First time visit, the place is ok and food is good. It's Brazilian barbecue style and wide selection on the buffer and meat served was in general good, not wow.
Service is below average in Abu Dhabi, not terrible but not good.
Waiters need to practice on how to keep attention to guests, maybe look around in between.
For me, been there done that. Life is to short to vaste on these places when there are so many good options in AD

Were always coming to shamas me and my wife and every time there are having exceptional service.
Sunil at the beginning with his smile always greeting and assisting with everything.
Amanda & muzamal & haqui always coming with a big smile asking for our preferences how we would like to eat meat and always making sure that we will receive it

Great food, attentive staff, nice range of meats.

A great spot for some delicious Brazilian-style meat. The beef and lamb skewers are must-tries and the atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff are friendly and attentive.

This place is just amazing. The cuts of meat are beautiful. Better to go on a weekend when they have live entertainment. We go here for birthdays and anniversaries. I'm happy it is on the Entertainer.

Chamas is back to the quality it was well known for in the old days.glad they did some improvements.

The good service is limited to one hour. Then customers are ignored. The green label is useless.

Came to the Saturday Duo Brunch and was highly disappointed. The food was cold, and the buffet was only served by one person at a time. We waited so long to get our food and yet it was still bad.
The only good thing was the meats that they served the table. Even the tacos and mocktails they had were of poor quality (who messed up tacos?).

We went there for dinner the manger explained the brunch that they have meat coming all the time different flavours different kind but it was really disgusting, not well done the plates were all bloody, food was cold, no taste for the meat and not eaven salt and pepper on table and when I asked the waitress took 20 minutes to get it.
And when you give any comment or inquire the staff including manager will gather talk about you and look at you in very awkward way.
If you want to spend 325aed per person for non tasty food and meat it's the right place

Went for the Sunday duo brunch - Cho Gao and Chamas combined. Friendly, attentive service. Selection of meats were mostly well cooked (rare-medium rare) and even with a busy restaurant, the servers walking around with the meats will come to your table when called. The entrees at Chamas are also very high quality so overall a very enjoyable and tasty experience. Make sure you try the picanha.

Atmosphere, food, staff, everything make it a unique experience. Food was great and tried so many dishes for the first time, it was also a great opportunity to discover and taste the Brazilian food, loved the food and the wide varieties they offered, salads and sweets were also very great. Must visit restaurant, it is wonderful time with friends or family

They serve the table at the beginning perfectly, then after a while you have to keep calling them to come to serve.

Just had celebrating my birthday at this restaurant, Mairaj had prepared a surprise birthday cake for me. Great customer service, all foods are mouthwatering. Meat selection are all excellent. All staff are attentive, especially Sir Garry. I recommend this restaurant who wants to enjoy fine dining and with a very nice ambiance.

The best place for quality meat and quality service. In particular The manager mr jarar makes sure everything is spot on. Whenever we come we have great service and great food quality. Thanks to him and to his team

My friend and I were lucky to be there in the day that has the tomahawk cut as the cut of the day! Generally speaking, all of the cuts are delicious, but the baby beef, rib eye, ribs, tomahawk, and another cut which I forgot were unimaginably super delicious!

Sweets, on the other hand, were a complete let down, and we were surprised that none of them were good. Just because of this I decided to give the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5. Oh, the place can get noisy by the band.

Worst experience ever! I fooled by their instagram page, the service was random, the buffet was so poor. OVERPRICED though? Not recommended at all if you want real Brazilian Restaurant/ Vibes.

Great place for meat lovers. First time trying a Brazilian churrascaria. Salad, bread, cheese, and unlimited meat until you say stop.

The only thing I can say I did not like is that I felt that the variety of meat served was only half of the supposedly 15 types.

Brasilian Meetlove Place in intercontinental Hotel, drinks and Food is nice. Green Tap go on, Red Tap stop Concept. Large salad bar. For vegetarians it’s a penalty to be here.

Nice place, recommend to go on wednesdays night for a live music. Majority of the meat they serve are medium rare, if you don't like it let them know ahead.

Definitely one of my favourite restaurants for a steaks and meat in general, very nice concept of serving food which allows you to try all types of meat, and very variety of wine and cheese that goes with it, definitely worth going to in groups and specially in a date

We have an amazing dinner at Chamas. The beef are high quality and the buffet are great. The salad are fresh and tasty and the dessert are good too.

I love all the grilled beef from sirloin to rib eye and even the grilled pineapple. The mashed potato are perfection.

I highly recommend this place.
