Staff not welcoming. No one bothered to ask what I wanted although I was standing for a while. Bad experience!

On the other hand air Arabia girls were more helpful.

Unprofessional and horrible customer service. One of the employees informed me my visit visa would get approved in one hour. Later, they said it will take upto 24 hours for confirmation while me and numerous other passengers were stranded at the airport for more than 10-12 hours.
Please note if this was the case, I would have selected another option such as traveling back to my home country. Seems to be a case of false advertising.

In addition, when my family contacted the company and enquired about the situation, the employee was shouting, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to my mother. I have not experienced such arrogant and unprofessional behaviour in my life.

Highly recommended giving this place a miss and going for other options.

Used them for tourist visas and airport drop off/pickup.
Staff is responsive and their prices are reasonable.

These guys are amazing. Specialy Bijay, he helped me alot regarding my visa process. My flight is tomorrow and he just gt my tourist visa approved. In this time where almost all visas are getting delayed. Seriously hat's off to you guys. Finally now i am relieved and able to travel now. Thanks team Cozmo

Totally agree that the service they are providing, its really 10 out of 10. Got visa and Insurance within 1 day. Price is also comparatively cheap.

They are not available on Sundays as advertised on Air Arabia's website.this is very disappointing.

One of the worst visa services ever if your applying for uae visa from them don't apy they won't give you code for ALhosn app

Also I tired calling them but they responded very rudely

Not answering the phone, you have to call many times to get respond, if the secretary answer the call will ask you to call back later!
will not take your number or even name, they are not interest to make business!

I had a very bad experience with Cozmo travels abu dhabi. They have given wrong advice due to that I was stuck in airport for 2 days.there is no help form the cozmo staff and their PRO then I called other agency and they help me to solve my issue.

Costumer rep filipino guy he called himself red or whatever it was, was so rude. I'll never deal, recommend this agency again.

Very efficient service, costs are comparable to online travel agencies but you get personalized service. I engage them for visas and tickets for visiting family members. Always get prompt response and reasonable price.

Cozmo travel is a decent agency. There was some amount of communication gaps but they were sorted out. Hence the 3 stars. They were extremely cooperative but after there was a dispute. The rates are quite good though.

Mr. Bimal is highly professional and knowledgeable person for France Visa. Cozmo fee wise its little high. However, we got some discount and applied for our France Visa. We had all documents but were little worried because of documentation process. We met Mr. Bimal and he helped us throughout the process and we applied and got our visa. We appreciate his efforts and recommend him for your visa application process.

Very disrespectful staff. They lie to the costumers and they are irresponsible. Very bad experience. Don't suggest it.

A bunch of nuts.won't ever recommend this agency to anyone. I had applied for a 30 day multiple entry Visa for my daughter with all the dates specified out beforehand. They applied and took a 90 day multiple entry visa for me, thereby making me lose a 1000 dirhams in the process. And all they do is call me up and apologise that it was a typing mistake on their part and comforting me with the idea that the Visa is valid for another 2 months, when I just needed it for a month. Unprofessionalism to the core. Don't approach them or lest you'll lose your cash.
