Dubai Curtain Establishment

The curtains are of very low quality and customer service is terrible. After the first year one of the rails detached from the ceiling, and I had to pay to have the piece replaced. The next year the stitching of the curtains unravelled and the curtains began to fall apart. When I contacted the company, they refused to send anyone over to fix the curtains even when I volunteered to pay for it. The service is both terrible and baffling.

We have a bad experience, the sales staff discrimnate customers and make false promises and charge according to their promise. When they deliver half of the order is not as per promise. Finally the sales staff lie that they did not promise and make their owners believe that the customers are cheats. I will never again go to this unprofessional establishment. The worst experience in my 33 years stay in Abu Dhabi.

Curtains are just fine, i like them, but customer service is unpredictable, get ur receipts right and check everything before paying, they might ask for more later

I called them to check if they can fix my curtains but the person who answered was super rude with an attitude no respect for the customers

We used their services for curtains and wallpaper, the job was excellent. I highly recommend them.
