The process was smooth. From reception till the end. Professional and prompt super friendly staff. Doctor is ver patient and her checkup and assessment is very detailed. I felt very comfortable. The only problem I face with Cleveland is the pharmacy and the appointments availability.

Dr Rabih Hijazi is amazing and make you very comfortable during the consultation. He is very kind and empathetic and listens to my concerns. His nursing team are very professional and smiling. The smile started with the receptionist who checked me in. Despite of wearing the mask, you can see and feel the smile. Keep up the great work.

للاسف اسوء تعامل مر علي من خدمة الاستقبال للممرضين وللطبيب وخدمة الطواري سبئه سيئه تشخيص غلط وفوق ها كله الانتظار الي فوق ٤٠ دقيقه عشان الممرض بس يشوفني مع اني كنت اتالم واصيح من الالم وتشخيص منطقة غير الي وضحت اني اتالم منها وعدم توضيح شو سبب الالم مع انهم سولي كل التحاليل وطلعوني وانا بعدني كنت اتالم
خدمة الطوارئ سيئه! وما انصح حد فيها

للأسف على أول أيام افتتاحه كان من أفضل المستشفيات اما الان للأسف وايد نزل مستواه من أفضل إلى سيء مافيه اهتمام بالمواعيد ولا اهتمام بالمرضى وإذا بتروح عيادة وحدة لازم يحولوك تلف نص عيادات المستشفى بس عشان لفلوس وبتسوي خمسين أشعة وتحليل صار تجارة ولايراعو مواعيد الناس إللي ساكنة المناطق البعيدة ماعرف شو صار وين الخلل هل تغيرت الإدارة ماعرف شو سبب هاذي الانتكاسة اللي صارت

One of the worst hospitals. They have unprofessional doctors and nurses. My sister had cancer operation which was not successful and experienced lots of mistakes at her stay in the hospital.

Extremely friendly staff, amazing patient care, the emergency visit did not take a long time at all. The parking was easy to locate and easy to get to the emergency area.

It feels like a 5 star hotel visit. So far, this is my favorite hospital.

This hospital is so unprofessional; and that is in all terms. The funny part is that they admitted all the mistakes they did with my sister and yet continued making more. The hospital security team is so inefficient and irresponsible, although they had CCTV cameras everywhere around the hospital; they still didn't bother to use them. In the end they couldn't find my sister's mobile phone and I had to track it by myself to finally find out that the mobile was in the labor camp. That was the worst experience I ever had in a hostel in the UAE.

I had my cholecystectomy (gallbladder surgery) today morning, it was quick and done perfectly, I want to thank Mr Hamdan Al Ali for his amazing support, secondly i want to thank Ms Layla for her taking care of booking the surgery, finally I want to thank Dr Juan Panlo, Dr Gabrial, Anesthesiologist, Nurse April, Nelson Ntongolo, Geraldin Nolan, June And Suzette and all the staff for the great work and great surgery that because it went so well i was able to leave the hospital in the same day without any issues at all

Such a rude behavior of the staff. I had to visit the hospital for my wife Covid vaccine and the behavior was very bad such nobody can't expect. They doesn't know how to behave with a patient, specially with a pregnant lady. Had to leave the hospital with bad experience. Never recommend to any pregnant lady to visit Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi for their betterment. Humble request to Cleveland clinic Management to appoint friendly staff to avoid such incident and ruining the reputation.

رغم التشديد من قبل المستشفى للزوار والشروط ولكن من جهه ثانيه الممرضات والدكاتره وحتى اللي ينظفون يدخلون غرفة المريض ومن غير ما يلبسون لبس الواقي خصوصا في العنايه المركزه ، ووقت تبديل الشفت ، ازعاج وضحك من قبل الممرضين ، استغرب كيف تحت الامن شديد بنسبه للزوار ولكن بنسبه ل للموظفين شي غريب وعجيب.
وعلى فكره هذي احد اسباب اللي نقل الفايروسات من غرفه الى غرفه خصوصا بعدم التزام من قبل (بعض المريضين)
وفي شغله ثانيه ، الicu فيه ازعاج من قبل بعض الاستاف بشكل موطبيعي

خسارة الملايين اللي فرتها مبادلة ع دكاترة حيوانات و تشخيصهم كله غير صحيح للحالات ، كل شي باالمستشفى تعطيه خمسة من خمسة الا جودة الاستشارة. كنت اعاني من فرط فقدان الوزن لاسباب مجهولة ، دخلت عند ثلاث دكاترة وولا واحد فيهم فكر يعطيني سبب ها شي ، سويت كل الفحوصات اللي يبونها و دفعت و اخرتها ما بين ليهم شي ، للعلم ان كانت في الام و بعظ الاعراظ الغريبة وفنهاية كالعادة قالو حقي مافيك شي ، كنت مقتنع 100% ان فيني مرض لان وزني كان نازل بشكل فظيع ، وزني كان 40 و طولي 178. اخر شي سويت بنفسي بحث عميق بخصوص مشكلتي لاني اعرف انهم عيال حرام شغلهم بس مص بيزات من التامين ثقة والدليل انهم تمو يحولوني لاقسام ثانية مالها اي علاقة بمشكلتي! ، طافت سنتين ونا اعاني من ها شي و الاعراظ كانت مشابهة بمرض Cardiac chackexia وهو مرض نادر

سويت بحث طويل بالنت و اخرتها اكتشفت ان فعلا انا مريض و المرض اللي فيني ان عظلاتي لا تنمو نهاءيا الا في اادوية Nandrolone steroids

اخرتها اطريت اني اظرب عقار اسمه deca durabolin فجسمي لان هو الحل الافضل لحالتي و فعلا وزني بدا يزيد و شهيتي تحسنت و انا حاليا افظل ووزني زاد

ها المستشفى مجرد ديكور فقططط و شفط بيزات و جودة الاستشارة فعلا زززززززق

يارب تكون بصمة عاااار ع احسن مستشفى فدولة

الشي اللي يصدم ان اللي كشفو ع حالتي ثلاث دكاترة و كل واحد خبرة اقل شي 15 سنة و فنهاية انتهيت على ولا شي ، مجرد مظيعت وقت و شفط بيزات ، شي عار اكثر من ان المريظ بنفسه يعالج نفسه بنفسه بمجرد بحثه عن دراسات عبر النت ؟؟؟ قسما بالله تحس الدكاترة يايبينهم من الشارع وموظفينهم لان بحياتي ما شفت استشارة أسوء من هذي.

The service is always slow, specially the pharmacy is too bad even late at night, it’s a nightmare, get your medication always as an outside prescription.

Very very Poor Hospital. This hospital is my worst experience in UAE. I'm living in UAE from past 6 years and this is the worst hospital.reasons:
1.they are always fully booked and they give appointments after 1.5 months.this is very normal.i have seen no hospital like that. Saudi german is 10 times more busy than this hospital and they always give appointment in 5 days.

2. My insurance card is very good.hospital staff is extremely inefficient and keep patients suffering and waiting.

3.going to Cleveland is a 1 day full activity.overall a poor hospital management and CS.no one waits for 1 month for feedback/ appointments.super slow and inefficient process and staff.who say NO to customers in everycase

I was prescribed a medicine by endocrinology and primal care. Neither doctor warned me about the serious potential side effects and neither doctor offered monitoring. Later, the aforementioned medicine made me seriously sick and put me in the emergency room. Shortly after i was admitted to hospital. 2 days later i was told insurance did not cover my admission and i owe them a 5 digit figure. The hospital did not take any responsibility for their staff's malpractice. Please keep this story in mind if you consider going to ccad. I just want noone else experiences the hell i experienced.

Very poor customer service. My appointment was cancelled with no prior notification to me. I was even electronically checked in for my service but still it was cancelled without notification. When you try to call them no one ever answers the line. You are left on hold forever. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere. Even email response is not replied to. I sent an email several times to the “service excellence” team but not response. My actual rating is a zero. Sorry Cleveland but just not good enough not even to average standards.

This hospital’s reputation exceeds it’s actual level of care. I was transferred here as they are known to be a top healthcare facility but was unfortunately very disappointed and found this is not at all true. I would not recommend going to this hospital unless you would like to constantly be passed over from doctor to doctor, from department to department, constantly having to repeat the same things to a new doctor only for them to say “we cannot treat you here try another department”, and waiting again for yet another appointment only to do it all over and over again. They prefer to put you through hoops, as though being a patient in urgent need of medical attention is not bad enough on its own, instead of admitting they do not have the care that you need at their hospital. I unfortunately also had the unpleasant experience of undergoing surgery here, and my doctor neglected to check my chart and gave me a medication I am severely allergic to. To compensate, all I got was a basic, verbal apology by the doctor, while i had barely awoken from surgery and was still under the affects of anesthesia. They make your life so much harder than it needs to be and are not at all patient centered. You are treated as though you are nothing more than another insurance they can bill to them:)

مستشفى فاشل من حيث المعاملة السيئة من الممرضات و الأسلوب الجاف جدا مع المرضى و عائلتهم. أوصي بعمل دورات لهم بطريقة التعامل مع المرضى و ان الابتسامة و المعاملة الحسنة نصف العلاج و الرد على تساؤلات اهل المريض بأسلوب راقي يطمئنهم. اخر مرة اتعامل مع ها المستشفى و ما انصح حد يتعامل مع المستشفى للأسف

Not happy with the service went with my wife to the emergency and kept her for 40 minutes with no one attending her we left the emergency room even no one ask her where are you going I was expecting to receive better care as one of the best hospitals in the city

Extremely worst hospital, went to emergency with back pain and stomach pain and feeling cold and Due to suspected fall down reason, we kept in reception for 45 minutes and when asked they told me our waiting time is 1 to 2 hrs, just imagine. I can't Imagine some one with such pain can wait in uncomfortable environment on wheel chair for that long, and there is no meaning of emergency. We left after 1 hrs and 20 minutes without doctors seeing us.
We went to other hospital in 20 minutes we got in and doctors see us and immediately medication started by IV injection to stabilise and remove the pain.
Personal opinion, this hospital need to review their emergency unit policy. And should have benchmark within the area of operating and not to other planet. If I can be satisfied with other hospital I should with cleveland clinic abu dhabi.

زيارتي الأولى هي أن المستشفى جيده ومنظمة والطبيب المعالج جيد ويهتم بحالة المريض ويستمع له بكل دقة، الشكر الجزيل لجهودهم، أتمنى منهم المضي نحو ذالك لكن هناك سؤال ؟! إن كانت صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة لكم فيجب أن تردوا على اتصالات المرضى صحة المريض مهمة بالنسبة له. وطاقم العمل من واجبه أن يتقن فن العمل، وإلا فلا يستحق اي تقدير. مراعاة حالة المريض أهم من اي شيء آخر. والله المستعان.

I am hearty thankful to this organisation. Particular dr umer dar and his team was not less then some angels. We were so blessed having them as my dad's doctors and I have no words to express my gratitude towards dr umer dar and dr sadaf. These two will be part of my me and my family prayers for ever and always. And CCAd is not less a miracle facility. Please keep up the good work. World need angles like you. I wish all the success to the team CCAD

Worst customer service and support ever, been following up with them for one week to confirm refill my medicine, and no one cares or taking any positive action.
Also, once you go to them for any reason to see any doctor, they will make you visit three or four different clinics for no reason but increasing their profits

من أسوأ المستشفيات فريق تمريض فاشل وأطباء فاشلين قاموا بستأصال ورم خبيث من الوالده بدون علمنا كان الموعد على أساس منظار عادي وتفاجئنا بعملية استأصال وبعدها طلبوا اجراء عملية جراحية سريعه لها خوف منهم من انتشار الخبيث في جسمها وبعد هذا كله عنايتهم سيئة جداً ًإهتمامهم بالمريض صفر على الشمال والزوار منتشرين مثل الجراد عند الاستقبال والسبب رفض المستشفى ادخال الزوار عند المريض بسبب كوفيد مع العلم أنه المستشفى يطلب من كل زائر فتح برنامج الحصن للتأكد من أن نتيجة الزائر سلبية ورغم هذا كله وكل هذه البلبله لا يدخل الزائر لرؤية مريضه بل يبقى يهيم في أروقة المستشفى وكوفياته أتوقع حتى تزيد نسبة المشتريات منهم ويستفيد المستشفى ولو كان المستشفى فعلاً خايف من انتشار مرض كوفيد ما ترك الزوار فوق بعض فالممرات والكافيهات

Cleveland Clinic is like a Swiss Watch, it works perfectly! I have been visiting the clinic for the past few years, the care givers provide a genuine personalised service and they are always checking up on you for your wellbeing. It is like the Four Seasons of the health care world.

Let me begin by appreciating CCAD for the excellent world class treatment facilities and best medical practitioners. But at the same time I am distraught with the critical patient follow up and feedback mechanism in place and feel that a lot needs to be done to make the process more empathetic towards patients and their families while following all the safety precautions. Like for example the requirement of everyday RTPCR negative for visitation for relatives with both doses of vaccination completed.

Some of the doctors were agitated and least bothered about the family trauma to the point of being aggressive.

For patients in ICU there is no regular update provided to the family. The family is only contacted when a consent is required or there are any findings in the tests being carried out. But for a family whose loved one has been through a major life saving procedure and who is limited to see their patient in this COVID scenario there must a way to provide at least everyday status reports to the family.

Also wrt visiting hours (ICU) the following needs to be reviewed and action to make the visitation more effective for both patient (and their families) and doctors;

1. Visiting hours to be assigned in such a way that shift changeover does not fall within the visiting period
2. Family visits to be coordinated to align with doctors rounds to enable doctor and care taker interaction and updates sharing
3. Any/all procedure not urgent or emergency in nature to be planned outside visiting hours.

Has ways to go.many holes and gaps in the healthcare chain, lower standard of care. Particularly administrator's clinical knowledge and patient advocacy for insurance claim reimbersement. The pharmacy reception desk should not be a place to resolve patient issues. Patients with issues should be triaged so thw patients in the waiting line may fill their prescriptions without having to be unessessarily punished for the hospital's inefficiencies.

اهمال مو طبيعي عندهم احد اقربائي كان في العناية وللاسف حتى تنظيفها سيئ مع اني اقول لهم بس ما في فايده فأرجع انا انظف الي اقدر انظفه وهذا بس اقل شي يسونه. تحاول تستفسر عن حالت المريض حتى ان صعب تكلمهم ان كان نيرس او دكتور وخاصه الدكاتره وانا ماقدر الومهم بس ان يوصل لدرجة ان ف احد الايام كلمت النيرس عشان اقدر اكلم الدكتور اتصلت عليه وقال اي غرفة يوم عرف الغرفة قال انا مشغول الحين يعني ماعرف شو اقول الصراحه. حتى ان اكثر من مره يضيع الوقت ويخلص وقت الزيارة و الدكتور لين الحين مايا.

وطلبوا ان يسون عملية والدكتور قال انا بسويه العملية اجي اليوم الثاني اشوف مكتوب في الورقة ان دكتور ثاني مو نفس الشخص الي قال بيسوي العملية شهور على ها الاهمال حتى ان استوى لقريبي التهاب في الظهر وهذا بسبب عدم تحريك المريض بأستمرار كل هذه المدة كان بنفس الوضعية والاتهاب كان كبير و المعروف ان المريض يحتاج تحريك كل كم ساعة عشان مايكون في الاتهاب لكن ماعرفوا عن الاتهاب الا متأخر.

It's good hospital but they will sneak someone front of you on waiting list even if you waiting there for an hour. Plus I found a bug wandering in hospital and that's odd.

The Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi is an outstanding medical center not only for locals but also for ex-pats and their families.

The personnel is very friendly, competent and serves the patients with a very positive passion.

Don’t go for pain management, got me on a good regime to manage my pain, then another doctor comes in, stops all my meds straight away and I’ve suffered so very much. Controlled drugs cannot be withdrawn like that.

This review is for their booking system and not their professional care team - I didn't get to that stage.back in mid January I tried making appointment to see a Doctor in the gynaecology unit. To make an appointment one has to call to open a file and then wait for two days to know whether an appointment can be made.
After waiting for two full days, I did not get a call back so I called back and to find out that the Doctor requested is on holiday until Feb and earliest appointment is in April.
I have read other reviews in here and the company's replies always along the line of "so sorry, please email us at Service Excellence. "
I sent an email to this address. I got a call back two days after to say that I can see the other doctor (there are only 2 in that unit) to prep me to see THE Doctor I wanted to see in April.
The earliest they can give me was 25 February and I said I cannot have that date, the caller said there is a cancellation on 23 Feb if I want to go on that date. I confirmed.
The confirmation text message which I received says 25 Feb and to my own mistake, I did not take the name, department and extension of the caller.
I called the company back again to check on the 23 Feb, the call center told me that there's no note in the system.
So I asked for a different date altogether and she gave me 1 June.
Wow, I mean I salute these patients who are very much patient in waiting this long but I gave up.

المبنى مميز كأنك في فندق 5 نجوم يتكون من عدة مباني وطوابق يوجد مواقف ارضيه ومواقف مدفوعه
العيادات كثيرة ومتنوعه الاستراحات متوفر في كل مكان يوجد عدة كوفيات ومخبز الأطباء جيدون المواعيد يوجد بعض التأخير الاستقبال مميز الصيدلية تتوفر معظم الأدوية النظافة ممتازه يوجد تطبيق في الابل أستور لمتابعة حالتك والمواعيد والتقارير الصادرة من الأطباء

I was very disappointed with this hospirltal especially with Phisiotherapy Doctor Vinod.
No respect for Patient.
Came back after being ignored (not consulted) by Doctor even after waiting for a long time.

One of the worst hospitals in the world, Dr giving medicines which is not for pregnant to take and all the diseases which cannot be treated the only answer we get its genetics! The doctor will tell you he/she cannot treat it but will never give you a report of it! This is not acceptable.

I came personally to the hospital to inquire Executive Health Check. The female local doesn't know anything about it and told me "just call the call center, they will tell you", I told her Im already here and wants to check how's the process. She said "I cant understand, just call them", Very unprofessional approach, she shouldn't be there in the reception if she cant do her job well. Good thing, there's a direction in elevator and manage to meet one of the coordinators and explained well every single detail I asked. Besides from that, the hospital looks great and comfy. Nice view, very relaxing.

مستشفى فاشل بكل معنى الكلمة وبعض الاطباء في الطواريءمثل دكتورلوبيز عنيف ويتنمر ع المرضى لاانصح به ابدا لان الفساد متشفي هنا وهناك ونصحني ممرض إرلاندي هامسا في أذني ان لا ارجع لهذا المستشفى بعد شفق علي حالتي واستهزا لوبييز بمرضي كنت اصرخ من شده الالم وكان صراخي احلى موسيقى يسمعها دكتور لوبيز

Am still waiting

I came to see an ENT as i completely lost my voice and been coughing for 3 weeks.
To be honest didnt have an appointment so I asked if i can be seen. They said yes. Waited 2 hours then when i was brought it to see the doctor, he stood by the door, as an ENT doctor didnt even do basic check up, and sent me to emergency because he obviously panicked i had corona. I had no fever i needed to be seen.
Sent me to emergency while i waited for over 2 hours again (keep in mind that if i wanted to be at the emergency i would have came in myself) to be told that lets try nebuliser.not even with the doctor i was referred to.
I am still here.waiting.since 9 am, not a single person checked me until now for nebuliser.
My symptoms were:
*Cough for 3 weeks
*Complete loss of voice for 3 days
*Vomiting food coz its getting stuck in my throat
*Difficulty breathing and swallowing

Nebuliser will definitely help without a single check!
So frustrated i just want to leave but after waiting for 5 hours i might as well get the nebuliser and report this further later.
Am tired, am not feeling well, and this is not what i need now

After some complications in communication with the team they send us in the emergency. There we get treated very fast, lovely and friendly. To get treated is really not cheap, but the team is so unbelievable friendly and cute. Especially one nurse was so nice and took carefully care of me.
