A clean and safe airport hotel. Convenient for long layovers. The staff were nice. The room was basic but clean. The pool was nice and well maintained. They have access to a somewhat private beach (Cyan Beach) that they share with nearby residences and hotels. The beach is probably a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, but they offer shuttles that take 2-3 minutes.

First, the comments with the names of the employees are by way of begging. They ask you to show it as a good treatment for the guests at the weekly meeting, as one of them said to me. Loud music all night, especially towards the Plaza. We ordered blankets yesterday and to date they have not arrived. A bad experience that I do not think about repeat again

Booked one room with balcony with sea view. The room was in the corner with low floor so it didn’t match my expectations but overall the room was nice. I suggest that they offer cutlery in the rooms without asking and to have faster room service.

Night manager Ali refused to help even though i told him i was sick, he was so rude didn’t like the experience last time here.

Very nice hotel with high standard services. Special mention for the receptionists and the concierge Binod KC that very often manage my plan changes and my needs. Everything is working well also because the general manager is present and she always checks personally all the things with a nice human touch.

During my recent stay at the Crown Plaza Yas city in Abu Dhabi, I found my experience to be quite pleasant. While the hotel showed signs of aging and the rooms could use some improvement, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Binod K. C the concierge and the front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their professionalism and attentiveness were commendable. However, it's worth mentioning that the hotel could benefit from some renovation and updating, particularly in the rooms. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for the outstanding staff and their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay.

Modern 5 star hotel in a nice area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, amenities plenty. Prices are reasonable for UAE. 3 new theme parks, Yas marina F1 circuit, and Yas shopping mall are within close proximity. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached in15 minutes as well as Abu Dhabi city in 30 minutes.

فندق راقيه لدرجة عالية جدا من الرقي ولكن لا يملك اي كاد إداري لائق في هذا الفندق معامل غير طيبه واستقبال بوجوه مقرفه
والمطعم الاكبر هناك ليس لديه اي تعاون وان معامله جيده للمقيمين في الفندق

A lovely place to come and stay whilst visiting Yas Island and Abu Dhabi, with the beach and mall near by, the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to assist where needed. A special mention to Binod K. C, the head of concierge is one of the best in the world, from losing my wallet in a taxi and ensuring it was returned to me to simply offering a bottle of water. If in Abu Dhabi a highly recommended hotel

The Crowne Plaza, Yas Island is very well located and about 8-10 minutes from AUH Airport. Stay here if you want to visit Ferrari World, Yas Marina F1 Circuit or WB. They have a lovely pool, from where you can watch the beautiful sunset!

The staff are very nice, and super helpful. I will be back soon.

الصراحة فندق قديم ومتهالك وفيه بعض الامور السيئة اذا بتطلع من المواقف الى الغرفة يبي لك تدخل مصعدين وصوت الازعاج والتكسير والصيانة وصوت الطائرات مزعج وقريبه جدًا صحيح ما قصرو اعطوني غرفة وصاله بما ان معي اطفال والشاطئ الخاص فيهم جميل بس لازم سياره

فندق جيد وموقعه مميز بس قديم عمره فوق 11 سنه مستهلك صراحه يحتاج تجديد اذا جاي تبي تستمتع لاتاخذ فيه

Bad reception service. Staff training required. They good at excuses and stubborn to not let you in. I had 3 Emirati ID and one UK guest with International driving license and photo copy of passport. They not let us anyone in. I have spoke with manager and other 2 staff who were not helpful and aggressive front of our small kid. Small kid were shaken and got dropped her drink even. They mad us waiting 2 hours of saying that we have sent your IDs to CID. That lady treated us very badly and humiliated us. We were so embraced front everyone. And then opposite hotel allowed us and we paid again and loose money from crown plaza. Not recommended at all.

Great hotel, good value for money.
The staff does a great job in making you feel at home. I've stayed here for a week and experienced the hospitality.

Loved our stay at the crowne plaza in Abu Dhabi, Binod (who was apart of the concierge team - team leader) was absolutely amazing and allowed us to have the best stay. He helped organised trips for us & ensured we had a good time constantly. He remembered our names (amazing) and constantly checked up on us. Our trip would not have been special without the concierge team & are a credit to the hotel. Binod is amazing and will be remembered as apart of our trip x

المكان رائع وجميل والموظفين متعاونين لكن حصل لي موقف وقت الجحز طلبو مني دفع الليلة الأولى لضمان حجزي ودفعت اتفاجا بعدها انهم يرسلون لي ايميلات بالهبل لدرجة ازعجتني يطلبون مني دفع كامل الاقامه من ضمنها الليله الي دفعتها طبعا تفاهمت مع موظف الاستقبال وشرحت له المشكله وغير كذا اتصل على جميع ارقامهم وللأسف لايوجد استجابه قبل الوصول

Beautiful hotel and great staff. If you take the sea view room, higher floors you can enjoy amazing sunset and sunrise. Buffet breakfast can be quite busy but everyone can find something for their taste. Gym and pool available, as well Yas beach near by. I think one of the best places for family especially if you wanna spend your day at Ferari, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros etc.

I tried many hotels in yas Island, Crowne Plaza is one of the best hotels comparing to the others close to it.
I really highly recommend it for anyone. Specially the family.
High standard of hospitality, cleanliness and comfortable.

I went to the spa at crown Plaza. I have to admit the place is very clean and calm.
The therapist is really good at her job.
But, as a spa at the "crown Plaza" we expect more that massage and that's it.
I wanted a cup of water and they don't have it.
And usually spas serve a cup of tea at the waiting area after the massage. (get a box of Lipton tea, 6 dhs) will much enhance the experience.
And please ask the costumer, bcz most ppl would prefer a shower after they are done and not to leave with oily body.
Note: u can get the water cups from Mai Dubai with good price!

فندق جميل واسعاره مناسبة مقابل الخدمة التي يقدمها وموقعه المميز في جزيرة ياس. صحيح الغرف كانت صغيرة والحمامات تصميمها قديم الا أن بوفيه الافطار منوع وطاقم العمل في الفندق متعاون ولطيف. فيه حوض سباحة للكبار واخر للصغار لكن لم يعجبني ان بعض النزلاء كان يشرب لحد انه يصبح سكران وهذا الامر غير مقبول امام الاطفال ولم يتم ردعهم عن هذا الامر. يجب عدم تقديم الشراب اكثر عن الحد.
لكن في العموم التجربة جيدة

Always great to be back. Delighted the place didnt lose tge standard, like it happened with other hotels on the Plaza. Room is amazing and most comfortable bed. Breakfast is fabulous and lots of staff to serve it fast even during the peak hour. Pool could be colder, but still refreshing and its quite large. Stills bar is amazing as always.

Staff called ibrahim is extremely unprofessional.
I went this morning at 9.30am for breakfast. There was long q of people no sociale distancing everyone standing at the buffet without mask crowd big time when i had ti register i told him i want to grab croissant and coffee and have it in my room instead of putting myself in danger he said its not possible and that he is the manager.
Lack of professional, situation awareness and flexibility no respect to the covid situation rules were not followed

The rooms and service were great. We had a stay for 3 days 2 nights along with breakfast buffet. The stay was absolutely fantastic and the views to the beachside were very scenic. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of cuisines. In the times of covid the secretly protocols were very well managed. Recreation based they had a squash court and gym and a spa. One downside I see is that they had no arcade where kids could gather a basic foosball table or pool table would be nice if they could accommodate. Overall a fantastic place to enjoy with family and friends. You can also access the yas beach for free.

First of all, when we came first in the room, it smelt like rust and smoking? Although it wasn’t a smoking room.we had to wait 2 hours for another room with kids.plus there isn’t any basic needs like toothbrushes or toothpaste, not a bathroom robe as well.the rooms weren’t cleaned well.shatafa was even too short lolll.stuff were rusted.the beds feel wet? The trash bins in the room wouldn’t open.the customer service is horrible.the only nice thing about it was the hand soap, honestly.go to another place.

One of the best hotels I visited. Quick check in, friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Outside terrace if u want to set outside (especially springs and winter time).
Open buffet restaurants available in the hotel if u don't to go outside.
Swimming pool perfect, shower and bathroom is clean.

Parking underground is also wide and enough for many cars.

Overall we like it and would recommend it for group members and business trip.

Asked Seaview but got a corner room. Building spoiling the view. Spent Dhs150 additional for this view. Old and Smelly room.

Great place to rest and unwind. We booked a room with balcony and sea view. It was amazing. We love the view of the golf area, swimming pool and Yad beach all in our balcony.

What we love most is the breakfast buffet. Lots of delicious food to choose from. They also give Yas beach access where you can walk for a swim. It is just 800 meters away from the hotel.

Worst experience ever when it comes to theme parks reservation that should come with the rooms booking. Every day we waste hours of our time waiting for the tickets, everyday there is a confusion and it takes them hours to resolve the problem if ever. The first day we went to Yas waterworld and we stayed for more than an hour in the heat waiting for them to send the remaining tickets. And today in Warner Bros, we're also waiting from 11 am until 13: 44 for the right amount of tickets. Either the staff at the hotel or the reservations team have no idea how to organise trips. It's a waste of our valuable holiday time and additional unnecessary stress. So disappointed!

Had a wonderful experience with my children:) the checkin experience and really whole stay was made excellent by Ms. Kael - a dedicated guest service consultant who did everything to ensure the children's satisfaction and room allocation. She is an asset to Crowne Plaza Yas Island and the IHG brand. Some people in the hospitality industry have the natural talent/skill to guarantee a seamless and great guest stay - Ms. Kael is one of the few:) while we were checking in, there was a loud and disturbing guest who raised his voice in the lobby for whatever reason - children were disappointed at the person's bad behaviour BUT Ms. Jasmin who bore the brunt of this - she remained calm and composed and eventually sorted this out. Thank you all

Stills is a fantastic gasteo pub with the longest bar counter in Abu Dhabi. The food is excellent.

Jing Asia has the best Asian food on Yas their Asian Street Food nights are to die for.

Did not like this hotel. Odd room smell, shower head not working properly, my booking was for 2 adults and a 5 years old child, they wanted to charge me for extra bed for my daughter, because my booking was only for two adults, which it was not. The extra bed I asked, arrived too late already, like one hour and a half later. My child was long asleep by that time. At least they saved me 150 AED charges for the bed.

Amazing hotel with amazing views. Breakfast and Dinner Buffets in Jing Asia has wide varieties of desserts, main courses and drinks. The hotel just needs to work a little bit more on Customer Service. Price per night is reasonable.

Nice hotel. Perfect place for couples. For family stay toilet can be little better with locks. Food was awesome and has many cusinise. Pool, gym, restaurant, bar, massage centre all are well maintained. Mini bar in room is bit expensive. You have free bus service to key landmarks in Yas island like Ferrari world, Yas water world, Warner Bros park, Yas mall and to Abu Dhabi city also. Good place to relax and enjoy.

Hotel staff are very honest. I forgot a big sum of money in my room and they called me next day advising me of cash found on desk. They gave me back the whole amount. The hotel staff especially Darya was very nice. A trust worthy hotel. I give them 5 stars for honesty

Room and service were so good that I stayed here an entire week instead of my original plan of 3 nights. Amazing bath with tub, and top quality toiletries were provided. Great food and beverages. Quick valet and helpful security personnel. Congratulations to all staff and management of the best of all Crown Plazas I've been to.

I have visited to this hotel in the months of November 2019, nice rooms and breakfast has lot of options, especially Indian food. They have such a friendly staff, we had early check in of about 2 hours and late checkout of 2 hours with no extra fee. Thanks for the hotel management for not charging us extra fee for early checkin and late checkout.

I would reccomend to select this hotel, if I go for any trip In Abu Dhabi, definitely I'll prefer this hotel.
