No proper communication regarding the delivery. Delivery is delayed and they are unable to track my courier. I had to go through lot of apprehension and I myself had to make multiple calls to Indian DHL and then call their third party to locate my parcel. Very traumatic experience.
It was the worst experience ever. I have been standing for around 25 min waiting for my turn to come, and there is only one employee working there, and there is no chairs for customers, aramex is much better. اخس خدمه استلمتها ف حياتي اسحبوا عليهم نصيحه ارامكس افضل
Expensive, the package you want to be delivered must be in a new package. You pay them at the office, then they ask the guy at the other end to pay them some more money.
Worst service I have ever faced. Unprofessional employees specially Zuhair. I gave him my ID he scanned and fill the form. But he didn't mention my full name. Because of this my shipment was stuck 2days.
DHL should look after it. What kind of service is this? Is this a joke? When we want to sent some documents urgently we prefer DHL. But because of this kind of employee peoples using other delivery Companies. DHL should train them again.
When you enter in AL Ain Mall go to Carrefour site at the end turn left you will find stairs going to basement when you go down in front of stairs you find DHL
Not a professional service. Although I had given the full name of the person receiving my parcel in another country, the DHL employee kept asking what's the full name. I also asked if he needed the ID of receiver but he said it will be OK and wrote the name as only First name even when I told not to. Because of this my package was on hold in dubai sorting station. I had to call them numerous times, file complaint, submit receiver ID to get it released and finally reach to receiver. All of this Because he didn't put a name properly
Very friendly and hard working staff from Egypt, not quite sure of his name. But would personally like to applaud him as he sacrificed his lunch hour to serve us. Thumbs up to you mate
Very bad service. The agent of dhl Told me that my shipment will take 3 days max. Now more then 3 weeks without delivery. And no one call or inform me about it. Even the customer service said that they will contact me but nothing.
Extremely bad service, apparently the area I live in is not covered by DHL, when I live 5 minutes away from downtown Al Ain! Upgrade your service please! Mac was kind enough to try his best!
They still live in stone age. Small table under the escalator inside alain mall I don't know are they underestmaiting al Ain city or they just have no enough money to open a proper office
دايماً يقولي تعال استلم من الفرع مع اني دافع مبلغ للتوصيل والحجه انه منطقتك نائية! كل الشركات العالمية والمحليه توصل منطقتنا ومن غير تردد او مماطله الا دي اتش ال الظاهر انهم عايشين في حقبة السبعينات. للعلم لا يوجد في الامارات لمسمى منطقه نائية يا دي اتش ال هذا شي مضحك. شركة عالمية مرموقه في العالم الا في مدينة العين سيئة السمعه اتمنى رسالتي توصل لهم انا ماودي اتعامل معاهم للاسف لكن الشركات اللي برا تبعث عليهم
Standing in queue for one hour to collect a package.its ridiculous to have only one person to serve all customers - who are sending and who are receiving packages! Next time will try Hili service point.
Poor service the driver called me to get my shipping and he ask me to share my location by WhatsApp I told him I’m not in home now but this’s my Location address and you can drop it and call me when you reach. He ignored my request then I try to call him 2 days no one answering me & I called company no one picking phone.its so bad if They mainly depend on WhatsApp location.
This is a review not of this pick up place but for DHL I had to pay 80 something dirhams for my “express delivery” then I get an email from DHL a day late from my delivery date that says I need to re enter my address and when I did mind u they also made me pay 23 dirhams then when I did all that they take me back to a page that said it couldn’t be delivered to the address And put in mind i payed 23 dirhams and they ended up not being able to delivery it to my address I would like if there system would warn people ahead of time so they can know not to waste their money and to know not to order if it won’t be delivered to their house or apartment. So please DHL trying warning people ahead of time and don’t let us pay 23 dirhams only for the shipment to end up in one of you service point which is not our house. Thank you.
