that he had already his 1st dose!

This is not even the first problem we've had with Capital Health. I booked his 1st dose before and you scheduled it on holiday! I think its Aug 19 or 20 if I'm not mistaken, He went there on the scheduled date and no one's there. You already know that you won't be working on holiday and yet you booked us on that date?
So I rebooked the appointment in Capital Health Mussafah by Sept 9. And when he went there again, his name was not even on the list so I called you again and you told me, that you transferred him in Capital Health Al Jazira. Without sending us an email or even a text message? Really? And now, his result is not showing in the Al Hosn app! It's been a month!

I got the Booster vaccine (Pfizer) on 19 August 2021 and until now the same is not updated in the AlHosn App. This is in spite of several contacts with CHSC as well as 8001717. Every time I call only tickets are registered and nothing has happened so far. What should I do now.

It's hard to make an appointment with them.no response from the email and when u call them they will said yes they will book you but u have to follow up with them a lot of times.

Appalling service. Had to wait one hour on a fast track service because apparently the" system was down"

I visited the center today. There was a long cue outside on this weather. No AC, none to talk to apart from a security gard who apparently doesn t know how to treat clients with respect. I was disappointed with the service.

I dont have a car or any means of transportation. I just walked on their drive through lane and they accommodated me. Hehe. The clerk where i paid served me with enthusiam. He greeted and smiled and assisted me well

The process is a mess.
Booking an appointment is fast, but you will never go in on time.
You must wait at least two hours.
The sad part is, nobody knows why.

I visited here as per the information from their website. It was given that the working time is 8AM to 3PM. I reached by 2.35 PM. There was a notice on the gate says that the last token provided 30 minutes prior to the closing time. It was not mentioned in the website. I was driven a long way by taking half day leave from my work to reach there. And I was disappointed. So please be there 30 minutes prior to the closing time.

Clean nice place, the process of examination did not take much time, but unfortunately 2 of the workers had bad attitude with loud voice, also the results should have been informed to us by sms message within 48 hrs of doing the exam but actually I waited for full 5 days & nothing came through sms, so I had to call them on phone multiple times with no answer at all, only they kept me on hold, then when I had chat online with them they disconnected the chat improperly, also collection of the results has to be done through the center & I had to go there twice to collect my wife's results, although previously I got my results through e-mail.
This is very easy to overcome, by sending results to the registered e-mail as per customer's own request, it does not need any efforts or intelligence.

Worst customer support. Behind them for last 2 weeks for update of medical reports in immigration system, they were least bothered. Ended up with waste of paying money for my test.

It was a big mistake to make pcr there,
Not coming in AlHosn APP, i called customer service 4 times, but no any action taken,
I called AlHosn App, they said the problem from Capital health.

Same issue happened withy wife

Went in there twice for PCR test, and never had to wait for more than 10 mins. Staff had been very courteous and friendly, and the process went extremely smooth. Had been to seha centre before this, and spent 2 hours waiting in line even after taking appointment. All in all 5 star rating for capital health pcr drive through pcr test centee.

I went to the centre on Sunday 28th february as I had heard the test was quick and the result was available on Al Hosn within 13 hours. I got the negative result via sms on Monday but till now the result isn't showing on al Hosn. I emailed and called the call centre numbers but I am just being told that SOMEBODY WILL get in touch with me about it.
I want the report in pdffor my work by Saturday but when I asked for one, I was referred to from one number to another.
It's really callous, unpleasant and unprofessional behavior that not only might I need to pay for another test (with no al Hosn or pdf in sight) but the extreme lack of follow up and lazy attitude is indeed appealing.
I won't ever go near this place for anything

Very very bad reception for PCR drive thru.came few minutes after 5: 30pm my kids were with me and they refused to let me in. I pleased the security and everybody standing there to let me in coz my young kids were with me sleeping in the car and they refused to let me in knowing that only five cars were in the drive thru and they said we close at 5: 30pm and not at 6: 00pm.very inhumane and very bad with no consideration of people's circumstances.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the whole process was quick and efficient. Very impressive stuff.

They except credit or debit card present (2018) charge 250 AED They only carryout blood sample and x-ray for chest, that's all and report available within 24 hrs online
