Very rude employees and manager, they have a bad attitude and hang up on us on the phone. They delivered our arrangements to the wrong receiver … wrong number and location in the receipt! How is this acceptable.

Thumbs up to everyone, high recommended! My arrangements was amazing as always, never fail me with my arrangements

شغلهم حلو بس وايد تلعوزت وياهم. سرتلهم اول الصبح بس بسبة الاشياء اللي صارت وصلوا الطلبية المساء. اول شي الورد اللي حطولي ما كان يسوى السعر ابداً واضطريت اتصل فيهم عشان يزيدونه وحتى تفسيرهم للموضوع مش منطقي ترا الحسبة شي بسيط. ثاني شي طلبت بالونات اونلاين كستم حق مناسبة خاصة عشان يطرشونه ويا الهدية والمصيبة اتصلوا فيني بعدين يقولولي البالونات طارت عوضوني ببالونات ثانية بس اكيد ما حصلوا نفس اللي طلبته بالذات حق هالهدية. ملخص الموضوع هذا اول وآخر تعامل لي معاهم لان مبين لي ان ماقدر اعتمد عليهم و يبالهم اشراف وتواصل مستمر وهالشي مضيعة للوقت.

Very disappointing, they put for me the leftovers of the flowers and my arrangement was not complete and they did everything different than what i wanted. I wanted a certain flower but they put for me different flowers and even different colors.

This place is amazing with the wonderful work and awesome customer service amazing stuff
