Crocs

Good shop (Crocs at Mushreef mall), though we didn’t purchase anything here as we were just here just to check in and have some dinner. I was surprised to find out that Crocs in Abu-Dhabi has different prices for their goods. My son purchased one and then when we visited another mall and we Crocs at a lower price.

Worst shop please don’t buy here. The staffs are very bad and they don’t care about the customers.

There is a good selection of Crocs footwear. The wide footwear allowing ample space for feet and toes is recommended by doctors. If this is what you are looking for, it's a good place to go.

I was regular at crocs but after the recent incident I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from them cause of their awful customer service. We bought from their mentioned web on insta and the size didn't fit so we were told to go and exchange in the store when we did that they charged us extra 27 in mishrif mall today on top of what we already paid! JUST FOR EXCHANGING.not a different type or color. Exact same thing and they made us pay which was extremely frustrating. And the staff was clueless about their own website and just kept saying mam you have to pay that's the policy, i was like policy for self pickup and exchange are you kidding me! It was just awful so wouldn't recommend at all.

Bad quality I bought sandale last October after few months has broken so I went to the shop they told we can't do anything

The shop was very nice and the staff in charge was very friendly and helpful
