Security (black guy) is very rude.he is not allowing inside front gate wearing promotional tshirt.actually im going to carefore to purchase grocery and am telling him that I'm not working in dalma mall but still he didn't listen saying that staff is not allowed from the front gate.

You will find very few options for formal suiting. Which is surprising for such a big mall.

I am writing this review only because of the worst experience which faced from Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi.

Still I don’t know where to report this issue…

Unfortunately I visited Dalma mall with my colleagues to watch a movie named Leo, last week.

The security guards treated us very badly. They did not allowed us to get inside through main entrance.
When we asked what the reason they blabbered something and at the same time they allowed some other people to get inside through the same main entrance which they didn’t allowed us and they forced us to enter through some other way…. Which was far away …

We think the security guards judging customers through their attire and outfit …. It was such an unforgettable and unfortunate memory for me.
We will never visit Dalma Mall again.

The Authorities should see this … I think this is happening with management permission… The Customer service was poor …

Shame on you the Management Team of Dalma Mall.

All Customers should be treated as equally.

Under one roof of 3 floor building with more than 400 shops you can get anything whatever you want with easy map location of each outlet. It is the best mall in entire Abu Dhabi region.

Wonderful place to explore further. Everything under one roof. Repeatedly feel like visinting the place. Max and Redtag Collections are amazing. Only one thing is Indian restaurant is missing.live cooking is the only one which is not ok. Carrefour does well.

Perfect place where shopper can purchase wide range of branded products, feels a luxurious life style with a good shopping experience. Many of the stores inside mall with affordable product price and promotion. People lives in ouside of Abudhabi, places such as Musaffa, ICAD, Shabiya, tarif can easily reach here.

Car parking is abundant, gives the feeling of shopping comfort, smoothness and sophistication, a variety of services and different brands in a wide range that satisfies different tastes, and I also noticed the large presence of multiple branches of local banks known in the country.

Amazing and comfortable place for customers and final consumers to purchase all kinds of products and iterms necessary for human living. They also make sure that, customers are in place and observe the current pandemic lay down rules and regulations by UAE police, so that customers don't fall as a victim.

Dalma Mall is huge and is spread out over 3 levels. It has everything for everyone and at affordable prices. Great selection of places to eat as well. A bit out of the way if you are stay in the heart of Abu Dhabi, but well worth the price of a taxi and the time it takes you…

I am one of the staff from dalma mall.i would like to request the organisation do please arrange the covid 19 taste in weekly basis.better to be helpful for each oda in this pandemic situation. Hope organisation will take reaction soon.

Nice place for quick shopping, coffee and quick bits. Medium size with mall not too mang popular stores.

Beautiful mall, you can buy every thing from this mall also there are cenema hall, you can see you favorite movie and enjoying the time from this hall.

This is the biggest place in this area for anything you want.best shopping place and best food court.

Great shops, lots to choose from. A bit outside the main city, can't say that its worth going out of your way to visit it.

Huge mall with plenty to do and see. There’s some great food there too. Take your tome exploring it all, it’s not something that can be done all in one day unless you’re really energetic.

Seriously easy mall to walk around. Great variety of stores. Many restaurants easy parking. Serves Mussaffah, MBZ, MAFRAQ and Wathba areas

It's very huge mall located in mussafah, Abu Dhabi. You need extra stamina to finish roaming every part of this mall

This is a mall located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, Madinat Zayed. It is a very big mall with a lot of outlets. The mall has Centre point, Max, Baskin Robins, Carrefour, Daiso, many jewellery shops, Dollar store, ximi vogue, ace, E Max, fun city, cinema theatre, food court and many more. This mall has most of the top brand and popular stores. This mall also has ample car parking slots.

Great mall. Very spacious and not crowded. There is a good parking space and they have good shops.

The department stores also have good products and affordable clothing. The staff are also very attentive and helpful.

Excellent. Only the shape of the mall (not round or oval but straight) may force you to walk a lot (good for health). It's one of the great shopping malls in UAE having almost all shops and brands.

Longest Shopping Mall In Abu Dhabi Region. Highlights of the Shooping Center are Carrefour Hypermarket, Cine Royal Cinemas, Branded Stores, Top Restaurants, Food Court, Indoor Play Grouds fir Kids, Medical Center, Huge Car Parking Complex.

You will get various Brand shops under one roof. Good attractions venues for shopping but very difficult to get car parking place on weekends. Don't worry, if you wont get parking at front side of mall entrance then go to basement of mall where is provisions of parking free of cost
