The WORST maintenance ever, the ac in our villa doesn't work properly for the past 4 months, and few days ago when the temp reached 29C the answer was - we would have to wait for the management to come the next day to approve the quote for the spare parts, and when i asked so where r we going to sleep with our 10 months old and 2,5yo, their anwer was - " well i dont know, you would probably should manage at 29C".
This is how unprofessional they are! And btw, i am still waiting for the manager to call me back.
