Are the staff being paid enough or on time? Food quality is very low.your BBQ chicken is just boiled chx on a stick with ketchup

The food is not tasty but it attracts you. You get used to it. I dont know why I keep on visiting here even when i find the food average.

Try the dishes In chowing, all food it’s the best and so very kind the staff u will like it guys

Very bad service, They take our order and we pay cash, after 5 minutes the server came and tell us that the food is not available, we insist to refund the money but initially they refuse and they said its not allowed, but later on they refund after our demand, we are the only customer for dine in. But the food came after 30minutes.its a fast food restaurant but then why it takes long to prepare the order.after 14 minutes.another next customer came who has the same order with us but it takes 10 minutes only to deliver their food.this is not fair.will definitely not coming back again.

Im so disappointed today in this restaurant because of the lady cashier, we ask to change the order at the same time but she said that she send already the order in the kitchen and cant even delete the order, its her fault coz not repeating our order also. And even in their quality of food very very disappointed no taste at all!

The restaurant that only accepting cash, Baqala has a credit card machine and the restaurant where located in the middle of the city doesn't have. Plus the hygiene of the restaurant is very poor, the toilet is very dirty and I found cockroach in my Halo halo. When I complained and asked for the store incharge, I've waited for 15 minute's for her to come out from the kitchen. Very disappointed

Yesterday I had their Peking-style Chicken Lauriat (ala carte) which includes small yellow sticky rice, 3pc prawn cracker, dumplings 3pc, chicken egg noodles and some chicken manchurian / chicken in sweet sauce (I’m not so sure). The food was tasty but I personally don’t like much sticky rice. Dumplings are good as well. Chicken I feel little excess of sweetness which because of sauce. Crackers are nice. In chicken one thing I really like which it was crispy. If the sauce will be limited then it will be great for me actually but I know some people like it sweet. Rice was not hot, it’s looks like old. And not give a fresh taste as well.
I had their beef sisig long time before, that was also very nice.
Their packaging was very good and they provided cutlery.
Overall good.

Got shock on my last visit in hamdan, I order food to a little fat lady with a jolly personality and not wearing uniform? But anyway I have a very nice encounter because she was able to anticipate my needs aside from a very five star welcome good job lady

Compact, small space, bathroom not so clean, no tissues inside, maybe they don't regularly check that.better to have food delivered.

Lovely fastfood. I changed my ratings from 2 stars to 5 stars as they have a lot of improvements. From the foods to their staffs, they are a lot better now. Thanks to Dilo for taking care of our orders. So happy to be in a Filipino restaurant, sure we'll come back to try the other foods again next time

The service and cleanliness is good. The food is very delicious and thanks to all the the staff they are all very accomodating especially sir Dino for giving us good service. I really recommend this place if you want delicious foods

I have ordered nasigoreng, as I am only eating this dish from them. It was supposed to be with beef and shrimp,
Unfortunately, there was nothing. And when I asked about it.
They just simply said we removed all this long time and not serving the same way.
***But the price is the same***
I would suggest, don't order this. Better take egg rice or white rice only.

now chowking i love for last few years hope to will back to The same as before, hope chowking will back as like before

As always, the food is great. Big servings. The place is clean and the staff are very nice. Shout out to Dino, very accomodating.

We ordered their signature dish 'peking style chicken' which had raw chicken (literally uncooked pieces). Also ordered prawn szechaun but prawns were weird.more of shrimps and badly cooked for long giving hard taste. Overall very poor experience and will never go again. The staff were very nice to accommodate our complaint and offered other dishes but we declined based on what we had already seen. Star given for staff.

Today service is very bad we supposed to enjoy celebrating valentines here@ hamdan branch but we was so disappointed, I feel really sorry for server (he’s alone seriously?). This is the worse day we visited in this branch I guess.

Quick sevice and tasty food. However, they agressively tried to push some dumplings (3 pcs) for 6 aed as a "good offer". I said why not and went ahead and took'em too to try. They were the most microscopic dumplings I've ever seen. In pictures at the checkout counter the dumplings looked big. Not cool way of doing business, guys.

We went with friends to chowking, hamdam for dinner tonight. There was a promotion going on in the store. We had 3 nasigoraeng with 3 iced teas, 2 asados, 1 hola hola, 1 wonton soup, 1 wanton noodle soup, and some other desserts which we don't really remember the name, all for aed 94. Ut was a big fat dinner and everything tasted good. Our order taker was very sweet and accomodating. He put a smile on our face with the way he handled our complicated order. But it was our server, Mr. Niraj who really made our night memorable. The little things he said or did really made a big impact on our entire experience. Like for example, i was just thinking in my mind that i need to ask for tissues, and the next second he walks to us with tissues in his hands and a big smile on his face. We have always liked chowking food but next time we will go to chowking, hamdam only for these people. Thank you very much
We ordered in tonight from zomato. Food was fine.

The place is great, the food is great, the people are great in short youl have a great time spending few hours there to relax and have a lunch or dinner. Will be back soon

Accessible both by foot and by car. Same price as other branch. Tables and chairs are decreased for Covid measures.

Today they change my order which is sinigang na bangus but now the taste is very sour u will not enjoy to eat.it seems like they punch me because I complain from the beginning.well today very bad day for me because of that order.

It's a nice place with good concept, but the food and all is definitely more of a Philippines restaurant than Chinese

I am not happy the service very bad service,

very bad service, first their table very bad smell, smelly, the waiter he just cleaned it up with dry tissue, i asked him to clean it well and he said that's it.second we waited for approx 10 minutes before someone waiter to ask or get what would be our order? Or come and approach us,

3rd their spoons also very very smelly bad smell, like uggj, we don't have choice else we prefer to use plastic spoon.

4th the food, chaopan chicken, ohh guss ike i want to vomit,

the hilarious was we inform to the duty supervisor but he didn't bt care

very bad service, i will never come back and I will never recommend to.our friends and relatives.

Best combo platter. You can taste some of the best chinese/ Filipino food fusion in the heart of Abu Dhabi. I never been to Philippine but thanks to chowking, i am experiencing Chinese food influence with filipino touch. Service is super fast and people serving food are very humble and down to earth.

I ordered Nacy goreng and spring rolls.both didn't taste good.very noisy and loud music. I don't enjoy the meal nor the ambiance

If the restaurant is unable to handle the crowd then please don't put offers to invite customers. The staff did not know how to handle, from table seating to serving. Order was taken 30 minutes after we had entered and sat down. The staff kept coming and leaving without taking the order. And the food was cold as well. I hope it gets sorted in the future.
