I have requested for relocation. First I received a call that there is a technical issue and you cannot do the relocation right now.
I’ve asked to reconsider the bill and removed the days of what I can’t use the wifi.
Today I received the call stating that installation will be done between 1-2 pm. Nobody came and I didn’t get any call.

Ive been waiting for them to come the whole day.
I want the compensation for the days that I’m not able to use the WiFi. I want the compensation for today’s day, that I couldn’t be at work. And I want to cancel the account once and forever.
I don’t want to deal with the such unreasonable company.
P.s. I called the callcenter to complain and what she did is just canceled the relocation request and then hang up. 1.55247363

Terrible customer service. Cannot review simple issues. I bought the wireless package over 3 weeks ago and it still doesn’t work. Endless calls to their customer service, visit to their branch to submit EID etc, all their staff promising me it will be working within 24 hours - but it still ain’t. To add insult to injury, I have to pay for the service even though it won’t work. Disgraceful.

The worst telecom company ever.they are trying to cheat you with poor 5g service and speed below 1mbps.and they are not responding to terminating my contract and charging me 259aed monthly for the service am not using.please don't opt for du 5g

Very bad customer service. I gave a port request from virgin into du about a week back. Visited the store 4 times as it was not completed, they keep saying that it is due to technical error and that it will be done. Today i visited the store at 9: 15, the staff says they can’t give me a ticket because they close at 10 PM. Why advertise that you are open till 10 PM, if you can’t serve a customer who comes at 9: 15 PM. I can see the staff standing outside and having phone calls after rejecting all the customers who come to the store.

Terrible experience.
I regret my decision of buying a plan from DU.
This company should be shut down.
I have cancelled my plan since September and till date getting calls for not paying the outstanding bill (which never existed). Just because the company can’t do their work properly. They make customers suffer. I will special thank God, when I will get rid of them.

Fraud! Incompetent, disrespectful, lazy and fraud. You have 10,000 agents calling you and trying to sell you at the same time and you think you ve chosen your bundle but when you check the app you find out that you have several plans
You call the agent he tells you nothing to worry about.
When you get to cancel they make you pay a penalty fee of 1000 aed. To add to it, you think that the customer service helps, well they are your worst nightmare! They tell you to send an email and they reply to you that you have to pay.
What a useless incompetent and horrible company.

The worst service I have ever seen never back to du again. I have requested for cancellation for the du home service and they delayed till now 3 days not processed yet and they gonna charge all money for till this day I have cleared all my overdue and earlier cancellation amount still they put me in delay for 3 days which is very bad for me. Never gonna come back to du again.

Worst internet service, worst customer support

Firstly, I am facing issue with home wireless internet, every 2nd day contacted support team and told the internet issue they told me we reset the connection, made some technical changes and your internet will be work fine. After 3 weeks they told me you can cancel the connection. But you have to pay last month bill. I told theme i didn’t use your services last month so why I pay for the last month. They agreed on my point and took home wireless device on 24 feb and submitted the cancellation request.

Secondly, At that same time, I get new wired connection. Today its 9 march, home wireless connection still not cancelled and my new connection suspended due to the wireless connection bill which i wasnt espouse to be pay. Daily I have to spend at-lest 1 hour to talk with du support to resolve the issue.

I am very regret that I change Etisalat for Du. Service very bad. Always I have problems with my phone connection and every time its blocked even if i payed my bill. When I am in the head office with complaints I spend always more than 1 hour in the queue.

I don’t have internet at home since yesterday! And now they call in the morning and ask us to check the name of router, to remove the cable, put it back again and it was too many times! I have to gather myself for a work, I don’t have a time! What kind of services is that? Worst service that I ever have!

I open DU account As non UAE resident, for my flat in Dubai. When I asked for contract early cancellation this was never possible since DU doesn't allow you to register international number through DU platform and the number, linked to your profile, is needed to receive cancellation request status. I have then contacted several times the online customer service asking to manage cancellation request online or through my registered email address, they never support me.
Result of all this unpleasant experience? I paid for months for internet service which I didn't avail for months (since my very first cancellation request) and I had to travel to Dubai to close the contract. Do never get yourself into such hassle of using DU as your telecom operator.

Their service over the phone is kind of acceptable, however the moment you visit a branch it becomes a disaster.
I had to visit 3 branches + 3 times the head office (6 visits in total) to complete a simple job…
The specific premise (Head Office) has been finished with a modern and fancy fit-out (except the toilets).

It took me a month to get my 5G home service! Now I've been chasing them for my free vouchers for bein connect and OSN since 2 weeks and still no luck!
When I asked to raise a complain they refused! I don't have the right to raise a complain if am having an issue with the service that I already paid for!
Worst decision I ever did was downgrading my self from Etisalat to Du! There a hug difference when it comes to customer service/support etc!

Never get a sim or any service from DU. OMG its hectic to follow up single complaint even month and years still not solved. Billing charge i don't know how they made double every month. How many of extra charge they are adding. Third party robbers app makes u all the time hangover. They are cheating everyone. All looted money.

Am regretting the day I bought there sum card, they connected me on plans without my consent, I told them to un subscribe me on there plan they refused, instead they deactivated the line but now every month they charge the line they de activated, I have gone to there shops, I have called there customer service but all in vain, you need peace in UAE don't try du, u will regret.

Over the last two days I’ve been trying to reach someone on their customer service line to dispute a billing for a home wireless plan that was already cancelled and settled.

In the last two days I’ve made 7 calls on separate occasions and spent a total of 3hr43min listening to their god awful hold music and “all our agents are busy message”.

Eventually had to go the store to raise a complaint and they said they’d call me in 24-48 hours. I get the call back but they cancel the call before I have time to pick up. I call them back right away and as I type this it’s been 45m47s and the hold music makes me want to pull my hair and I still haven’t connected to someone.

And to think I was planing on moving to du for their prepaid plans

I am using last 3 years du service but this month 12 march I do international call package 100 for 1 month they sent me successfully subscribe msg but after 1 day it's is closed by du system I complaint many times but no body give me good service and also no re package my call package I request to higher authority please do needful about my problem

If there are -5 stars i would have gone for them happily!

Worst experience ever
Go there if you have some reference or friend working in, other wise take day off to stand in their queue.

Display screen shows around 8 counters are working in reality 3 are working occasionally, staff is having tea, coffee party, chilling with colleagues.
Staff is rude, arrogant doesn't care about customers.
Including Security guy is lier and giving favours to many.
Waiting outside gate for half an hour then inside couple hours very unprofessional staff and poor services.
When asked for manager to complain Security guy and other staff replied we dont have any manager come next working day to see manager (i was there probably 5: 30 to 8: 30pm)

If you are their to get new connection or mobile phone then its bit fast service they focus to grab new clients.
(Not to mention for any other service or internet not working have to wait hours until no new client is their then its your turn)

mostly staff working under the table treating friends or known ones with favours not making them wait in que specially kabayan to kabayan favour.
I saw one counter, in display i saw one token that was there for 40 minutes and counter lady dealt with 5,6 clients probably with references or friends.

Pathetic service

Having connection issues since 4 days. They speak of 5g when their 4g service is still not available in all city areas

In the first place, you can't call customer service, never available. With any enquiries, be prepared to visit them 3 or 4 times, every consultant give a different answer. Can't wait to cancel. I can't remember when or if we could watch wavo ever without some problem.

Atrocious customer service at the head office. Trying to refund roaming deposit. Du says its been refunded but refuses to show proof. Multiple attempts to get a follow up. Managers promise to follow up but have not done it a single time. No integrity. Zero customer service. Horrible communication. Is this office just that slow and inefficient and terrible at communication, or do they just not care about customers? Shameful.

Very bad service.getting charged for some subscription because of system error and only solution is to pay all the amount which is showing in system otherwise your line will be disconnected. & this is not only for 1 month till you use DU services pls be ready to pay minimum 300 AED extra each month.
