By far the worst health insurance I have ever had. They cover NOTHING! You insurance can say it covers something but Daman will just deny it saying it is not covered.
I put my family's insurance on them. I received an insurance card for me and my family, but my nationality was in another country and my son was marked as female. I don't understand why they can't even do something as simple as this.
Daman customer service is good but only thing need to improve is, some company failed to renew the insurance of employees, penality should go to company instead employees name.because most of the time happening employer failed to do renew insurance, when employee go to new job that time fine need to paid by employee, in such cases employer should get the penality. This issues facing many of the employee. Thank you.
Daman is one of the best insurance service dependable during illness. It has a great network and coverage. Eventhough, their process for new application is too slow and take unsusual delays.

Very very bad service I'm waiting from 2 hours when i come there was a 50 people on waiting till now more then 20 people on waiting i think they will take more 2 hours very very bad service
Very helpful and well appointed office. Extremely efficient front office and internal officers. They were very knowledgeable, articulate and helpful in explaining all the processes and executing them, when the time came. Numerous open desks to attend to customers at the earliest. The free WiFi and computer and printer kiosks are very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

If, call the customer service number, they registering the complaints. Since 5 months no any call back, responds for these and other complaints cancelled with the reasons “no answer the calls”
New member addition received penalty without any reason, Several calls and e-mails are no response. Finally, I paid this fine and I got member card with wrong photo.
No value for customers voice
