Choice Tea Cafeteria

One of a worst service i have ever had.very poor service.after we ordered food after 2 hours they are saying location is difficult only for 1.5 km to the hotel fro their location and they cannot come.if they can say that from the beginning customers will not wait for 2 hours.
And i asked for manaher or some one they close the phone on my face.

Tooo much delay in service.not at all clean.guy who is making karak was cleaning the floor in between.

Very bad service i can't advice you to order in this cafe I ordered since 1: 30pm on Monday and right up to Tuesday the next day still I haven't received or did they call me about my order this cafe is very horrible

I am daily customer here. The problem is they take too much time to deliver the orders and worth thing is for today it took 1 hour 20 minutes to be delivered to destination.

Horrible service.

I was a regular customer at this shop. However, this time the Indian/Bengali staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I ordered a 2 Juices which he said will take 10 mins to make. In the end, I had to wait 25 mins for the Juices to come after constant reminders. When giving the Juice, the staff member threw the Juice bag towards me. I was shocked and ask him if he know what customer service is? He said he doesn't care. I told him i will complain.and again he said he doesnt care.

Will not recommend this place to anyone. I hope the owner takes notice of this comment and takes action.

Very bad service provided. A long time to bring the food. The Indian staff member does not know how to treat customers. Very unprofessional.

Very bad service provided by the staff. They took soo long to deliver a sinple order. They said order will be ready in 5 minutes but they took 20 minutes. The staff was very arrogant and rude!

The staff who is giving the food is very rude and arrogant. Does not know how to deal with customers. He does not even know how to talk to and respect women.
