Very worse travel agency I have ever seen in my life. Don’t trust them blindly. I got very bad experience from them.

Bad customer service Mussafah branch just for refund my money I visit 3 time in branch always saying come later evening but clearly written in tax invoice refund time 9am to 1pm & 530pm to 9pm.

Checked with the office on the uae visa charges and was informed that pay was 280 AED per head. Prepared all documentation and called their office today to proceed with payment. The attendant informed me that its 300 AED. The payment of 280 AED was part of promotion.
Its important to inform customers about your actual rate and discount on offer to avoid misunderstanding and establish trasparency with your future customers.
