I had recently issue regarding expired cash return item “credit in my account” and Mahmoud form Customer Service helped to reactivate it after expiration instantly and solve it same time

I dont know why they have high score, they sell poor quality products and after calling to fix it under warranty that mentioned this part is not included in the warranty. Good luck buying from them because you will need it.

Based On your reply, I will only contact you if you confirm that your are sold with warranty, if not then it should be transparent to all that some of your product are sold without warranty. I have already called customer service 8003131 and they told me they are sorry no warranty is provided for basin units.

I was a bit disappointed, did not find a hardware section for DIY, only a small section for some tools.

Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend them. They schedule deliveries at least 7 days later, then show up 2hrs past their 5hr window which they confirmed at least 2x during the week. Their drivers are terrible, cant even communicate in English, are unprofessional & dont even know how to handle community security. Their customer service is a joke, lots of “we ll check & call you back” which doesnt happen, then their store closes & you’re left with no response & no delivered product. Dont waste your time & money and go elsewhere for your shopping needs!

Based on my experiance, selection/brand is less compare to 2-3 year back. Theh focussing now only one or two brands.

The first time I’ve tried them a week ago, it was an excellent overall experienced for their services. The customer service who assisted me over the phone named Princess is knowledgeable, accommodating and organised. I had the mattress and curtains cleaning at the bedroom last week, and since their services were brilliant, we decided to get their services again by tomorrow for the curtains (living room) and chair cleaning. Thanks again to Joemar and John who did the great job. They came on time, no hassle in finding our location, professional, polite, amazing job and quality of services they had provided to us. Keep up the good work.

Worst experience, bad quality product, worst call center and after sale service. The words written on website "easy return" and "Hassle free return" is a fraud. Bought chairs, delivered with bad quality and not getting it back. Customer care is playing here and there.don't recommend for shopping

This dinning set I purchased and I claim these defect before end of Waranty, It was delivered 19/10/2020 and I call the salesman on the shop on 18/10/2021 they refuse to replace these defect item.
I contacted the shop, salesman and customer service and they send their team to inspect, these took 10 days to finish after that they said that this item is now out of Waranty,?
All these damage less than one, only one summer and it was covered during summer.

My experience with Danube is highly disappointing. The online service is the worst. I had ordered a few products and received them on 21-10-2021. Since then, I have been calling and speaking with them regarding an item that was wrongly delivered instead of what I ordered. Every time they keep saying the same thing. The complaint has been registered and the team will contact me in 24 hrs.
I called them on 21st, 24th, 27th, after which I lost count. Finally I got reply that I have to visit the store directly to return the item and pick my item (even after paying for the delivery). I went last Sunday, as instructed by their online team (after calling them thice to make sure the item is there, for which I got the response that they will call back in 24 hrs). I waited in the store for more than 45 minutes, as the online team didn't send any information regarding this to the costumer service team in the store, and came back without my product.
This is the first and last time with DANUBE, if there was zero star or negative, I would have gone for that for their absolute ignorance and irresponsibility.

We stopped here to get some curtains, but came out with some additional stuff, which was not in our bucket list!
We found so many discount items there, particularly the chandelier section.

We took one beautiful chandelier, I have attached the photos along with this review.
We took it With out second thoughts. Really worth for your money.

And also we bought one small fountain.
Totally satisfied with the product.

A place to shop for gardens furniture and electrical parts, prices for the furniture are comparatively high, and for electrical parts are reasonable, generally speaking go during sales season.

I bought a bed room set just few days ago. I liked it but I got mad when I realised the bottom of the king bed.the layer beneath the mattress is stood fragile it is very noisy with every movement on the bed.next time I will check everything before I buy.

Best to buy items on promotion rather than choosing the non-discounted items.

Non discounted items are found over priced compared with the other options available in other similar competitors.

It's very poor service, they not meeting the promised delivery time. Ahmed Saleh, the customer service is not professional and the company must give a lot of customer service training to their front liners before letting them facing the customers

Staff not friendly at all.
I went to check something and found that online price is cheaper and when you show them online the staff doesn't want to guide or help you.
Look for online they have good deals and delivery is also available if you purchase more than 500 dhs. If you go to store delivery option comes only after you purchase more than 1500.

A lot of products, and low prices commensurate with quality, not really my type of place, I prefer a step or two up from this place.

The staff overall are friendly, but not helpful unfortunately. I wanted to return a few items because I wasn't satisfied with the quality, the pans/pots were scraped up in just under 15 days. This is dangerous for health as these particles can enter your body and cause serious harm and the product in my opinion should be recalled. They said that "the product was not under warranty, that I didn't return it within 14 days, it had already been used and that they top layer is supposed to come off eventually anyways" (certainly not within 15 days of use though, that's a terrible point to tell a customer).

I understand that, but living on a low income and spending good money on these products, i'd expect that they'd last a long time and if they don't meet standards then they should be accepted as returned and given back to the manufacturer. I'm at a loss even after giving this company over 1400dhs of business in 2 weeks and driving all the way out there to kindly request for a solution. I will likely use Ikea or Lulu hypermarket in the future as I've bought things from them before and they will take something back often up to 90 days if you're not completely satisfied with the item, this is how ethical business should be like.

Danube have range of all items, but furniture is of low quality and low grade as compared to price

They have good collections of lights, bathroom accessories and all items have great standards. Loved being here and having look on those items as my pocket was not enough for making a purchase of those items but still hopes on me that a day I will be able to get those as they have that standard things that will make our home super

I bought many furniture items from Danube Home and I am very satisfied with their products and services.

This is my pervious company they hired as a merchandise Analyst.suddenly management said kuwait showroom is going to close so you guys find new job.once i got offer from other company i have work one month notice period but danube home not paid my last month salary and my annual vacation money. Same thing happened to my colleagues this is really not good for this organization.

Ambiance are very nice, all staffs are knowledgeable and very friendly. Very affordable prices also and good quality. I will always come back to this huge store of danube home.

Worst experience
When you call to check if they have stock the will tell you stock is available once you reach there they will say no stock that there is no stock.they will ask you take display. Then you discover that they have stock in other branches but sales person wanted to sell display one.

I tried musafah Branch staff specially cashier in big sale they will open one counter and long Queue waiting. It makes cashier not patient and swipe the card wrongly then decline and will say no founds.

Before you read the full review a word of caution.do not ever purchase expensive items that need maintenance from Danube.you will regret it.
I purchased furniture worth Aed 7000+ from Danube Homes Musaffah branch on 29 June 2019. I confirmed with customer care before my purchase the following things
- I wanted to delay the delivery by few days and they saud it was feasible
- they assured when I needed the delivery they would do it within 2 to 3 days of informing since I made the purchase well ahead.
On 14th July 2019 I called them to to arrange for delivery. I called Miss Christine from customer care and she said she would arrange only for delivery of a chandelier on 16th and another employee would call me to confirm delivery of the rest of the furniture which included beds, mattresses and other furniture.
Then my ordeal started.no calls from them even after 4 hours of waiting. Called 8003131 spoke Ahmed from delivery and he happily informed that it would be on 21st July ie. A week from my request. When I told him I made the purchase on 29th June at first he said it didnt matter, when I insisted he put me on hold came back and told his manager refused. I insisted on speaking to the manager but was not put through. He said he would follow up and call and 2 hours later no call. So I called up Musaffah branch from where I purchased spoke to Miss Marwa who took all the details n never called. Now I call again and Miss marva has left without calling so I now explain my whole ordeal to Alaine. She explains now it is not in her hand to arrange my delivery since its corporate decision.look at the irony.purchase is very simple, you can do it from home, Online, whatsapp.but delivery is corporate decision.
By evening I was so tired of trying to get a positive reply I decided to return the items and get a refund. So I drive down to the showroom. ALAS I did not get my refund cos, Now again refund is also corporate decision according to Miss alane. So I came back and started calling them to get any info on refund status. For getting info on refund I called 6 times and finally succeded as CORPORATE finally decided to do a refund. I had the most amazing experience of spending my time and my hard earned money on purchasing items from Danube and then using my energy to arrange delivery of the same. And finally I also have to run around to arrange for refund.
So if you go to Danube till you purchase your experience will be exhilarating.smiles, assistance and even more smiles assistance and reassurance.once that is done you are done.call call call till someone arranges your delivery and reading comments on maintenance issues I am sure you will run around a lot more.
So please keep away from Danube as except the purchasing part which you do rest everything is decided By CORPORATE.

The stuffs are so expensive and the designs are so much into middle Eastern designs, gold plated and not at all affordable

I walked through the whole place twice without being acknowledged. Lots of staff, place was empty and no one bothered to ask if they could help me.

Worst customer service.bought the wood flooring on the 2/5 and we reached the end of the month and still the guy keeps manipulating me. I choose one design and after 2 days I called to check when the installation would be at that time the guy addressed it as it is not available and I have to go back to the shop to choose another design.went to the shop the guy said the catalogs are not there and to come the next day.went in the next day he said he still doesn’t have the catalog and that he will call me on when he will receive it.two days later I called and asked about it and he said that I can go same day to choose went there and still no catalog. I got super mad because there new location is horrible and this guy keeps telling me to come to the shop.fast forward now end of the month and still no flooring fixed and I keep calling that guy to figure the installation dates he keeps saying give me two min and I will call you back.guess what no phone call what so ever. I am still waiting

Appalling customer service. We bought an expensive table and chairs from the store. After 7 months one of the chairs broke. When we explained the situation to them they refused to mend the item unless we paid for it. Very disappointing

Iys more like a mini mini IKEA but has good variety of items.it's small and compact but dont let its size fool you, upon entrance I wasn't much impressed by its size but when I started browsing I found it serious competitor to other places like home center etc even IKEA.it's good for quick shop and really walk out with great deals.however the prices are a bit on higher side compared to IKEA but when on sale things get really affordable.

Prices are competitive, but the actual delivery service has been a nightmare! I had to make 3 visits to correct the order.and ended up being delivered 1 item short. Frustrated. If not for the sales lady who was very understanding i would lost it with the management. Do not recommend!

If there was an option to have no stars at all, i would prefer that. Delivery service is totall disaster. When we buy furniture, it was told to be delivered in three days and even the time was told.when we didnt see them, even calls Were not being attended and poor customer service. Rude way of talking when finally attended the call they say it will be delivered late! This is totally a disappoinment and poor service from their part! Worst experience ever!
