Very poor in service.the technicians do not know what they are doing.do not get their services.you will just waste your time.if i can give a zero rating i will.

Sad to say but very unprofessional workers specialy the guy recieving calls. And also they have a very poor service they dont have enough equipments and always keep on promises but not doing any actions.

Wish there could be a rating below one. Totally unprofessional people. They are the AC maintenance company for my flat which is rented from ADCP. The AC of the living room completely stopped working (in fact started giving hot/humid air) a few days ago after continuously producing weird sounds. We raised a request for maintenance and a workman named Mohammad israfil came for the job. This true genius resolved the matter within seconds by claiming that ac was not working since it was switched off (we had switched off the ac for the obvious reason of humidity). Anyway after living in hell like temperature and following up with them for another few days this guy shows up again only to tell that the ac is not working because the ac and the motor is faulty and will need to be replaced.
The other room’s AC was working on half the capacity for some time and they cleaned the ducts after a couple days from the complaint. Till now the ac’s cooling is the same. We have an infant and this ac issue is not helping his/our lives in any way.
AC maintenance companies have/should have higher professional duty. The temperatures soar in summers and life with a faulty AC for an hour is a misery let alone for a few days.
I have no idea how to deal with this company. Even though I am entitled to maintenance based on the rental contract and the municipality laws but every morning when I call this company I feel I am asking for something larger than life from them.
Hoping against hope that this nightmare is over soon.
