Only for one night no more! Four stars no more! Very bad cosmetics (shower gels, shampoo are just terrible), bad breakfast. I don’t recommend it, but it’s good for one night because of the price, nothing more.
I experienced three different hotels in Abu Dhabi and this was the best Specious rooms, kind and helpful staff and a very lovely swimming pool. Can’t wait to come again

Hotels are in the business of hospitality. To make people feel warm and good. Customer delight precedes anything else.
I had called this morning and the person at the desk mentioned that I can checkin at 12.30pm. But the rude lady (Ms Yu) at the reception desk, is stuck with 2pm for checkin. Plus was quite rude at telling me the same. For a hotel of this scale, am sure some room is available, as I could see people leaving with luggage in taxis.
Process is to ensure consistency, to ensure good guest experience, but process should not be at the cost of guest experience. Bad start for my first ever stay at a Millennium property.
The rooms seem to be stuck in the 1980s, made me feel old! It's not the warm retro old, it was the senile sort of old, with dirt, rolled up hair from past guests, grime/stains in bathroom floors, rusty plug points and leaking pipes taped. I hoped room service would be better, but the iron press I had asked for never came.
The only saving grace is their food. The salad section for breakfast was awesome. The rest of the spread though limited, was of good quality, plus their service was better.
Not even a star. This need to be reviewed as per the hotel preferences. I don't know where to start but this is not a 5 star hotel. Check all the photos from this profile. We checkin around 7pm late checkin.

Italian restaurant was one of my favorite with garden restaurant needs some hard work. Thank Adeel for me out with business center and valet staff were great help as well.
I think Sherali give nice room but adeel came in between and changed the room after looking my booking source.no tissue in room.complete 17 floor smelling including my room.bed bedsheets not tightened when entered the room.no fnb menu in room
I left in this hotel then i came come and im going for vacation.ms janella always helping me s8nce i check in telling me welcome back. Very good staff.
@ duty Manager, I was there last Ramadan for quarantine but I registered with different email, regarding this rating because of one of the reciptionist he is very tough, concierge and housekeeping very friendly, last thing was about served food was very poor and served in poor way and I had a problem during iftar in Ramadan and I called duty Manager, she came and took photo for food and changed it

Hotel feels like an old soul but the people working their are the best. Its the employees of Crown Plaza that makes this hotel alive n vibrant. One of the best customer service I have experienced lately. Breakfast was average but the chef n other staffs were very warm n welcoming. I would like to Thank all of the staffs working their during this pandemic for providing such a home like feel. Thank you!
Sofas in the room looked dirty n worn out. My biggest issue with the room I had was I could hear water running on the other room every time they would use the bathroom. It was very irritating. Apart frm that, during my stay (Aug 9-10) demolition of an old building was going on, next to the hotel so overall it was very noisy.
Once i reached the hotel mustafa the receptionist gave me upgrade to a bigger room without asking him which made my experience even better! The room was clean, the price was reasonable, the breakfast buffet was full of options, food was tasty! Highly recommended!

Stay was great. All staffs are very accommodating especially janel in reception. She was so busy but she was able to assist all guests' concerns and calls
The food is waste. Sorry to tell that food is not edible. Not at all helping staff. A 5 star hotel cannot be like this. Standards are poor. Room are old age rooms may be from 90's.
A lot of noise. Hammering (12midnight to morning). The plumbing system (if another room, flushes toilet bowl, i can hear clearly the water/fluids going down the pipe. Little noise from outside the door (people chatting, other room opening and closing their doors, i can hear it loudly inside my room. If you request something from the reception, i will take time, then you must followup again.
The room had several insects, a very terrible smell and leaking water from the bathroom ceiling. Not to mention the furniture condition is way too old and terrible for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast and lunch isn't even edible at all. Worst experience ever had to do an early checkout. Do not recommend at all.
We had the best experience everytime every time we stayed in their hotels. Staff are accomodating and friendly. NO DISCRIMINATION FELT EVER. I totally disagree to the kabayan who said that maybe she is the problem. What I like about the place is very convenient and comfortable. It is like you are at home, a family who enjoyed their staycation within the city. Pool and Gym are great also.
Crowne Plaza gym has spacious, clean and best gym equipment. I have been training under Sheriff from past 3 months and it has been a very good experience. He has been the best trainer and he is very co-operative. He has helped me not only to reduce my weight but also helped me to change my lifestyle for good health. Highly recommended:)
My son joined swimming classes with Sheriff and within 3 classes he was confident enough to go in deep and be there alone. I could feel that he is confident and wants to practice more. I will say Sheriff is the best instructor in town, really happy with his dedication and commitment to teach swimming to my son

Stuff are polite and professional. In particular, I draw your attention that the club lounge officer at 17 floor, Ms Camilla is reliable, polite and professional. Services are good My stay was nice.
Brilliant hotel in the heart of the corniche area. Wonderful staff go out of the way to help. Our every need and request as a family was attended to. Spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast. Many eating options in the vicinity. There are no corniche or sea views however
الغرف قديمة و غير عازلة للصوت. انصحك بان تأخذ غرفة في الأدوار العليا عشان تبتعد عن أصوات المطعم لانك بتنزعج من صوتها الساعه ٥ ونص الفجر و كذلك صوت الموسيقى الساعه ٦ الصباح. الأثاث قديم اتوقع عمره اكثر من عشرين سنه. الموقع ممتاز و الخدمة جميلة لكن المبنى يحتاج ترميم و تجديد
I use the gym here along with personal training sessions. The training manager, Sherif is fantastic. He has contributed immensely to my fitness journey, but more importantly, he is extremely understanding and supportive. He also very respectful. He is an excellent coach to have! The gym itself is clean and well equipped with some very useful machines in excellent condition. Cannot recommend enough!
Thank You Kanoat Me Nd My friend visited to check in our Sister (cousin) for 2 nights (2-4 Mar). She was first time traveler so can’t say much abt stay experience but Kanoat was an aspect worth mentioning. She was pleasant friendly smooth Nd kind with her approach though we can be cheesy sometimes but she kept calm Nd cool all the time. She is an asset. Asad & Khalid
