أسوأ و أردى نعال جربتها. كواليتي زيرووووو، مستحيل النعال تكمل شهر على طول تتقطع او تتبطل من بعضها ، في مشاكل تصير من سوء استخدام لكن المشاكل اللي واجهتها اكثر عن مره ف هالبراند تكون عيب مصنعي ، الرجاء النظر في منتجاتكم لان الناس مب فاضيه كل ثلاث اسابيع تبدل نعال وشكرا

I'm passing by to the Mall to buy something. Then I saw your shop and I like the display. I love it. Then O entered just to check your products and one arabic guy assisted me, as far as I remembered his namw is Mr. Fathi. If I am correct.lol. He is really good and because of him I bought slippers for my wife. Kudos.

اسوأ نعال على الإطلاق والسعر مرتفع جدا مقارنه بالمنافسين. عن تجربه شخصيه اشتريت نعال ب ٥٠٠ درهم تقريبا وتمزق في اقل من شهر. سيء جدا ولا انصح به ابدا

On my receipt it said refund with in 3 days, I bought a pair of men’s sandals from there on the 26th, and I went back on the 29th to get a refund. And they refused saying that the 26th counts as a day even tho it’s hasn’t been 72 hours since I bought the shoes. Terrible customer service!

I bought a pair of sandals for 500 AED, I literally wear them for less than an 1 hour and the bottom of the shoe starts coming off. Some people might say that I am exaggerating but I swear this is what exactly happened. And they won’t even give me a refund. Over priced and very very cheap quality!
