I heard my gf talking on the phone with this Arvin or Alvin agent. You sounds rude and you’re not even the owner of the company. Customer is very calm and you talk very arrogant. Are you the manager of the company? You should be nice to the customer and don’t act you’re talking to small people. Please be careful on the people you are talking and be professional. The management should watch you how rude you are.

شركة محترمة ولديها تعامل بمنتهى الحرفية والانضباط مع العملاء ولديهم سمعة رائعة في سوق التأمين من حيث أسعار التأمين والخدمات المطالبات وسهولة الوصول وسرعة انجاز المعاملات.

اسوء تامين فالمعروضات رقابه ولا اي شي والله اسوء تامين وتاخير معني ممضرر كل يوم محد يرد يعتمل ايميل ولا في رقابه عليهم لا انصحكم ابدن انتبهو والله اتعس تامين والي يقول تامينهم جيد وخلصونا بسرعه من عندهم هذيل

كنت متضرر بالحادث وراجعت الامارات للتأمين. الموظفين محترمين وقمة في الذوق والتعاون خصوصا الاستاذ محمد ابراهيم و استاذه وعد شكرا لكم

A company try to abuse their customers by creating early new insurance of 2 months overlap and ask for extra charges once the time of renewal the car, since they created lag of a month. And now I have to pay extra why?

Not cooperating, don’t be tricked by them

Good endurance.but sometimes you might get a deal from a broker better in price than going directly with them

This company offer third party insurance and full insurance as well.

Depending on the city, you need to check list of car carafes and maintenance workshop to make sure you are OK with this list

I took my car to them, in less then 10 mins they gave me a paper for repairing my car at al futtaim, and al futtaim was playing around and they wanted me to wait for long time as there is no parts, the insurance company told me we are really to fix your car anywhere you choose and they were so helpfull with me, thanks alot Emirates insurance for choosing the perfect people to work in the perfect company

احسن شركة تأمين في ابوظبي ، كان عندي حادث بسيط رحت عندهم والله اني ما كملت اكثر من ١٠ دقايق و عطوني ورقة للوكالة، ما شاء الله عليهم كلهم ونعم فيهم

Two months before I requested for insurance refund till now I didn’t get. I don’t now why they are keeping someone else’s money as their profit

Very bad service and the staff need to know the customer service how talk with people and I don’t advise this company for any people

I had good experience with the insurance few years back, but currently they're bad. I had accident and it was my right claim, they're trying their best to let you fix in one of their garages and giving cash which by law is not correct, when you insist for cash they will give you low compensation so you ended up fixing in their garage. One guy in called manaa, really this guy has bad attitude with customer and doesn't listen for people. I think this insurance should involve some of their employees for some courses so they can know how to deal with customers in proper way. DON'T RECOMMEND.
