The worst service you can get. I booked an appointment before the visit, and when I visited, I was delayed for more than two hours after my appointment. The staff is bad in dealing and unprofessional, and the service is very bad.

Less guidance and more delay, behaviour from staffs where not acceptable. Even i did not received any response from customer support.

Why we need appointment? And also there it says half hour procedure. How they can manage with 2 staff. Very bad organizing.

Please don’t visit this Centre with family n kids. I went to this Centre today around 2 PM with my family and 2 small kids. They told us to come on Sunday because lack of service counter and people. They have Still one and half an hour time to close the Centre as working time end at 3: 30 PM even though they are not ready to issue ticket. Please note that I try to book appointment, but they have blocked this function as well, so I m not able to take appointment. Totally disappointed with their service. Also behaviors of security and reception guys is not acceptable.

So crowded, forget 30 mins, it's gonna take atleast 3 hours. I tried two days to get my test done, no luck. They shud either open more centres or manage the crowd better!

Very Fast, I choose express Service it’s 100 AED more but at the same time I finish my X-Ray and Blood test in less then 5 mints, I highly recommend to choose express if you want to save time.

I went to screening center without appointment on a Sunday morning around 7: 30, get ticket and complete the process by 9 am, waiting area is not bad, toilets facilities should be improve in the mall. EFM / Security staff assisting the visitors were well behaved.overall good experience.

I am very impressed with the service of Capital Health! I came at around 9 o’clock in the morning and finished under 30 minutes only. Maybe because they are giving priority to ladies like me even without Appointment. All the staff i’ve encountered with were very professional and well-mannered. Kudos to all of them!

Really had a worst experience.the place is full but no staffs are there in the counter.the staffs don’t even care if there are any customers or not.they’re just sitting inside the counter and talking but not calling any customers.my number was after 40 people and they took 3 hrs to finish.the management really needs to rectify things.

Very professional, if you have appointment, your test will be completed in 10-15mins. Following all covid protocols.

Very good Visa Medical center in Abu Dhabi
I went there for visa medical The process was very smooth.
There is little crowd but if you book appointment prior to your visa medical, you will save a lot of time. It took only 10 to 15 minutes for me to finish my medical.
There are many people coming by walk in but if you book appointment in advance they will give priority.
Location is very easy inside Village mall 1st floor.

Don't be fooled by the reviews or comments, as each review is an individual perspective of the service they received, most of the time those who faced some difficulties (long waiting time or bad staff behaviour) express the anger through the review, and the majority satisfied customers never even give reviews or feedbacks.

I have used the service twice in the past 2 years for my wife, both the time experience was excellent, yesterday I went without any appointment and finished the entire procedure in 10 minutes, also their were no queue for male side also.
It's all about timing you are going, as far as I believe early morning and weekends are the rush hours so avoid those and try to go noon time so that you can finish quickly.

For me the staff behaviour was exceptional and exceeding expectations, after all it's a Mubadala company.

I took appointment for my visa medical screening and i went to this screening centre. Right from the entrance i got a very good approach of staff members. They finished the process in 20 minutes. A very recommended place for visa medical screening.

I went today (04/04/2022). It was quick service for visa medical not too much waiting hours within 30 minutes everything was done but staffs need to polish their behaviour kind of unprofessional behaviour was observed not by all but some other than that service is quick appreciated

Very bad service. Asking you to choose date and slot. We chose 21 May 14: 30-15: 00 and made payment online. When you get confirmation, your money is gone and it shows no slot available and show your appointment number but without any appointment number printed. When asked about it over the telephone they said that’s how it was and we can just go there and show the confirmation. We checked in at their Village Mall branch at 2: 50 PM and still waiting for our turn. Go for SEHA center in Abu Dhabi much better and faster service.

No proper arrangement for queue, just everyone coming and entering without following queue and appointment.

I went there for my visa medical test.security in main entrance who was checking pcr test and previous visa. There behavior was not good, one of the security talk to me very rudely. However, when I enter into the visa scanning are I asked to reception guy (two guys were sitting there) who is sitting inside the glass room, I asked him for help to get the coupon, he replied to me in this way “this is only report collection go there my friend and closed the window very first” he was so angry I didn’t know why, maybe because I was looking ugly or what. Anyway I didn’t expect this kind of service from Mubadala group company. The staffs need proper training specially that Arabic guy. Thanks,

Visa medicals for Dubai Emirate can be done here. You have to bring Original Passport & EID and if visa medical is for Dubai emirate bring a hard copy of your medical insurence too. Capital Health Screening centre has its branch in Al Jazira, inside football stadium - Abu Dhabi town. It will be better to call their free line and book your appointment to avoid the rush. Dated to this comment, within 72 hours PCR negative result is required to enter the screening centre.

It's very long queue, people need to wait for atleast 3 hours, the service is not up to the mark. Compare to the counter inside with the people are very less. And simply they mentioned Visa medical Under 30 minutes. Once I asked one guy from them, he replied, it's for VIP. Very pathetic.

The path section for visa screening of women's passes through many men, should be separated from starting.

I am calling since morning today regarding the inquiry of COVID 19 Vaccines but no one answering this is totally unprofessional.

Staff is friendly, but waited way too long as only one nurse available and she was, as per explanation from the staff, in the washroom. Almost 1 hour long.
Don’t recommend at all.

Based on reviews, I took my nanny here to do her medical. Worst service & decision ever. A complete waste of time. House maid need to take a urine test & get the results before doing their medical. We waited over an hour for the urine results. The whole medical test took almost 2 hrs. We were 1st patient of the day.

Great service very quick and clean facility. Went early weekday morning and was out in under 30 minutes.

They finished the medical in 10 minutes, but they tend to close the center before 3: 30 pm which is their official timing dont know why.

As per them its from 7 am till 2: 30 pm.

I used their service for visa renewal.took only 30min.not busy at all, nice and friendly staff. There is a typing centre if you haven't done your Emirates ID application online.that would take a bit of time.medical test result will go automatically to the immigration, so you don't have to go back there agin.documents you will need to do the ID registration and medical test:
Original passport with your previous visa in it.
Emirats ID and your credit card to pay:)
