Worst company ever.
For 3 hours 2 girls cleaned 6 shelves only and when calling the company they don't send a supervisor they tell you pay all your booking and let them out without finishing the services. And the reply writen is full of lies thinking it is a good defense to lie. Proof. I have cameras at door steps recording the conversation with their lier staff. Please feel free to review your management method and bunch of lies you declard in your response before trying to lie.

I get a housekeeper called Margie and her work is awesome. My only problem is that the driver is usually late when she finishes which makes her either wait at my place or in the sun if I have to leave.

Does t send staff on time and dont inform on time. And very rude and not sorry about their behaviour.

Very disappointed at the fact I had a few hours cleaning scheduled AND Confirmed and then on the same day after I notice they’re late and I follow up. The lady WhatsApps me that they have a vaccine shot and can’t come. She didn’t even have the professionalism or cancelling earlier! And wasn’t even one bit sorry about it. How can an organized and professional company not do that!
