Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi

Nice comfy rooms. The location is good for walking around. The pool in indoor and the rooms don’t have coffee machines.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming
The hotel is good and maintained
You have everything bar 2 restaurants swimming pool sauna gym spa in the center of Abu Dhabi
We were upgraded to a suite which seemed very nice.
The room was clean (a little dust in some places though)
We just ran out of a bath mat after the cleaning staff passed through the first room, I think it was an oversight.
The location is in the center of Abu Dhabi on foot, approximately 40 minutes to the beaches
The hotel was good but personally I hesitated and I should have taken a hotel by the sea but it all depends on what you are looking for and what you are coming to do.

Actually I'm going a restaurant. I was surprised. The hotel is very nice and clean, everything is great, especially the reception staff mainly GANESH I think he was a bellboy. Special thanks to Ganesh bez he is showing the way and he behavior everything is perfect he is enjoying his job I like that mindset very good person. Finally the hotel is brilliant.

Fabulous hotel. Clean, spacious and luxurious rooms. Affordable accommodation with a great views. One side of the hotel is facing the mosque which brings a great Arabic feeling, especially in the time of the prayers. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms is big enough with beautiful rest room and good quality and taste Indian and continental food. Pool and workout area is in terrace mean top floor with good ambiance. Hotel location is in heart of the city or centre of the city. All malls and important places are equal distance in the circular pattern.

Hotel, restaurant good, but view only the building, but its okay because the hotel in the centre of city

It’s a pleasure of staying at crystal, friendly staffs, quite ambient, center of city, lots of option nearby for shopping, food stores all at just a Meter away.

Good position, very big and clean rooms. Breakfast is not satisfying because for espresso capuccino there are extra costs.

It was a business trip to stay over cristal hotel. The hotel is in a prime calm location, 4 star amenities and very well courteous staff.the breakfast is healthy and delicious in the morning. Spa and small swimming pool is amazing. Health club with multi gym, very clean sauna and Steam bath amenities. A must try ayurvedic massage.i could say the best ayurvedic or even the only ayurvedic massage available in the area.

Wonderful cocktail class held by Raldon. The competition was really fun and exciting. The certificates issued to ladies were a lasting memory. Keep it up Viewz Bar.

They gave me a large room in which there are bed room and Living room separately. The size of the room made me very surprised at the moment that I looked inside of the room just after opening the door.
The Price is very reasonable comparing with other hotels around.
The local mall is very close to the hotel so that It is easy enough to go out to eat something and to look around for seeing people's life.
They were willing to extend 1 hour on my checking-out time for free.
I'd like to be staying again in this hotel.

Spent two days at the hotel. Great service and all staff were hospitable. Value for money. Will be my pick whenever I visit Abu Dhabi.

Nice place to stay, good location restaurants, shopping centres, hospitals etc.are available nearby.

Sadly I was not able to take a photo of the cockroach on the bedside table and the water on the floor from the bathroom's ceiling when I woke up!
The pool was cloudy and when i tried to swim, it's irritating in the eyes maybe because of too much chlorine? The water was warm in the middle of summer, they only have 2 shower room and 2 changing room.
TV resolution was very bad, No TFC channel for Filipinos.hello! UAE has lot of filipino expats trying to relax. Be sensitive guys.
I was so disappointed

Free parking but you cant bring your car direct to parking area very difficult if you go out everytime because you need to wait for 5 to 10 minutes get your car very difficult if you go in & out for several times

Flawless experience. From the checkin to the checkout, the experience was top notch. Breakfast, room service, cleanliness and reception was all quick and superb. Location is great too. Many tourist attractions are nearby and the taxi doesn't cost much. Rooms are comfy and spacious.

A four star hotel, situated in between "Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre" and "Hamed centre". Very good location.it's in the heart of the City.amenities includes fitness centre, spa, indoor pool, WiFi etc.it takes about 20 minutes to reach from Abu Dhabi international Air port.

I had booked for my guests for a business trip to AbuDhabi. It was great, smooth and comfortable stay. I even had some miss understanding related to payments (from my side) which was solved smoothly and professionally by Mr. Purna Shrestha

I highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal trips, reasonable prices and very professional people.

There is a free valet so you do not have to worry about parking. Great restaurant with great buffet and amazing bar with live music.
