I had an exceptional experience at Emirates Hospital, and I couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Hanan and her wonderful assistant, Ms. Lynette.

Dr. Hanan is an exemplary healthcare professional who went above and beyond in explaining my medical condition with utmost clarity. Her expertise and willingness to provide detailed information on preventive measures were truly remarkable. She not only demonstrated exceptional medical knowledge but also exhibited genuine concern for my well-being.

Furthermore, I must commend Dr. Hanan's assistant for her polite and cheerful demeanor throughout all the procedures. Her efficient and jolly assistance made my visit to Emirates Hospital a positive and stress-free experience.

Special mention goes to Ms. Shan Osorio, the Radiographer, whose exceptional service truly stood out. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the imaging procedures remarkably smooth. Ms. Osorio's calming presence and competence played a significant role in easing my anxiety, and I have never felt more at ease during a medical examination

قبل كانت الدكتورة عفاف من أفضل الدكاترة بس تغيرت وايد في الفترة الأخيرة. وايد سمعت عنها انتقادات بس ماصدقت لين خذت عندها موعد من قريب. حرفيا ماجافت ويهي طوول وقت الاستشارة تكتب عالتيلفون ومش مركزة معايه وكل شوي تخليني اعيد كلامي. بالنسبة لي آخر زيارة لي عندها وما أنصح حد يروحلها. Dr Afaf is not as before she doesn’t give her patients her attention or priority, she keeps typing on phone all the time and repeats the questions.her reputation is getting worse because of her attitude.

First time in this hospital and was a great experience. No waiting time I walked straight into my appointment on time and Doctor Alain gave me his full attention. He was very responsive and engaged and communicated exactly what was wrong and what will be done. Will definitely be coming back.

Banan is the best assistant at the clinic. I highly recommend her to manage all your bookings and reports needed.

As always, very good experience with hospital staff and of course Dr. Wolfgang. Only negative part is the waiting time; in spite of having an appointment. Hopefully this bit is sorted to avoid the inconvenience.

I come to this hospital for most of my medical needs. Dr. Tank is a fantastic gynaecologist. She has a lovely bedside manner and helps you get the answers you need. Dr. Wolfgang is my endocrinologist and he has played a vital role at getting my health back on track.

First time to try laser, and it was a very nice experience, the laser technician was so patient and smily, well taking care of the customer, and Mrs Douha the incharge who spoke to me over the phone and met her to explain the package was so professional and helpful.

تجربتي في الليزر كانت جد ممتازه و التعامل كان راقي جدا واكتر شي عجبني المتابعه بعد الحصه من طرف الدكتوره ضحى مميز كتير عن بعض المراكز التانيه الي تعاملت معاهم قبل انصح بالتجربة معاهم و الاسعار جدا مناسبه

They let the patient wait for 2 hours for no reason. They put the appointment at 3: 45 and let them wait till 5: 00 while the dr afaf let whoever she wants to get in.

Laser sessions was very good, doesn’t take time and the whole stuff are very friendly highly recommended
