Simply exceptional property that redefines luxury. Amazing service, thoughtfulness and help by each and every staff member from the Mandarin Oriental Group. Everyone was warm and friendly and helped us out multiple times instantly whenever we needed anything. While Emirates Palace may seem out of bounds for many, would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a radically different staycation on visit to Abu Dhabi. Lots to do and see all around, some of the finest restaurants in the country and genuinely helpful staff around every corner.

My partner I stayed 5 days in this fantastic and really exceptional hotel.
Our stay was positive all round and really unique in terms of the palace, service and the pool area!
Especially to be highlighted is the absolutely friendly, attentive and yet pleasantly reserved staff.
At the pool, the beautiful and unusual outfits of the employees, who do a great job there, catch the eye.
Also in the restaurant (Vendome) Stephen, Yulianti and Jonas were always at hand and made a particularly positive impression.

الخدمة فوق الممتازة والتعامل جداً راقى القصر ديكوره واثاثه وتقسيمه ومساحته الكبيرة جدا تعطى احساس بالفخامة الملكية بالاضافة الى موقعه بجانب قصر الوطن يزيد من فخامته ومرسى اليخوت ، تجربة مميزة جداً

Emirates palace is icon and world most luxurious hotel which is located in Abu Dhabi. Emirate palace is iconic landmark showcasing Arabian culture and hospitality at its finest. The resort luxurious rooms and suites offer an exceptional comforting experience with beautiful ocean landscapes garden view. Emirate palace is an unforgettable lifetime experience.

It was a unique experience. Very beautiful art on the walls and roof and floor. You must visit Empire Palace when coming to Abu Dhabi. Believe me you will miss this place when you visit it and went back to your home.

Absolutely beautiful experience.
My husband and I usually try to spend at least a couple days here every year for our anniversary. We are always beyond pampered and treated like royalty. The pools are amazing, and the rooms are the best you will find.

Hotel good, concierge service very bad, but what is terrible is the room service, sending a key to the room at 1 am took an hour and 30 minutes, we ordered breakfast to the room it took an hour and 20 minutes, terrible service, it shows that they do not have any level of service and much less training to the staff, this does not happen in a four seasons.if you are looking for service this is not the place, the Hotel is very beautiful as something emblematic in Abu Dhabi

Overall stay was good
Vegetarian food very poor not much variety unfortunately it ruined our anniversary.
But the service at the pool was amazing and Thisara made our anniversary very special and organised a picture of us and put it in our room which was amazing he went above and beyond.
Wouldn't return in a hurry to be honest. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and by far the worst with regards to food for Vegetarian or vegan. Pillows in the room are very soft. Hotel is so big that porters service takes over an hour to take baggage for check out. We went in Ramadan so maybe this was the reason for it.
We felt like Restaurant staff who where serving the food had to be told by managers to do there jobs. I had to ask for the plates to be cleaned of the table at breakfast.

The hotel that needs no introduction. Decorum, style, luxury, swag.it’s everything you could ask for in a Hotel. Love it. Great for honeymoon and families.

What a terrible customer service experience! I came here for a staycation and it was anything but relaxing.
Check in - I was told over the phone I could check in anytime from 12pm-1pm. Upon arrival, despite it not being busy, we were unable to check in until 2pm on the dot. When prompted, the staff said they were completely booked and NO ROOMS were available. This was a clear lie as there were rooms available, but there was no willingness to accommodate. If that was the case, they should never mention it over the phone.
Luggage Delays - Upon arrival to our room, we waited 30 minutes before receiving our luggage.
Pool - I will say the lazy river is a nice touch and the pool was good. The service at the pool, however, was not. We flagged down multiple people for 20 minutes before someone took our order.
Dinner - We arrived to dinner at 6: 55pm after reception told us they made a reservation for us at 7pm. However, as we checked in the restaurant for dinner, they noted reservations were never made. Once we finally sat at dinner, our waiter disappeared and we just waited around waiting to be attended to.
Room - Although the room was nice, we did not have hot water in our room. Instead of giving us a new room, they sent a handyman to fix it. He was clinking and clanking for 30 minutes in our bathroom at 9pm as we tried to go to sleep through the noise. Apparently, there were multiple complaints about hot water from other visitors as well.
Valet - We sat around waiting for 25 minutes before we got our vehicle. As we waited, we observed several visitors arrive and wait around waiting for someone to assist.
Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend anyone visit with this kind of service. They were clearly understaffed and also had NO INTEREST in even trying to accommodate guests. Although not outright rude, they were no helpful and did not care if anyone enjoyed their experience or not. There was no recognition by the staff about the disruptions during our stay or any intention to make it right. Other visitors there also noted the service had taken a big downturn.

Lots of gold. A nice place to have a very elaborate tea time. But, other than THAT. Why would anyone come here? ! There were people checking in with screaming kids, so we left immediately. It is NOT our "cup of tea".

قصر ساحر وهادئ يعتبر مزار سياحي أكثر من كونه فندق يقع على جزيرة صناعية يحيط بها البحر من ثلاث جهات ويطل على أبراج مذهلة

What a beauty. We had a chance to enter the palace and dine in their ground floor cafe which was so royal. The service was a royal experience. The interior is amazing and warm.huge columns, lamps, tables, sofas, chandeliers and all marble floor. Must visit if you are in Abu Dhabi and second best thing after the grand mosque!

يعد قصر الامارات فندق ذات طابع مميز في إمارة ابوظبي، منذ إنشاءة وهو الى الان من الفنادق الي استقبل الشخصيات المرموقة من داخل وخارج الدولة فهو تم تصميم ليكون في استقبال الوزراء ومناصب العليا ولحضور الاجتماعات والمناسبة الخاصة، يتميز بساطئ خلاب ومطاعم راقيهزالمستوى.
