الصراحة أنا زبونتهم ومستحيل اطلب من مكان ثاني غيرهم ، تعامل جداً طيب ومحترم ، ويلبون الطلب اللي تبونه لو شو يكون وع حسب ميزانيتكم ، ومستحيل تطلعون من عندهم زعلانين ، واسعارهم وايد رمزية ، والصراحة طعم كيكهم واااااايد لذيذ والله ودوم اطلب من عندهم في كل مناسباتي

I love it it’s tastes so good and the lock is amazing, I tried marble nutella and vanilla custard and both flavour are so good.

مرحبا. دائما اطلب من عندهم للاعياد ميلاد العيال والمناسبات. صراحه كيكهم لذيذ والشكل يكون متقن وجميل. ولا قد مره تأخرو عليه في موعد الكيك سواء توصيل او استلام من المحل ومن تجهز الكيكه يصورونها ويطرشونها ويسألون اذا تبون اي تعديل او تغير في الكيكه.

كنت اتعامل معاهم الصراحه واي حد يسال كنت اخبرهم عنهم بس انصددمت بعد ٦ اشهر ارجع اطلب نفس الطلب ويستوي سعره من ٣٠ الى ٨٥! تكلمت معاهم وقتلهم مش معقول قبل نفس الديزاين ونفس الكيك ب٣٠ والحين السعر دبل مرتين! اول مره قالوا مستحييل ب٣٠. بدها قالوا لا كان عليه اوفر وانا متاكده ان ماعلييه اوفر بس عذر! والعذر الثالث قالوا المتيريل المستخدم تغير! انزيين ليش من البدايه تجذبوني! وبحطلكم المحادثه لتاكييد وطبعا محد اعتذرلي وخبرتهم اني بحط قالولي اوكي ️

I was a customer before with them but after last order I couldn’t be a customer anymore! They jumped with the price three times it was 30 Dhs and become 85! I asked them what happened because I buy it before 30 Dhs but they say no way to be this Price I showed them the conversation between us and they say it was an offer and I’m sure it wasn’t an offer because I send my sister and my friends to buy from them.then they told me no because the raw material is change. They even didn’t apologize about what happened! Any one need to check the conversation please send me and I’ll send it

I bought three times from them. Two times no issues with good taste cake bit expensive. Third time completely unsatisfied as they didn't do the agreed design, taste average and didn't even include the candles that I requested in my order. When I told them about the issues they just said sorry when I complained through their what's u number said bring it back and we will fix it. You should have offered that when I was in the store not after I left and I was on my way to the birthday party. In summary good cake and expensive but bad customer service.
