You will never get a solution you will only get more troubles.examined Very bad service with this team chasing for serveral things couple of years, i found out they visit for counting reports only, a carpenter instead of plumber floated my flat with water caused damaged furniture after turned to a swimming pool, a plumber instead of AC technician damaged my AC and wasted my time and money.common

We have been dealing with EMCC for quite long time and one of the leading facility management company in Abu Dhabi. They do fire fire alarms and general maintenance also.

Call them today they will come to fix your problems next year if you renew the contract hahahahaha

If I can give them less then one star I will, every time I call for maintenance I need to explain the problem more than one time for too many person involved in the maintenance team.
They couldn’t figure out my air condition problem even they visited the place more than 5 times in three days.
It was during July and August and on early October same issue happened again. Still not fixed.
Now in December I left my flat for few days and came back to find out the AC is not working at all and I called for maintenance and the supervisor informed me it’s not hot enough to come and fix it and said he will send his team the other day.
This is not acceptable at all, when I signed the contract they told me the maintenance are provided 24 hours.

Our AC’s went out during the hottest days of summer, and the team at EMCC came to the rescue.
They serviced and repaired our AC units, and we are now chillin!
