Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi

Very disappointing. The corridors of the hotel smells so bad due to humidity and no ventilation. Also, the room including pillows are not confortable, adding that the mini bar of the room was empty. No spoons to have a coffee even. Also the bathroom is not clean, very appearing dirty stains in the shower cabin and on the floor. And the worst the receptionist, she wasn’t welcoming at all. Very bad experience in my one night stay in Courtyard wtc Abu Dhabi.

The location is just next to World Trade, the room is very neat and well maintained, the food varieties are also very good.

Service at it's level. Very friendly, co-operative and dedicated. Quarantined here for 10 days prior offshore. Rooms are good and spacious. Western and Arabic foods are good. Indian food is not up to the mark. It's just okay.

I haven't seein such hotel working with exceptions not rules beware that you are dealing with staff not the hotel policy

Ok for solo travelers. Parking is a big issue for this property. Reception team lack motivation

Perfect location and my stay was very comfortable. Near to lots of eateries, car rental company Avis is right outside, money exchange place. Very convenient.

The booking didnt show the number od breakfasts included. Please keep the proof of every inclusions including the no. Of breakfasts before going there as i experienced lot of difficulties in gettings things sorted that was promised while booking and not mentioned in the reservation recept

Hmmm. Nice and clean. Walking distance from Etisalat office. Has a pool and a gym. Overall a good experience.
Just get rid of the south Indian breakfast. Please.

Exceptional staff and incredible rooms. If only they can have proper international content on TV.very limited international options.

Here you are just few escalator steps Up and Down from the shops (well known trademarks) and the Food Courtyard of the World Trade Center in the middle of the most beautiful part of Abu Dhabi.

Recomended hotel very good place arrownd, close by Mall and Corniche beach.
Nice pool and jacuzzi on 12th floor.

Located right next to the world trade centre, the hotel is well equipped for anything you will need whether you are on a business or family trip. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is quite extensive. The staff is wonderful and take care of your every need. There are cabs available right outside for all your sightseeing/travelling needs.

Great hotel and the support is wonderful.the room services and all is perfect to stay. 6 star for it.

We chose this place to dine out at the eve of my spouse's birthday.

And the good news is it didn't disappoint us!
We chose to dine on the area open to sky.it was October.slightly windy.but not chilling.
There are tents in the open area, which you can choose to dine.
We took suggestions of the waiter there to decide the menu.food was really tasty.

After wine and dine, they arranged for a complementary birthday cake for d b'day boy

All in all you can go and celebrate your evening there.

Room is ok with lots of noise, room service are bunch of thieves and liers they took my personal items and lied when I confront them, i will never come here again and will advice my friends not to come also

Service was excellent, clean rooms, connected to the mall with cinema, food was excellent in breakfast and Especially Chef Promod who checked on food preference and when we asked for falafel he made a plate of falafel at the same time. Also Ms Priya welcomed us every morning in the breakfast and was very cheerful. Thanks all staff in court yard marriot Abudhabi for your beautiful smile and great service.

Awesome Place! WTC mall next door makes it very very convenient. WTC mall is open pretty much until 12AM

I spent many nights in this hotel when traveling for business. It is clean, rooms are spacious and location is great. Breakfast spread is massive, but not included in the standard booking fare. Small rooftop pool is well maintained. Hotel itself can be noisy due to city location and lots of families staying.

I spent 3 night here, they have friendly staff although I slept in 3 different rooms for various reasons

I had a great time at the bar especially during the comedy show I would recommend.alcohol is at a reasonable price.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Courtyard. We are a family of four and as requested, we were given connecting rooms The staff at the reception were polite, friendly and efficient so checking in was a breeze and we were relaxing in our rooms in no time. The rooms were very clean, the beds were big and comfortable, the linens were fresh, there were enough pillows, the bathrooms were satisfactorily clean with more than enough towels and room service was great. The hotel is in the middle of the city so the view from our rooms is far from spectacular. However, the convenience of being right next to the World Trade Center mall more than compensates for the lack of spectacular views

I stayed there for weekend along with my friend.it was pleasant stay. Rooms and hotel is very clean and neat.especially I like their bed it was like heaven and room are very clean and spacious bathroom for couples.all the necessary amenity and supplies were there and we went to spend sometime time in pool very clean and Jacuzzi too. Life guard who been there named Bijay was very nice and attentive. Breakfast at Bistro was wonderful real value for money buffet was so satisfying with lot of items peoples are very nice.staffs at lobby are friendly too. It was best stay and obviously I can recommend this place for business traveler or Weekend trip. Well-done Marriott.
