الأكل يتأخر جداً جداً حسسوني انهم بيطبخون لي ذبيحة! من سنتين ماتغيروا الناس تتطور وهم يتدهورون ، ناهيك عن عدم العدل في تقديم الطلبات يعطون الأكل لزبون الي طلب بعدي وانا انتظر ساعة ونص عشان يجي طلبي ، صدق حالة ، أكست عليه صراحة

I'm disappointed with the service as my food arrived exceptionally late, to the point where I could have fallen asleep in the restaurant. Additionally, despite placing my order before others, their food was served ahead of mine. Overall, it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Lovely ambience with an amazing service from the staff. The food was was delicious as well.perfect quantity!

It has delicious meals, sweets and, coffee, milkshakes, monitors, mocktails and the ultimate taste of heaven

I’ve been going there for a while, I haven’t tried everything on the menu but I’ve tried the noodles the dynamite shrimps and tacos, the food is really good by that I mean from seven out of 10 to 8 1/2 out of 10, the atmosphere of the place is amazing, and the staff are amazing I would recommend to give it a try once at least.

I recently breakfast at the resturant and I must say that it was a disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was dull and lacking in ambiance.

It took an unusually long time for the server to take our orders, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. When it did arrive, it was lukewarm and lacked the freshness and flavor that one would expect.

Overall, I would not recommend this Restaurant based on my experience. The slow service, subpar food, and indifferent staff made for a truly underwhelming dining experience.

Cozy, comfortable and neat café. The prices were pretty reasonable and the food or beverage are delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating is great. I recommend this restaurant

اول تجربه الأجواء كأني في حديقه عامه. المنيو محدود السعر جدا مبالغ فيه لا يتناسب مع الكميه والجوده. تجربه سيئه.

Amazing place with 2 floors and spacious area.
The inside of the cafe is full of nature colors specially green and a lot of plants.
Chairs are comfortable, a lot of space between tables, tasty coffee & good service.

Overall would recommend.

Good food, service and nice atmosphere. The entrance for the winter wonderland for taking photos was 10 aed per person. The food overall was good, ordered the tenderloin steak, quesadillas, noodles, seafood pasta, fried calamari.

We never been to restaurant, but we have eaten at the food stand they have for RAK eats at Manor mall!

The 6 buffalo wings were really good, for the price I feel that two more would be a better cost point!

The beef burger, the meat seems to be brought in and not homemade, under seasoned and the burger itself was nothing special.

Crazy fries, for me the American processed was over the top! I would suggest that asking customers if they want is over their fries or on the side would be better to avoid disappointment.
For Westerners would suggest an offer of salt and malt vinegar, or even a choice of condiments like ketchup and/or mayonnaise or both rather than the cheese option. Yes, I know crazy fries.

The staff was excellent, really chatty and made to feel welcome. I would, however, have a banner with food offerings in Arabic and English to see what is on offer rather than having to ask at the stand.
Cost point is on par with Manar Mall food hall and feel that it should reflect a more street food feel, and as such, food price should be lower.

RAK eats is on for a month will be back, I do not think so, mediocre food we can get at any food hall.

Excellent service.
Very up to date with the themes of the day: National Day, Christmas etc.

كرواسون اومليت كان جيد، وريوق الأنجلش كان حلو بس ناقصه توست محمص مع زبده، زعفران لاتيه لذييييذ ، وكيكة الجزر لذيييذة.

Amazing experience, food in general 5 star, seats comfortable & there is space between tables. Wi-Fi free but slow only for browsing good, wall design and colors are breathtaking.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience. To begin with, the starters where served at the same time that the main course was served. The soup arrived 10mins after the main course. Also the food quality is just plain normal!

A multi cuisine restaurant with very good food options and food is fresh with very good quality. They have outdoor and indoor seating area. Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall a very good experience and recommended.

Food: "Great Cosmopolitan International Chef " because Salmon filet+Filet Mignon just like the Best American Restaurants.
Music 50%-Decor 20%, if interested love to give Elysium my Personal experience ifff interested. (i am in the Neighborhood)

This place used to be my favorite place to hang out with friends and eat good food while playing some board games. However, when we went for dinner today, one staff member has informed us that it is no longer allowed to play board games in the restaurant. I don't get why it is not allowed anymore, board games are a fun little way to enjoy time with friends and family and they're completely harmless. People should be allowed to have fun if they are not hurting anyone. I am very disappointed at this new rule and I won't be coming back again. You have just lost some loyal customers.

Service is very bad and over priced. When a waiter came to take the order he wasn’t helpful and while we were asking about the feed he left us and say just so the menu the call me when ready in a very rude manner. I let without ordering as I was so upset. I’m not going there again.

Great ambience. The owner always greets you. Staff is very friendly with a nice touch of sense of humor. And good menu.

The coffee is great, the breakfast is not that good
I ordered quesadillas and it missed alot of salt and the tomato sauce is from the jar (not the fresh tomato and onion)

The turkish breakfast was 7/10, the egg has no spice nor salt.

Anyway, good to visit

This cafe is nearby my parent home, which it gives you a good chance to invite your family and have fun, great, and warmth time with your loved ones. I love the decoration of garden outside the cafe which is well and beautifully decorated. It is surrounded with lots of different plants and colorful flowers. What’s more, there are lots of places to sit outdoor to enjoy the beauty of the garden and your food at the same time. The decoration is updating according to the local and international occasions. Regarding food, so far I tried only coffee and few types of desserts. I loved the taste of brownies with vanilla ice creams topped, and chocolate cake, they were moist and loaded with delicious chocolate. Also, the coffee was nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They gave assistance to my family member who is on wheelchair to enter and exit from the place. This cafe has two floor, which first floor is bigger than the ground one.

Very nice good seating indoor and outdoor. The atmosphere is friendly. The food is at reasonable prices. The ambient is nice and the service is excellent especially Khaled he is so freindly but he forgot one of our orders.

This restaurant is more than beautiful, every small details in it made my heart melts, the decor is fantastic, the food is soo delicious, the staff is amazing, especially "Sherwin Jhay" he is very talented photographer, whenever I came to this place he takes for me a beautiful photos, you should visit it!

مطعم جميل جدا واكلهم لذيذ بكل صراحة وخدمتهم كانت ممتارة. المطعم كبير عبارة عن طابقين وفي الشتاء عندهم جلسة خارجية? وبالاضافه عندهم سويتات وكوفي ️?

المطعم نظيف بس الكنب غير مريح يحتاج الي وضع خداديات لراحه الظهر
والكلوب سندويش كبير جدا عند قص السندويش كل المكونات تخرج ولكنه لذيذ يحتاج الي تقليص حجم الخبز

Elysium is well worth the drive out to Shakbout City. Friendly staff, great pizza and delicious mocha frappe. Real good vibes inside. Can't wait for cooler weather to enjoy the view outside ️

The staff is wonderful and friendly, the coffee is great, I like their salad though I'm not a big fan of their desserts. Still, with all that and the nice environment this became my go-to café whenever I want to work or read over a nice cup of coffee. Definitely recommend.

The ambiance very lovely as they have a nice outdoor seating specially in good weather. Also you can celebrate small party with nice decoration upon your request.

Such a gem hidden in Shakhbout City. The travel is worth it ️ Great staff and superb food! A bit pricey but great for a date night?
