Terrible service, I went and paid for a new phone and was promised that I will get in the next day morning which I informed them that I need to leave abu Dhabi and was promised it will be there, and the next morning they informed me that it will still take a day to get it.

I recently had an amazing shopping experience at Emax and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. Staff is so rude specially ladies staff make faces while talking and behave so rudely. At the time of purchase behavior is fine but when in purchase item there is an issue and i took it to them to repair so they were behaving so rudely. They told me that your item will repair in 15 days and they will call me but today is 20 days and they didn't call me yet infact i went there after 16 days they made excuses and answered very rudely

I got the best deal, helping, respectful, polite staff, I would say that, 100 times better than **DG.
Will recommend everyone to visit atleast once before buying your gadgets from other places.

Just was in emax hamadan branch and was dealing with the the worest (customer service) sales agent called Jeffrey Av, he is rude we were trying to express him to exchange an iron and fridge that we bought a day ago and he started an educational setion and investigation trying to blame us instead of politically apologizing….

I have visited today the store with my girlfriend and was asked for privacy screen protector. I agreed to pay 105 aed but while the Philipino guy fixing it then the same Indian guy was teasing my girlfriend and told her maybe I want to buy screen protector to hide something from her which i do not understand why he told her that. This is very bad service and harassing. Sham on him.

Ali smart care, very nice in attending all the queries of clients. Very good experience. Explain detailed by detailed all questions was answered with satisfaction.

We bought warranty but when they repair the cellphone that we bought they charge on us. Warranty is useless.

An electronics store offers some offers and discounts sometimes, but about my personal experience, the after-sales service is very bad, and if you want to buy, you do not pay for insurance against breakage. A coupon to buy and they refused to return the amount in cash, and now for more than two months and I have not received the money, I do not recommend dealing with them

Very poor services, after service very bad, this month I bought 1 headphone, it is not wrkg, if so I return with its warranty, they are telling let see after 3 to 4 weeks we Will call you, I told them I am using this, if so that arrogant fellow told if so go Dubai and repair the self, only 10 day old I bought this item, very bad attitude of staff, I am plan to move to court about this matter

Have good collection of quality electronic products. And have a good range of mobile phones as well. Staffs are really helpful to choose the product which we are looking for.

Emax in Hamdan St, Abu Dhabi has a very poor customer service.

The lady at the counter need a good training in dealing with the customer. I went there to purchase a smart watch in the morning hours. It was not on display, but i have learnt about the product online, so I asked about the color of the box piece.she checked on the system and after making several calls for about 15 minutes she confirmed that it is black. I was looking for different color and i asked her to check with other stores in Abu Dhabi. She was unhappy to support and she took my number and told me that the mobile in-charge will come afternoon and will call me back.

The attitude and the posture of the lady gave me a blow in the morning and of-course, they lost the business.

HORRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE
i am a VIP customer at emax for years but when i tried their online services it was horrible if their is -5 star i will put it as i bought an electronic item and when it arrived it was a different model from the picture, when i called customer service they said the picture is only illustrative and you cannot return the item due to the current situation.i told them that i would complain and they said go complain.when i wrote a review in their website they didn't post it.i dont recommend buying from them online.the shop itself is another story but stay away from online.

Prices of the product are too high.

The sales team does not have enough expertise to deal with customers.they are pretty unfriendly.one of the worst experience in terms of shopping I ever had. I believe there is also a cultural bias with the team.

They don't have enough time to explain customer over the concerns.

Excellent for electronics but if you want to buy mobile then better offer you can get from lulu

In the middle of the city heart maximum electronics choice available but parking is a problem at the place.

Selection of brands is less and Price is much higher comparing with others. You may have to satisfy with some less quality products with high price.
You can get same product from much cheaper rate in Electra retails shops.

Emax electronics is a tech hub best suited for smart phones and its accessories. You can also buy other electronic household items. Prices are fixed and discounts are not available for everything. The shop do offer some special discounts from time to time.

Always i prefer them for my electronics shopping
And mostly i get nice offers and deals from them

The guys there are very decent and helpful, as usual yeah, but the overall service offline is too bad. The return policy not respectful to the customer, so you have to read it carefully before any purchase. There are many broken items even before usage. I don't recommend it as the first place to buy electronics. But again, the agents there are friendly enough.
