Zero management, zero care, zero hygiene from the doctors. My son today in the pediatrics doctor David was not wearing gloves nor face mask although there is viral infection between all the kids and he hold the baby closely and kissed him to transfer the disease in direct or indirect way. If the hospital is having restriction hygiene and policy, he won’t do it, but the hospital is fine since the babies will get infected and visit the hospital again and again.

Today, my son Muhammad had an appointment with Dr. Brian Maccormack (Pediatric surgeon). My son is normally grumpy and afraid of doctors. But today our experience with Dr. Brian Maccormack was amazing, my son has had the best doctor appointment experience since he was born and same goes for me and his mother, the doctor approach to my son was amazing and the best part was that we found the right solution and treatment map.
Again Dr. Brian Maccormack was super friendly, helpful and professional.
I would highly reccomend him to all parents.

It is always great experience in the Hospital. Everything is so perfect. DR. Shabnam is one of the Sweetest Dr.ever. Sherbanoo is also very kind whenever i approach her.

Very disappointed with the staff here. During the time we came was for my son who had vomited, diarrhea and fever. During the waiting time, my son vomit in their premises but none of the staff assisted us. On the time, the doctor saw him, the doctor said “it’s probably food poisoning” and no further test was taken nor they gave any medication for him to consume. We went home disappointed. When my husband was paying the bills, the nurse said how was our experience, and mentioned that the doctor whom my son saw was one of the best. But unfortunately, I don’t think he is the best. It’s like they push out of the hospital without further test and investigation. The following day, we went to Burjeel hospital Abu Dhabi and they find out my son has infection and did further test to see what was the cause of it and was given out proper medication.

A wonderful experience, thank you Mrs. Najwa El-Sayed for her wonderful and distinguished work and her speed in completing the work, I wasted a lot of time in many hospitals because they did not complete the work well, but thanks to Madame Najwa, I will definitely visit the hospital

اما بالنسبه لدكتور حازم ماشاءالله تعامله جداً جميل ولبق ويعطي معلومات كامله للمريض ومرح جداً مع المريض ونصايحه صحيحه بالكامل

My patient was admitted in 508 room and I love the way everyone cares and hamble treatment given thanks for being good and loving security Dipa Tamaang.

Doctor Mahjabeen is treating my wife and she is a very nice doctor. Shahbano is always welcoming us she is best out there.

I would like to thank Ghada, at the pediatrics clinic for her efforts as she always continues to amaze me with her strong communication skills and they way she deals with parents when in full capacity. As always Dr. Maha is one of the best doctors. And can't thank all the staff and nurses for performing their best when under pressure.

First appointment, mostly good — still waiting for the doctor’s assistant to send me a few more photos from the scan (which by now is probably NEVER going to happen). Had to make a follow-up appointment, first call I was told they will phone me back. Never happened. Second call I was supposedly put through to the nurses station — ended up talking to a cleaner. Third call — the nurses station put the phone down in my ear after the phone rang for about 3-4 minutes. Fourth call I was told a supervisor would call me back — a week later and I am still waiting. Needless to say I took my file and am moving to a different and competent facility where people actually listen. Just poor service overall.

We visited danat al emirates hospital and we fully satisfied about hospital services and specially Dr. Shakeela is a professional doctor and she deal our case very professionally. Share Bano also provide good services.

I just want to extend my appreciation first with my obs and gyne Dr. Jalal Al Shareef who take care of me from the start of my pregnancy, such a wonderful and caring doctor.

Secondly is for Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim my twins Pediatrician who always answer and give us full explanation on our questions every time we call him and to Ms. Ghada, Peads Clinic Manager who is very sweet and accommodating.

It’s is always pleasure to meet Dr. Tania, she is very knowledgeable Doctor. Hospital new building is very beautiful. The team in Danat Hospital is always welcome me with great smile. Sherbano is alway very helpful and kind. The hospital is very clean. Just the waiting time is a little problem rest all is amazing.

I visited the Hospital for having Covid19 vaccination and the experience and staff support daye and abeer at the reception were very accommodating welcoming, Mr Hisham was very supportive.and the nurse who give the dose was very professional.

I did a surgery with Dr. Sachin to fix a fissure, after surgery my symptoms become worse then I discovered that I got an abscess and later on a fistula because of this surgery.
All Doctors I visited later they said this is a compilation of my surgery with Dr. Sachin.
I did another 2 surgeries to fix this complications and still suffering till now.
I admitted to Danat Al Emarat with simple problem and discharged with complicated problems.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to miss Nagwa at the women’s clinic. Nagwa she is the best receptionist ever she is always really caring person each time I will highly recommended hospital and the service to all my friend thanks Danat Al Emarat hospital

The emergency service was not professional. The doctor did not take care properly of my wife after the abortion. She kept bleeding for a couple of hours even after the treatment (at home). More guidance and advices shall be given to the patient after finishing the treatment!

What’s the use of appointments if you don’t respect patinets’ time. Waiting one hour for my appointment is not OKEY!

حياكم الله حبيت أشاركم تجربتي كانت وايد ممتازة ربيت من سنتين بالدانة الإمارات ورزقنا الله بخليفة وسلامه وهالفترة حامل جديد وطول فترة حملي الاول كانت تستقبلني الاخت نجوي اللي يالسه بعيادة النساء بنت وايد زوق محترمة وتحب تخدم تراني وصلت تسجلني من دون اي شي أشكرج نجوي جدا حبيبتي والحمد لله انك موجودة اموري بخير وايد اكون مستأنسة وانا بحكي معها و اكلم الفلبينية تراها خايسة ما تريد تشتغل لكن نجوي والله اني أبي أشكرج علي المعاملة الزين معرفتك كنز الله يعطيكي الف عافية حبيبتي مشكورة دانة الإمارات انك توفري موظفات مثل نجوي?

Disappointing experience at their clinics! Aside from them being overcrowded and not organized with appointments, tying to reach someone to speak to in the clinic by phone was impossible. Kept calling multiple times, getting transferred to the clinic and nobody answering the calls. I got promised several times that they will ask someone to call me back which never happened. Finally when I was connected to the clinic, a woman replied and was so rude. I will not return to this hospital and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY SLOW AND UNORGANIZED.

I booked an appointment to get a vaccine. My appointment was at 1: 30pm and i was only assessed at 3 pm. I arrived and they told me to wait for a very long time. They took me to see 2 doctors when i was only supposed to see one. When it was finally time for my vaccine, they made me go to the pharmacy BY MYSELF, to get my own vaccine? It is not my job to do so it is the nurses job. When i came back with the vaccine they made me go back to the reception so that i could bill the vaccine, even though they're supposed to do that themselves. The nurse finally called me for my vaccine but i had to wait an extra 20 minutes because there was no room available. Horrible service, Clevland hospital is better.

كانت تجربه غير جيده بالأمس طفلي تجاوزت حراره 39 درجه وللأسف الدكتوره طلبت من الممرضه إعطائه علاج بدن الكشف عن طريق التلفون (لأن الدكتوره خارج القسم)

اعتقد انهم كانوا افضل بالخدمة وبكل شي اما الان فيغلب عليهم التعامل السيء خصوصي الكادر في عيادات النسائية اما الدكتورات فجيدات بالاضافة ان الصيدلية تعاملها واضح بانها تعطيك ما تريد هي من الادوية وما يسلك الادوية الموجودة باسعار عالية

I would give you 0 stars for letting me wait more than 3 and a half hours from 9 o'clock until 12: 40. Where the staff couldn't know when the doctor will be back. Worst experience, I had so much pain at night I am 7 months pregnant and they were not interested, only letting me wait whether at the drs reception or at the emergency.

Worse hospital in respecting appointment. I have experienced them as walk in patient where they made me wait for 4 hours. I have also experienced them with advanced appointments where they made me wait for at least 1 hour every single time I have an appointment.

Very disappointed with Danat had to wait for 20 mins just to be informed that the dr already left and my appointment was not even registered in the system upon our arrival. Not returning back

الحمدلله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات. كل الشكر والتقدير للدكتور أمين استشاري النسائيه بمستشفي دانه الامارات لما بذله من جهد وإخلاص في العمليه الجراحيه لزوجتي اليوم التي امتدت لثلاث ساعات وشكرا للدكتوره ساره احمد استشاري الباطنيه في مستشفي دانه الامارات وكل طاقم التمريض لهم جزيل الشكر

Very horrific experience of delivery of baby by csection.i did'nt understand why doctor started surgery with out continous monitoring of baby 's heart beat.and during surgery dr amin informed me that baby is not alive.they did'nt check fetal heart beat before starting the surgery and during the surgery.i could n't come out of this bad experience uptill now.even after 3 months of delivery.it is definitely malpractice of doctor.and doctor told me that they did'nt find reason of baby 's death.but when i consulted to another doctor of another hospital.she told me that my reports after delivery showed that i hv protein in urine and that was severe case of preeclampsia.still after 3 months of surgery, i m still having uterine bleeding, but never wants to visit this hospital again.

Worst experience ever. The normal waiting time with an appointment is one hour! Bad service, bad communication Skills from nurses and the cleaning services are the worst!
How ever some doctors are very professional like Dr. Georgerta and the only reason for going to this low quality hospital is her.

Its a well versed and experienced specialized hospital. I have been taken well care of while I was suffering from illness. Best recommended hospital.

اسوء استقبال وعدم احترام للمواعيد. لازم تنتظر ساعة او ساعتين لتقابل الدكتور حتى لو وصلت قبل موعدك بساعة. مسخرة واستهتار بأوقات الناس
