Overall good place though a bit on the expensive side.

One of the most beautiful places in abu dhabi at all times (morning, afternoon, evening) it has the most beautiful view ever you'd seen, especially evening time with the lights' reflections on the sea, calm place and it's very suitable for couples and families, usually its crowded on weekends, prices are not less comparing to other places however the view deserve you to visit and see it, they have very delicious food from the middle Eastern kitchen and the western kitchen, they serve sweets and wide selections of drinks.

Very rude attitude and worst experience ever

The food is good yet waited for a long time but the service is not good as they didn't accept our recommendations and didn't like how they took forever to take our order and was rude.

Bad service with high prices based on quality and taste of food. But in amazing location opposite to Corniche and nice view.

Very bad experience, the customer care is below expectations. Imagine drinking morrocon tea in cartoon cup and when requesting glass cup they give very big glass (glass of water).
Really very disappointing and bad experience.

Service was good. Overpriced for average Italian food. A small mini calamari cost 55aed. Starter soup bowl with croutons (not even a bread slice) cost 40aed.

Dont order the Avocado Crab, you will get A sliver of Guacamole.
The Shrimp Appetiser is more like a tasting dish.

Disappointing

It's a large restaurant and coffee shop. Wide amazing area on sea and closed quit area plus and area for shisha and watching T. V.if you like to sitting good time with frineds and use Shisha, watching football match its the best place, but food is not the first choice there.

Absolutely terrible service - waiters stole my AirPods! Happy to take your money, but no concern for their customers above that. There are far better places to go to, I 100% do not recommend this place.

Nice place to enjoy breakfast with friends. We ordered English breakfast which came so fresh. Reasonable price and the view is amazing.

Be CAREFUL! So this restaurant is actually Casper and gambinis, the menu is of Casper and Gambinis but when it will come to the bill it will suddenly be hookah lounge and so they will not let you use zomato pro. I am upset as a paying customer that this is such a huge confusion that their is no mention of hookah lounge and I’m being charged of that restaurant. How do I know the price? How do I know I am getting the same service?
The staff was barely available. I had to ask for the shisha guy to come change the coal every time. I have never been this irritated. Horrible experience

That is how they served the hot chocolate and when I asked about the spilled hot chocolate, the waiter said "just a little bit".
So you can imagine the quality and service for the rest of the evening!

Only pro: view and outside vibe is good

Great experience! I had the blue berry with mint Shisha and it was really nice.

The staff is very nice, friendly and honest. I left 300 dirhams in cash after I paid my bill and Eddy kept it until I realized I left it. The next day I went and got back the money. You don’t find this in a lot of places. I would recommend this place and come back for sure.

Nice waffles and crepe, but I did not like ginger it was not strong at all even after they added additional ginger juice

Nice atmosphere both outdoors and indoors and good food, but tables and chairs outdoors are extremely dusty and need cleaning really well.

They said they are short staff so maybe that's the reason of the bad service. The food served to us was cold, the manager is a little bit bossy to us customer. But the view and the place is good.

Food taste “ok”, not worth the wait.

If you sit out side no one comes to take your order.
You have to call the restaurant and ask the waiter to come take the order, and then wait 10 minutes for the Mr. Waiter to come.

And when order comes it is wrong and missing.

P. S.there were only 2 other tables, so they were not busy.

The ambience and outdoor seating are very comfortable and relaxing. The food is okay—mostly bland and lacking in flavor. The staff is fairly courteous, but they did mess up our order a few times and said it was "okay" and there was "no problem" in them adding eggplants and mushrooms on the pizza twice despite our telling them to not add any of those. The food is also not worth its price at all; it just reflects low quality preparation with stale-tasting nachos, bland and soggy pizza, and messy, bland, and watery burgers.

Good ambience, great water view, great padio and very tasty food but small portions (i.e. Expensive meals)

The best place for finishing the evening by walking by the promenade on the Corniche. Food is delicious, staff is good and nice view.

Worst customer service ever, they tell you anything over the phone just to get you to the restaurant. We reserved for 5 people when we arrived they said we cant sit 5 on a table, although we made sure over the phone that we want to sit 5 on the same table. The manager was very unprofessional with dealing with us and he didnt even care if we stay or leave, he didnt give us any solution.

Very nice place. The service and staff are excellent. The ambience and the view are very nice. The food and drinks tasty.

Beautiful view, but food and service horrible.

Specifically requested food come out at the same time. 1/3 of plates came first, some cold. Next came an additional 1/3 of plates. Some of the food was cold. Last set finally came. From the first to the last plates, it took 20 minutes.

The restaurant was at 10 percent occupancy. Hard to find a server, always preoccupied.

Food is too expensive for service and quality. The food was fine when warm. Nothing special.

But the view is nice. Come for sheesha, not the food.

Update. Last 30 minutes, a new waiter and the manager stepped up and really tried hard. They did end things on a better note. Changed to 2 stars and will consider trying again.

This place is located in the best spot in Abu Dhabi. The view alone is absolutely spectacular. They have both indoor and outdoor seating thus catering to everyone. Their shisha is good, service is wonderful and the food is good too. Their menu is diverse, fusing the western with the eastern to appeal to every pallet. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a long day.

Great view on corniche Abu Dhabi food is little pricey but nice to eat, sweets are perfect, they offer shisha, but not letting children after 6 pm, big tv screen for football fans, very friendly staff, you can find 50% voucher in groupon

We go to Casper a lot but lately the food quality have went down plus the service is really bad and slow, best thing now about this place is the views and that the y have shisha on top of this in winter the seating outdoors is nice.

Great place with a sbetter setting. Overlooks the great corniche sea and abu dhabi's skyline. They serve good beverages and desserts. The food is good but not great. They serve proper shisha. It is usually crowded at night which is something I prefer.

30aed for just an americano coffee?

Terrible service! Starting from valet parking till the settling the bill. For ‘valet’ parking you will pay 10/-aed to drop the car and pick it up yourself. You will take menus by yourself and wait ages to place the order and then another 1h to get the same (with few follow-ups). Since no one is paying attention to the guests, I went to the cashier to settle my bill. He took my card and kept me waiting another 10min. I went frustrated to get my card and asked a Man wearing suit if he was a Manager- he replied “What you want? ! ”! I was shocked and said just to pay my bill and give you a feedback. I regret I did both. Despite of nice view, service is terrible and not worth the money you spend in there.
