First the food I didn’t receive completely was disaster and even not call me or ask me about the items the change with out ask or confirm what kind of service it will be the last other from chowking really it was before good but not food cold my items in food no have bad service

Do not order here. The service is very slow whether it's dine in or take out. I think we ordered online almost 2 hours when it arrived. The service is very bad. They should have zero stars. If you can't deliver, please close your store in Talabat

Had the best time and service in Chowking especially with Sheila, Gayan and Josie who attended me. Will always come back here.

Ordered here for our son’s birthday party and the service was good and fast, staffs were considerate of the event we had. Also, had lunch here on a Friday and the service was excellent: friendly and helpful staff (special mention Shiela, Joan and Tom), food served warm, yummy and good serving (some for take out). Thank you Chowking Al Wahda!

Me and my family dine at Al Whada today around 2pm today I ask extra cutlery and plate to the guy named Goya. A very rude guy his so disrespectful slowly throw the plate in front of me. 2nd i order take away lumpia food and not covered properly and the sauce is spoiled in the plastic and he did not even apologize I don't know what kind of manager is that. He don't know how to respect the customer.

The food its cold when we picked up to the counter, and the queues also its to long.they supposed to have more than 2 person during the busy time

Missing item and no response from the restaurant they don’t even know how to talked! I want full refund simply they waste my time! And very unprofessional. Call center is useless she doesn’t even know how to talked and she keep on telling that she will call back but she didn’t

The noodles was suuuuper dry, We did not order for dried noodles. Wish their QC will look into this matter, and the team members does not have energy looks like the company is looking after the profit and forget to empower the employees. #wakeup

The food taste good its just that whenever we order here the chicken is like small not big anymore and we just waste rice for nothing like can the large chicken come back by any chance?

Worst ever, ordered a couple of things to them for our brunch. When chicharap was not available they tried to replaced but I refused because i did not like the options given to and informed them to just cancel this chicharap. From 30-45 minutes of waiting to almost 2 hours when I tracked my order they cancelled the whole order instead of only 1 item. They are very inconsiderate and lack of professionalism.

Very bad service, and the manger was totally rude and didn't care when I told him that I will call the operation, my order had only one shrimp and when I asked him why only one Shrimp, he told me that's all I have. I'm really disappointed.

I ordered through noon food online few days back showing 50% off, felt like cheated upon as they gave 25% of the portion.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Food is not hot. Took 1hour to cook one order of lauriat. Noodles/pansit is cold didnt even bother to heat it up. As well as the steamed siomai. Pointless to take 1 hour to prepare since this is prepped already beforehand. Very slow even slower and worse customer experience

Not even good for a star.just ordered a siopao and halo halo.it take an hour.worst branch of chowking is al wahda.never tried it there.

Make it short almost non edible. 20mins waiting and still cold food, uncooked vegetable &noodles like came from freezer.salty, waste of time and money.

Long waiting time. Food is so so. I think it is popular because the price is affordable. Not worth it to wait so long.

Im An avid Fan of chowing, but on this branch specifically! Im not gonna recommend, I was standing in cashier, waiting to be accommodated by their staff which is busy for their order, okay i Get, But one staff standing on my side that didn’t ask me or didn’t mind me that I was there, didn’t bother at all, But its okay, I don’t mind, im willing to wait, But when I started to order he just received my order didn’t bother to ask inform me the total, and he knows that its dine in, but he just assumed that i have correct order, The fact he just let me to pay didn’t mention how much is the total, like are the staff is willing to assist customers? Its not about the money, it is about how you treat your clients -customers.

Hello we're from al ain travelling to Abu Dhabi for the first time. Just want to share our experience at Chowking Wadha Mall. We supposed to order chicken double deals, but unfortunatelly its not available so we ate Double Deals King Chaofan (w/ the bbq). When our order came, we are very disappointed because the food was cold that the sauce of the bbq started to form, the rice was cold, (seems like old rice) the ice cream of the halo halo was melted even it was the last food served, siomai was cold too. The food served to us was not freshly done. Hope that it will not happen again next time. We still love chowking.

Nasi goraeng has always been our no. 1 choice whenever we dine in chowking. Nasi goraeng was delicious as always. The service was also fast. We went in fir a quick bite and the staff were helpful.

If you want to hate chinese food, please go to them and then you will hate the chinese food all your life. They don't know even c of chinese. Pathetic service and food taste is very bad.

They don't know how to process payment using touchpoints when it's clearly stated in the bank website that their branch is included. Please update your system and train your staff.

I am a loyal customer of Chowking to be honest. I always prefer their Nasi Goreng with chicken barbeque plus the Halo-halo. It is indeed a good combination so I recommend you try that. They have good amount of choices also. You must once in your life taste their meals because it is quality really, specially if you do prefer chinese foods.
