Im waiting to deliver my kitchen from nearly three month, and no body give me an answer, they just took the money and forget you, very bad service from big company, shame
The worst customer service ever. Every 2-3 employees having a conversation together, and I called someone who was busy with his mobile, then he called the other lady which she was also saying that I am busy.
This place will require a proper management to lead the staff appropriately!

They falsely advertise “Easy Return”, however when you actually try to return something, it is practically not doable.
Once a piece of furniture is delivered to your home, it is not returnable “unless It’s still packed and uninstalled”! Not a good customer service experience.

طلبت عن طريق الاونلاين. ونظرا لتأخر الطلبية، طلبت منهم إلغاءها وارجاع المال، وتم الموافقة على ذلك. حتى الآن حيث طاف أكثر من 14يوم لم يتم ارجاع المال والتواصل معهم جدا متعب لا يوجد تجاوب. لا انصح التعامل معهم.
A shop is only as good as it’s products and it’s customer Service. I have been buying products from Danube over the past decade and I have found most of them of reasonably good quality.
When Danube moved to its new home in Jimi Mall, we, as loyal customers, followed and I found the new showroom much more spacious and full of really useful things for your home and for your garden.
However the things you buy, are only as good as the service backing them. Two days ago, I bought a Char-Broil grill from Danube and lugged it all the way home, up two floors, on to our roof garden -only to find that the regulator attached was the American version and was not suitable for UAE gas cylinders.
As the regulator is essential to connect to the gas cylinder and since I was unable to do so the grill was basically totally useless.
The salesman who sold me the grill had no clue about this neither did customer service, and frankly, I wonder why they had this even in stock since it would not work in this country, as actually was a health hazard as it was.
I called customer service they didn’t seem to much of a clue, but luckily I got Mr. Minhaj who has demonstrated exemplary customer service for me in the past. I’ve found all of his suggestions to be spot on, value for money and very intelligently made.
He immediately understood the situation and came to me with the solution and asked me to return the grill. He got me an exchange paper found me a similar grill within a few dirhams of the original one with much better quality, asked me to avail of a discount with my Fazza card and did the whole process in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes.
It is people like this-who make a company from just mediocre to good, and from good to great.it’s not the stuff that you stock it’s not the size of your showroom-but it is the customer service and this is the only thing that’s going to change in this day and age of online customer shopping it’s customer representatives like Mr. Minhaj, that actually make me want to come back and shop there again and again and I would upgrade this rating from 4 to 5 just for his exemplary service
So, I’m giving Danube five stars, but only for Mr Minhaj. If you ever go there and are in a bind, just ask for him. He will take care of you, without a doubt!
One of the worst shops in Al Ain.the customer care are very bad. I bought a desk chair and it is 10days, and they did not call back. I am thinking to get my money back and never step there again
I went there yesterday and the staff completely ignored me, some where even rude and not welcoming at all. I was standing there for half an hour asking for assistance but receive none! They seem to only care if you have a male companion with you or look a certain way? ! I was planning on buying tone of stuff but I only bought one item because of the staff lack of engagement with me
جربت الحنفيات للدش والشطاف. مع اني ماخذه احسن نوعية لكن للأسف ماتنفع دفع الماي ضعيف فيها مع انه الحنفيات السابقه للمنزل كان دفع الماي وكميته ممتازه. لن أكرر التجربه
