Very disappointing! Flowers came one day late and of very poor quality… At least they were willing to take them back and bring fresh flowers, however the surprise and the moment are ruined already. Never again

I ordered Lilies for my wife for her birthday. Firstly, they were supposed to be delivered between 9-11am. They arrived only about 1135 after I called the driver to inform him that we were going to leave the house. Next when the flowers did arrive, the quality was pretty much poor. At first I thought it was common to have flowers looking like that due to the hot weather however whilst I was walking in the supermarket, I saw beautiful fresh lilies that prompted me to send the pictures of the product I paid for compared to the ones I saw in the supermarket which were significantly cheaper. The WhatsApp number I contacted told me that only the best flowers were provided, that it would be investigated and then would get back to me today... I sent more photos of the product this morning but did not receive any feedback hence I have chosen to post this review. Pretty disappointed after I read so many good reviews.

I usually go there and have a really good experience but I went on a Saturday evening and there was this asian staff who was ruined my mood. I asked a few questions about some flowers and items and he was replying as if I was supposed to know all the answers. The old staff was much better.
