WARNING: Says closes at 4pm but actually closes 3:30. If I finished my job 30 mins early I would be fired. No shorts allowed.

I am very disappointed because we can't get the chance to open file in our weekly off days.

If you're coming for applying theory test so get ready for waiting around 1 hrs because of the crowd.
Just take your token and wait for your turn.

It's a knowledgeable experience, speed service, got the license in first attempt, Thank to Abudhabi Police and license department.
I have uploaded one scanner that is useful to payment for online classes n should not go RTA office, you will save the time. This scanner is useful after opening the driving licence file.

Could not collect my translated foreign drivers license as the doors closed 30mins before the advertised closing time on the website. Many other people were turned away as well.

A very functional team they got. Very helpful staff and management. They got all the facilities within the organisation. Spacious and comfortable waiting area to make ourselves fine. They got a restaurant inside which provides low quality foodstuff for overpriced rates.

Well organized
You have to study well and train well to have your license

I called them twice but they sent me to wrong location. They closed before closing time they mentioned, other guy and myself were told to come back next day. But please at least stay one person until closing time “you mentioned”.

Too slow.they are taking too long just to open the file.someone is really slow and other one talking on phone continuously

I went here at around 3pm to get a "License Data Verification to UK" letter so that I can exchange my UAE driving license for a UK one. It was not crowded at all and the officer who helped me was diligent and provided me fast and accurate service. Al Hosn Green Pass is currently required to enter.

Waiting for more than 2 hours for 19 customers in queue only. Not clean toilet. No electronic services

Very poor customer service and systems in place to make the process efficient. Opposed having been in DUBAI, the which is light years ahead.

Nice driving school with good friendly intructures.if you want to start learing from basic this is good choice

Poorly managed the place. The customer service were very rude and not able to give enough info.

انتظار طويل جدا على كل الخدمات وبدون لوحات ارشادية للاجراءات او ترتيب الخطوات ، للاسف تحتاج الى كثير من التطوير والتدريب وزيادة عدد الموظفين لتقليل فترات الانتظار الطويلة جدا ، كشف النظر فقط يحتاج الى اكثر من ساعتين
