Ticketing procedures are painfully archaic. God help you if you end up with a credit voucher. You will be made to wait for days, made to run from pillar to post for verification and what not. Have gone from being a high frequency Dnata world credit card user to closing all relationships with Dnata, sadly due to lack of customer friendly procedures on multiple occasions

One of the baddest experience that I got from this travel agent. The staff does not know the knowledge about the service that the need to provide. This is unexpectable from this agent. I will not recommend this travel agent to any of my friends and family

Obviously the place need to improve its services and operations.
There is always 1 person sitting to cater to all the people visiting or inquiring. That person also need to be trained properly. Waiting time for customers is long, and person is busy on the system, chatting, calling the mobile, listening through handfree.
Customers should be entertained on first come first serve basis.
Place has no wifi. This is 2022, almost every where in UAE you get wifi, except dnata office, that's pathetic.
Emirates Nbd customers holding dnata credit cards, if wish to use points to buy tickets are hugely disappointed to know dnata office charges almost 30% extra on ticket cost of you are buying ticket from them. What is the point of having dnata platinum credit card?

Ms Dina and Mr Joseph are trusted professionals. Ms Dina has frequently organised and expertly re-organised many trips for me and for my family; some of them quite complicated. I recommend this DNATA office in Abu Dhabi.

انا كنت احجز واثق بدناتا ولكن للأسف استغلو ثقت عملائهم، وصدمت بعد الحجز ان التذكره بدون وزن مع العلم ان نفس شركه الطيران المصدوهالتذاكر عاملين خصومات للأسف مشكلتي لم تحل ويجب على شراء وزن.
يعني لو حجزت التذكره من نفس شركه الطيران كان أوفر لي واحسن ولكن
وللأسف كانت مع شركه دناتا.
وعندما اتصلت مع مركز الاتصال لعمل شكوى كانت الموظفه مستاءه مني ليش انا زعلان. يعني كان لازم اضحك وانا بدفع زياده بنصح جميع الناس الذهاب إلى الموقع الخاص بشركه اي طيران لجز تذاكر سفرهم.

Worst customer service experience ever.

They called me few days after I made a hotel reservation saying that the hotel is fully booked and offering me another hotel that’s 20 minutes away from my original one. Told them to book me a hotel which is one minute from my original one and even provided them with the name, however after one week and several phone call they kept telling me they were working on it.

I had another reservation to Shanghai which i needed to change the check out time and after three days and giving them a call each day they still tell me they are working on it. How hard is it to change the check out date.

Finally I told them to cancel all of my reservations with them and I will never deal with them again

I spent two days trying to book a holiday through their main website and the service was absolute garbage. It resulted in unnecessary cost and terrible communication.

The initial issue I had was with making a credit payment through the website that I contacted their online chat as well as their online phone service assistance to get help. It was explained to me that because my Visa Card is not issued by a UAE bank that there is a restriction on their end for processing it. I was further directed to go to their office on Electra street in Abu Dhabi with my passport and Visa to get the booking completed.

The second issued that came up was when I went to their office. I went with my passport and Visa to confirm the package. After going through the details with the lady at the desk there seemed to be a discrepancy in pricing between what is shown online and what you are offering at the office. No reason was explained for that discrepancy, so we agreed that the booking would be made that day and price would be guaranteed pending confirmation if the online price can be matched.

The next day, I received a call from the office relaying that the hotel was not booked yesterday and that there has been an increase in price of around 1500 dirhams. There was not resolution proposed by anyone that I spoke to except the matter of fact that the price is more expensive.

This is not what I expected from Dnata regarding their customer service or online support. I will never go back.
