Amazing hotel which have other facilities, so clean and very comfortable, loved my stay there and definitely will repeat it.

I used to love the place and stay in anytime when in Abu Dhabi. At my last stay, there were a water spill at the entrance that caused me to slide. I broke my honey jars worth of 500 AED that I was holding and was on the verge to break my backbone.
When I complained to the hotel management, they replied WE ARE SORRY BUT IT NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY…. LOL

My friend and I booked this hotel with the help of Mahmoud Allam and Mohammed from Reservations. From this on, during our stay and our departure day… everything went well. Every staff we met, they always acknowledge and greet us. I loved the grilled beef they served in the dinner, the meat was so tender and melts in your mouth. Warren was very entertaining and informative while we dined in. Friendly checked out by Jamal and a great help with our luggage by Foster.

We came to the branch and were not disappointed. The food is good, with many different kitchens. The service is great. In overtime an excellent place to meet and eat.

Great hotel, clean and comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pillows are too soft for my liking but everything else is good. They have an acai station at their breakfast buffet which is a pleasant surprise.

Good Indian restaurant at Dusit Thani hotel. Had the vegetarian breakfast. Decently good variety south and North Indian items were available. Taste was very good. Ambience is excellent. All the staffs of the restaurant are very good and their service is excellent

We had the Breakfast buffet here which is a must try. The dishes were delicious. In desserts they had Kesari Halwa which has lot of dry fruits and ghee and also they had Kheer which was good to taste with the coconut. In the starters they had onion katchori, Bread pakora, Vada pav, Dhokla, Khandvi. In the main course they had Idle, Dosa with Sambar, and 2 types of chutney, and they also had Poori and Batura with Chole and Aloo subji. In drinks they had Karak tea, Mango lassi and plain lassi. Only negative feedback is that the dosa took lot of time to be prepared and brought to the table. But, overall it was a very good experience. If you are planning to go for a vegetarian breakfast buffet then you must try this restaurant. Make sure to book your table before you go.

Namak in Dusit Thani is a Indian cuisine restaurant catering to fine dining. We visited with family and friends on the occasion of Deepavali. They had a special Deepavali festive menu both in veg as well as non-veg. The veg menu consisted of veg and roasted almonds soup, brocolli and mushroom tandoori, paneer tikka in the starters and paneer pasanda & subz begum bahar in the main course with saffron rice and bread basket. The non- veg menu had mutton soup, chicken tikka and mutton chapli kebab in the starters and prawns masala & chicken kheema tikka masala with saffron rice and bread basket in the main course.

Imarti with rabdi and Indian mithai in the dessert concluded the festival offering.

The food was mildly spiced with generous amount of cream in the vegetarian menu making it a bit sweeter in taste. We had to request to serve a spicier version without cream which the staff happily provided.

The bread basket only had roti and plain naan. Cheese chilly naan, laccha paratha and garlic naan did not reach our table.

The items were well cooked with a good balance of various ingredients which gave a distinct taste.

The rabdi was mildly sweet which was a plus.

The serving staff were very particular about everyone's needs and especially Ms. Hema ensured that we were comfortable. Their personal attention is much appreciated.

The ambience and the colour combination of the interior is good.

They also have a bar set up separately from the general sitting area.

Its a cool place to spend time with family and friends to relax.

Next time we will visit to explore the La carte menu.

Excellent service from Mr. William he knows who to clean my. The hotel is clean i like the environment and they have excellent anything I request for service it done on time. Thanks to the management for wonderful training being given to the staff. I recommend this hotel to each and everyone. 5 Star

Ein Highlight an Gastfreundlichkeit, Organisation und thailändischem Flair! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Aus unserem Zimmer (2906) hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Außerdem haben wir selten so gutgelaunte und höfliche Angestellte gesehen. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

The Office side has the worst lifts I’ve seen in my whole life. Not only they are not enough, but they have a poor programming that will make you wait for them for around 10min. Ridiculous.

Based on my experience, staying at Dusit Thani for over 10 months, I can confidently state that it is the best value for money, has the most hospitable staff and excellent on-site facilities. They genuinely make you feel like you are welcome home.

Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Jamal for all his extended support, a very good gentlemen that is always present to address anything related to your stay at anytime.

I don’t recommend Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. It is one of the worst hotels in the UAE unlike Dusit Dubai. At the beginning they informed me that no valet parking service for guests which is weird then I stayed for long time waiting at the reception without any help & this is the 1st time in my life to see an empty reception without receptionist. Upon checkin they told me that I need to pay for the breakfast which was included in my booking. Finally I found a receptionist who doesn’t care about my feedback & gave me a room with a bad smell like a punishment fir my complaint.
I really regret dealing for the 2nd time with this place & I hope you consider minimal customer satisfaction more in the future.

Absolute clowns running the show. We have a genuine issue with one guest whose Al Hosn won't turn green despite vaccine. The app clearly shows Pfizer doze and date and we have never had issues anywhere in AUH where staff is "trained not to act without intelligence and try to understand the issue". But I think there are some special standards in this hotel who just want to see green Al hosn and refuse to forgive a visitor who has a genuine glitch from a 3rd part app. Evening/dinner ruined. Great customer service in sending the guest back with such a sorrow experience.

This seems to the place where everything you need in a community is within a walking stretch! Although it's in the midst of the city, it's not crowded. Nice place for kids to play too.

A nice place however the AC is of the worst quality. The cooling of the apartments are very low - mad if you speak to maintenance team, the response is like, this is the standard of the building and it cannot be better.
Can you imagine in 50 degrees the temperature is over 26. How can a person sleeps in this much of heat?
But they're not bothered unfortunately.

Mcgettigans was a disappointment compared to others in the UAE.it's an upmarket bar with no pork and no smoking

Restaurant are good in this hotel benjarong it is a must and currently they incorporated a Good place to take a drink and see sports.

Exceptional hotel and staff. Great gym and dining.sadly never got to use the pool!
Top tip: there’s a late-night supermarket, pharmacy and normal working hours dry cleaners behind the hotel which compliments all the services provided by the Dusit Thani. Having options is always great.

Great hotel in Abu Dhabi with great service and large rooms. Several dining options and the Thai restaurant has a bar for drinks.

Every things in the building great
But the issue only behaviors of the leasing company staff, for example same apartment rent less than mine once you explain this point and they are not negotiating about price!

The best building to live in the capital, best services, best pool, Gym just been renovated, clean.

Very nice place to live with everything u need close to it.only issue is that it’s more expensive than the rest of places in abu dhabi but it’s close to khalifa university and is in such a nice place

One of the most beautiful hotels in town surrounded by many services, supermarket, valet and much more.

Went to Namak by Kunal Kapur at Dusit Thank Abu Dhabi. Great ambience but the food was really awesome. Presentation was world class. We started with 'Oops I dropped my chaat' and 'Fall off the bone', slow braise cooked tandoori lamb chops. Lamb chops were so amazing.
In the main course we tried Namak's kadhai chicken, chicken tikka masala and Nalli korma. We loved Nalli korma. It is slow cooked lamb shank. Really juicy and full of flavour. Chicken tikka masala was deconstructed but could not stand our test of taste. Overall a great experience. Staff was courteous and smiling. They explained every dish quite well. Kudos Kunal.

I stayed in this hotel and found all staff very helpful at all times. I had a room near very top of hotel and had magnificent views from same! The bedroom was massive as was the bathroom and 5 could have slept in the bed if necessary! Hotel was spotless and the whole hotel was fully air-conditioned. The chef would oblige you any way he could. I'd have no problem staying here in the future.

Very bad reservation I did book and confirmed when I come I found out another booking not recommending to any one
