Arrived at 11 AM. No one was there and this is not the first time this happens. I hope management will pay more attention and ensure sufficient number of employees for clients not to arrive to Kiosk without anyone available

I don’t normally review places but i have to for this one as the service is bad like horrible they don’t have time to listen.they are super busy that they ignore you horrible service
the pricing was high too still i choose them for their name and now after this horrible service i might just take another courier company.

Apparently, DHL doesn't do door deliveries outside city limits, or so they say. However if you are ordering from Amazon and refuse to collect your goods from their collection points, they will forward it by Emirates Post.
For deliveries in the Western region, you can pick up your stuff from Delma Mall. Just call customer service on 600567567, give your tracking number, and they arrange to keep your stuff at places of your choice.

During UAE's national holidays, we had difficulty finding open DHL service centers, but found one at Delma Mall after visiting many closed ones throughout the city,   the staff was extremely professional and the service was quick.

Mr. Abdullah at the counter was extremely helpful. Even though the package was bigger than what they accept at the kiosk, he understood the urgency and went extra mile to do the packing. Never seen such a cooperative agent from DHL before. Thanks a lot!

Very expensive and refuse to ship many items.they have alote of restrictions about what to send and what not

DHL is the worst service ever. They took the shipment on the 17 May and till not and after 16 days (1st June) I discovered that it is not delivered yet. VERY BAD SERVCIE. NO RESPECT TO PEOPLE TIME OR WOIRK. Top of carelessness. I called the company and the agent just said we will try today.

There are the worst place I ever had, they are unprofessional and there time is really bad they loos shipments and they are unprofessional really it is very bad experience

Helpful staff but expensive and if you were there after 5pm your shipment will be late for 2 days delivery
