This is being used to quarantine the people come from Red zone countries.

I am currently here with my family.

Professionaly managed and very pleasent stay here even though this is an medical quarantine.

Three times food, water and basic toiletries are at free of cost. Rooms are clean and freshly washed linens and blankets.

UAE's management skills are unparellel. They do everything in a perfect way and this too.

I was sceptical about the quality of living. But, this is almost like a mini staycation with family.

لا يوجد تلفزيون ومياه ساخنه وحتي كرسي في الغرفه لا يوجد. كانت أصعب ايام عندما كنت في حجر صحي هناك

My family is one of the Afghan evacuees and we are here since 6 days and counting; our welcome by the UAE government was exceptional but the service provided at Emirates Humanitarian City is so poorly managed. They have provided WhatsApp numbers for clinic and room services which they will never reply even after looking at it and neither they will solve the problem told in WhatsApp. Not only mine but all the residents here complain that the kids get asleep while crying because of being hungry. They provide the food approximately late after 6 hours than usual meal times. As I’m a UAE resident also, the UAE services I’m used to here is totally contrasted of what’s served here. I requests the UAE government to pay attention to this poorly managed Humanitarian City. We won’t be here for long but this isn’t the way to carry on services like this for future humans brought here under the name of shelter and help.

Very bad and poor facility. My husband and baby are there for isolation. The centre doesn't care. Did not even provide a good room for family. I am scared that they will get some other diseases from there. All they left with was a filthy bed and pillows. Didn't even provided with clean bedsheets and a room. I don't know where to complaint. This is not the way patients should be treated. They were happily isolating at home. Totally disappointed with the service.

Very poor service. What's the purpose of instutional quarantine if they can't maintain social distancing and follow quarantine protocols while installing the tracker. There where no order nor sequence while filling the form and made around 30 people incluciding infants and kids sit in a room with the door closed. The staff where so dumb who doesn't know care nor know what such action can lead to. It would have been 1000 times better if we were sent home directly.

Proud of UAE rulers, and people of UAE for helping people, almighty Allah bless them with happiness, togetherness and love for each other.

No services at all, they have given the Whatsapp number for services, not checking the messages then how they can assist. It's very bad service. My small infant baby hungry, they have taken them quarantine and not providing servicing this is completely unacceptable. The number which is given in the website is not at all answering. And there is no complain center to cal or give feedback, at least they will provide good service then. Here is the request is that if you are sending the family to quarantine pls do the facility.

Stayed here for travellers quarantine, food is given extensively and anything you need is given, only problem is staff doesn't have any courtesy

I arrived in UAE on the 5th of this month. I'm quarantined in the emirates humanitarian city, mussafah. I thought I should say thanks when I finished ten days quarantine. The safety, security, food and hospitality we have received over the past ten days and above all the puctuality in delivering food and water on time, feels like a privilage to experience all of this. If i dont say thankyou for everything, it will be thankless. A BIG SALUTE TO UAE GOVERNMENT.

It is good, new buildings, living in a studio, all basic kitchen item are provided, no cooking allowed, for me the issue is with drinking water, hope we will have water refills available by some company here.
