Very worst company very bad management
Waiting more then 1 months still wait 1 moths more for approval
I didn’t see like this bad company

Worst customer service, process is so slow. And one agent give the wrong information to me. He told me to go for agency but, one of his colleague said I cannot send it to agency repair, I already gave my car to agency, but now they are asking me to send it to another repair shop. I wasted so much time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

أسوأ شركة تأمين في الامارات، خدمة العملاء ما بردوا، كلامهم مش صحيح و عالفاضي. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيا.
