My most 5 star experience with clinic was superb.specially with Mr.leo.he is so kind and gentle.he makes us consult with doctor soo fast without any delay.and all the staff n mu special doctor. Dr. April Joy.she is soo polite n nice. I really appreciate her for looking after me with care. I really love and recommend this clinic to my friends and family tooo.

Its a really really nice experience.the staff was very accommodating.highly recommended hospital.

The behaviour of reception staff is really unethical. They don't know how to talk with patients. It doesn't seems like they are trained for front desk service, they were talking like they are sitting in cafeteria. I must recommend to go for some trained well mannered staff rather than these casual boys who kept staring you and showing suspicious behaviour.
Me as a female didn't felt safe after visiting there

I visited for the dental cleaning to the central clinic and from the reception to ending I got the very good friendly treat specially Dr. Ashwathy (Dentist) she are so sweet with patient so I prefer come here for any dental care… and I’m sure you will get the good treatment from they and thank you central clinic make me happier

More than a year now, I often come to central clinic for my routine check ups. I recently affected by gastritis problem and severe abdominal pain. I would like to convey my sincere thanks for Dr. Sanofar, who treated my gastritis problem with super care. Now my gut health is extremely changed positively and zero bloating feel. Also Dr. Sanofar guided me on how to manage my diet which helped me to prevent gastritis. Furthermore, she can speak Tamil language as well, which helped me to convey my exact issues on my mother tongue. Once again, Thanks to Dr. Sanofar!

I was very pleased to have pcr service just a block away from me. I had been happy with the service and quick result so far but today my experience was horrendous.
I reached at 8 am which was their opening time only to see a note in small font saying that Ramadan opening was 8 30 AM.
I decided to wait thinking they would open by 8.20 to get centre ready for public. The receptionist came 8.29 am. By then the crowd was sizeable (1 group of 10 site workers), 4 males & 2 females.
We then went to the reception where another lady with frizzy hair took my ID and kept it on her counter. Then she went to do her finger ID while I was waiting. When she finally got to her desk she was annoyed. She told me to take a seat while she got the details in. Notebe all the seats where occupied by the workers so I stood nearby. After paying I was waiting for the bar code. Again she told me to take a seat which I ignored. Her expression was "don't sit on my head". She was unable to print the barcode, wrote it on paper, gave to the nurse and asked me to accompany the nurse. This is a gross malpractice. If she has got any error in copying or writing the code and if there is any error in my PCR I won't refrain from going to the health authorities about this lack of professionalism, customer service or basic etiquette.

Please train your staff in basics of customer care and not being tardy. The Mri centre next door opened 8.10 and the workers prepared it for the public not like your centre where workers came after public. I pay for the pcr and if the receptionist have a foul morning least they can do is resign and spread their negativity elsewhere

To whom this may concern,
One of the nurses behind the desk (who refused to give me her name, often wears grey) has a serious attitude problem. I’ve been coming to your clinic for the last year as I live right next to it, and without fail, every-time I’ve had to deal with her it’s been a miserable experience. She acts like the customers owe her something and goes out of her way to be rude. Last time she told my friend who fidgeted while having his pcr done that If he didn’t know how to keep still not to get tested at all. She’s not fit to work in a field where she has to deal with patients or customers. There are thousands of people out and about looking for jobs who would be a million times better than she is at dealing with people. She either needs to have some serious training or get moved to a back room where she can’t be rude to everyone.

Good experience. The place is neat and less crowded. I mainly visit the place to do my weekly PCR, and the results are always fast.

I went to central medical centre LCC for my PCR test. I had to wait for 1hour for the test to conducted. Even for billing they called my name after half hour of reaching.
The PCR test result came the day evening, but didn't reflect on my Al Hosn app, so when I called the centre where the actual testing is done, they mentioned that the Central medical clinic have not given any passport number or emirates id number. I was on my way back from dubai and got stuck there due to their negligence and had to take DPI test to cross the border. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Good nursing staff. G P services at affordable prices. Previously it was aka Dr Thilakarajan's clinic.
