The Good:
This mall is committed for covid protocols and only Al hosn green pass holders is allowed to enter the mall. You have lulu supermarket for all grocery requirements. Thread's shop for Gems groups school uniform Located in 1st floor.

The improvement Corner:
Most of the mall shops are empty. Also no lot of restaurant choices available. Need more hygiene in toilet facilities.

Stars are only for my Lulu experience. This Lulu is better than that in Mazyad. More variety of grocery items, more spacious & more options in Hot Food section.

Not really crowded. Ample parking space. Kids playing zone on 2nd level is awesome. Lulu hypermarket is big and you get everything under one roof.

Has just a few shops and caffee but it's not crowded and has very big Lulu market has everything you need and lots of offers

Place only for Lulu Hypermarket and play area for kids. There is not options available for food / restaurant.
Most of the space are still vacant.

Only shop available is Lulu and others are almost closed, but in this pandemic situation recommended for grocery/vegetables shopping and also for garments

Tranquil shopping mall with a hypermarket, local boutiques, a food court & a kids' play zone.

It's a beautiful Mall with promotions on different stores. But there are several vacant shops here.
Hope those will be full of life soon.

It has the biggest LULU Supermarket and you can find what ever you want for house, Except the mall still brand new till now.

They also lulu.my daughter like lulu here favorite from the day we enter UAE 2016 till now we go for here sake though she specifical KID we take her

اللولو فيه متجر متنوع ،، وانصح بشدة إجراء فحص كورونا فيه بسبب سرعة الاجراء والنتيجة من 3 ساعات المستعجل ب130 درهم تقريبا إلى العادي في 12 ساعه ب 65 درهم (خيار سريع للسفر)

Perfect place for Lulu Lovers. Huge and quiet place to shop at Lulu Hypermarket and Upper floor contains Lulu Department store for Clothing section.

Capital mall inside we have lulu. It's a big lulu in mussafah location.no people rush.we can do shopping in relax mood.enjoyed it

Very nice shopping experience.but now due to corana lockdown some of the shops kept closed particularly food court in the second floor.

Parking is a lot always available near to the stairs that goes directly in front of lulu

A big mall, big parking lots, big spaces
But not completely occupied, many shops are closed, don't really know what happened with this mall.
Only good thing is huge LuLu Hypermarket with less crowd.
Hope it will boost again.

Due to out of the way place and not a perfect entrance along with odd parking system. The mall shops are even Vacant. The mall is basically running cause of Lulu Hypermarket.

I can't give more than 2 stars because this is a mall with just lulu supermarket and hypermarket in there and maybe another 4 shops a gold jewelry shop, a Dates kiosk, a bhukoor and perfume kiosk as well the mall is huge and empty and probably because of how boring it is the staff inside lulu aren't polite either especially the ones at the customer service they keep talking to each other instead of listening to your query

This is one of the least crowded malls and usually most footfalls are for the lulu hyper market which is very good and big. The mall has a lot of space for lease and I feel only 20 to 30% space of the mall is occupied with limited shops and food court. Parking is always available and good. To shop in less crowded place this is a good one.

Not much shops in the mall. Though it is best for the Lulu supermarket, which is the biggest in Abu Dhabi

Very quiet, people visit there only for lulu as it has big store there, no side sights, very few fast-food, going there is just waste of time

Less crowded biggest LULU supermarket sometime it looks deserted with very low visitors as its just next to Mazyad mall

This is like a normal mall. I does not have a speciality.if u love simple shopping.then this would be ok.it has lulu, use exchange, malabar gold diamonds, action zone n numerous shops. Not many will come there.so there won't be much crowd.it is good for families.

Lulu at capital mall is good as always.
Entire Staff is co operative.
Everything under one roof.
Requesting to keep simple and affordable wooden / steel frame chairs for sell.

Best customer service. And the manager of lulu he is the best manager I have ever seen his staff is very good in customer service.

Capital mall is one of the best mall of Abu Dhabi. We can find almost all fashionable apparels, cooked or non cooked items, groceries, jewelleries, exchange inside the mall. Lulu hypermarket can be found inside which is the best one stop destination for all our needs.

Lets rename this to Lulu capital mall lol.there is nothing else in this mall. I like to visit because of no crowd even friday evening in Lulu.thats like a surprise for all south indians

Peaceful less crowded place! Lulu market, Ethisalat customer care & few other shops and an international Gym is an added advantage.
