Good place for Biometrics for Emirates ID. I reached at around 7: 30 in morning and it took me only 5 minutes to complete everything. No PCR test report required for Biometrics.

Very easy and fast process. I have come at 7: 55 and finished at 8: 03 in the morning. Less crowded in the morning. They will do emirates ID Biometric data collection even for Dubai also. Medical test for visa is available next to that building.

Less crowded. Very helpful staff. I went around 9 AM and the whole process took just 10 minutes.

Came Friday at 10 am for fingerprinting, Ms Aswan and Mr. Naser helped me as I brought the wrong receipt, they opened my ICP app and helped me to print at their location the missing document. The place is clean and not crowded when I came. There is a separate service in the same building for women. They asked for Al Hosn app green status, emirates Id registration form and the passport to process the application

Highly recommended. Staff’s were polite and humble. Very helpful and smooth process. Finished within 10-15 mins:)

Required not exceeding 48hrs swab test result. Bring 2 copies of the Visa. Had photocopier inside cost 1aed per page.

Went for fingerprint scanning- timing is from 7: 00 am to 5: 00 pm (mon -thu) 7: 30am to 6: 30 pm (Fri). Everything was well managed and organized. Go early to avoid lines.

I went for my wife's EID biometrics and it took 10 min only. Highly recommend going afternoon hours around 2.30pm.

Terrible experience for expat men. Security just shouts at everyone to get away. No system whatsoever. People fighting to get into line. Waited outside in the heat for over 4 hours to get inside and got here before 8am. Ridiculous for 1st world country

During Ramadan ask to come as early as 5am they will issue numbers at 6am and will open at 9am, waiting outside, some people came as early as 2am, then they check your status of fingerprint, pcr and evisa and send you to a room to wait, then when inside, check and screenshot your medical status using TAMM app, then tou can enter easily, rest is simple, come to EID after 48hours of your medical from Seha center or check on TAMM app and take picture to enter otherwise no need to wait in line

My EID expired 27/11/2021 So I applied for my emirates ID renewal on 23/12/2021, did visa medical 05/01/2022, I went to this specific EID center for fingerprints on 15/01/2022 but the moment one staff entered my EID number, she assured me I didn't need to do fingerprints again. She gave me the stamp I left. 3 months later I go back after finding out my application was rejected, they gave me fine for 1200 because I didn't do fingerprints. I came back to this same emirates ID Center, the same woman is telling me I was supposed to do fingerprints that's why I have to pay the fine! I went to the 3 Emirates ID Centers they don't believe me even though I showed them the stamp. I'm devastated, I mean how do I pay the fine because of someone's mistake that won't even get accountable for it!

The staff need to be taught how to not misbehave with expats and to be polite and welcoming. Misconduct and misbehavior shown by staff. Partiality shown to people from the west.
There is a queue of about 400 people daily waiting in the streets in the hot sun to provide biometrics. No proper facilities or people to manage.

Emirates Biometric center. You must have an PCR or it in Alhosani Application then things will happen at much faster. Dont go on Saturday and Sunday it is closed though it is mentioned it is open. They work only from Monday to Friday.

The biggest confusion is regarding the time mentioned on the internet. Currently working hours are 09: 00 to 15: 00. But there is always a lot of people at this place so try to be reach there as early as possible. I suggest if you reach by 6: 00 over there then you will be free by 10: 30.

Biometric process takes only 5 minutes.

Ger ready to face one of the worst experience in your life. I don't think UAE government know what's happening here.
You have to wait hours and hours in the sun just to get the token to get inside. It's a very bad treatment to the expats. We are not coming here to be treated in such a way and I think nobody is reporting this. Because I still believe UAE government never allow people to suffer. I'm working standing in the queue because I don't have any other way. Moreover, I am fasting too like many other people.
And the concerned people here are behaving so badly. They are not even ready to reply for anything I ask. They are just shouting to go to the queue.and I am asking them if I could make any appointments or FasTrack this. No reply just avoiding.

Every person in the world is to be treated in the same way or should be given respect!

Very bad service. Security persons behaves in a very disrespectful manner.
Working hours seems till 2 pm. But they stops giving token by 12.30 pm and say today it is finished no. More service.

I feel somehow there needs to be more thought and investment put into how these services could be streamlined and made easier for immigrants. I came in at 6: 30 in the morning, knowing that I would have to wait for an hour (opens at 7: 30). I already had about 121 people ahead of me in the queue. There are no proper provisions to wait in the queue. The process for capturing the biometrics are still fine, it is the waiting that really kills. This can be managed by giving slots in advance. For females, I believe there aren't as many people waiting so you can generally walk in and get through with minimal wait times.

Went here recently for my biometrics. Process was a little confusing and times haven’t been updated on their website so heads up:

After the weekend change this location also updated their dates and are Monday-Friday 7: 00-17: 00. If you are male and do not want to wait BE EARLY. I arrived around 6: 30 AM and there was already a line, but I was out the door before 8: 00 with my biometrics done. You will need to have proof of a PCR test in the last 48 hours as well.

14 counters, computers, scanner, printer, credit card machine are in place! BUT only 3 are operated, that make the waiting period more than 45min just to register and pay.

1. Ensure you have a negative pcr test (less than 48 hrs).
2. Be there as early as 6.45am, to ensure your token is within the first 50 numbers and you are out of the facility in half an hour to one hour. (parking can be found behind the facility)
3. Wear simple clothing and avoid wearing chains/lockets etc to ease your x-ray procedure
4. Ensure you have collected your Visa receipt with both the Blood and X-ray stamp on it before you exit the facility.

Overall satisfactory experience except that there were very few staff at the counters in the early morning hours so even if one is early, the wait becomes unnecessarily cumbersome.

Negative PCR test result (less than 48hr) is mandatory to get in to the building.

Token based crowd management system. After the initial payment counter a security personnel will guide you for Xray and blood test rooms.

Most horrible experience. I have come at 7: 25 and there was a long line of people waiting. I waited almost 2 hours, very very slow procedure. I had to ask my boss to give me more time in order to stay there since they don’t work in weekends.

Suggest you to visit early morning and medical test shall be completed within 15 mins duration. Very close to Al Wada mall (opposite). PCR test result within 72 hrs required for medical test.

Wrong information. They closed at 2 PM only. Website showing 7.30Pm wrongly to misguide people.

*Update as of June 6th PCR Test done within 72 hours is needed for Doing medical (i went today for medical for myself- was denied entry - So make sure u have one) and as per below guys review for UID biometric also PCR is needed

Ramdan Timing is From 9am to 2pm. There is token system. So better come early morning. I saw some people arriving at 1.15 and returning back. For ladies there is no issue as que will be less so even if they arrive at 1 work can be done.

The person in charge treated us inhuman. The guard told him there is a group want to talk to you. He said after prying then he left without saying anything.

This is really disappointing for us. Firstly, timings are from 7.00 am to 2.00pm. As my wife is pregnant and we tried visiting this center for the 3rd time but entry was denied. Kindly note our visiting time for today 12.45 pm and entry was still denied. Based on her health condition, I request staff to at least allow female to proceed for the further process.

I was denied today for not having PCR result. So if someone wants to go for biometric get a negative PCR result before that.

This place is overly crowded these days. Avoid going from 10-12 pm. The best time to visit is before 8: 00 am.

I have already wasted my 2 visits.so yeah, be there early.

Very poor service, staff treated disrespectful way. Nurse for blood test was speaking by phone with her friends while taking blood.

I never seen such sweet and warm government officials in my life. I have a broken finger and couldn't take impression in first place in Dubai.
Went to this centre after two weeks given a considerable time to heal and they dealt my condition with finger so delicately and care. I was overwhelmed and couldn't thank them enough. Setting an example of elite humanity.
