Emirates Post - Al Musafah Post Office

Received my local courier after 9 days. It was stuck at musaffah branch. No response on email complaint. Do not attend to calls. Worst experience. Will never use again

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ALWAYS DROP THE SHIPMENET TO WRONG LOCATION AND ALWAYS LATE FROM THE PROPER TIME.

I visited its office in order to collect my EMIRATES ID. The receptionist treated me with a Smile & handed me a Token. Upon visiting the counter there was a lady officer who welcomed me with a smile & asked me for the Form number. She checked it in the system & presented it to me. The overall experience was amazing!

Worst branch for services both collection and delivery.please do somthing, no need to ask for shipment number as it is not the only case to investigate

The drivers for Emirates Post do not deliver the items door to door. In fact I have found on many occasions they call you and make you to wait outside the premises until they come. When he calls he tells you that he is waiting outside the premises but when you go out you find that he is not there. This is not the correct service. Emirates post should inform them that the service is not FREE and paid for so their drivers should deliver to the door step as promised!

اسوأ شركة على الاطلاق من نظام الادارة الى نظام تسليم الطرود.
جرت معي قصتين عندما كنت اشتري بعض الادوات في على اكس بريس ، أسوأ اتصال اتلقاه دائما عندما اعلم ان طردي وصل لبريد الامارات.
اشتري الغرض بدولارين و يجب ان ادفع خمس دولارات فقط لهم للتوصيل مع العلم اني استلم عدة اشياء من غير رسوم او عندما يكون ادفع خمس دراهم فقط.
لا انصح بها ابدا و لم اكن متفاجئ عندما رأيت تصنيفها على غوغل ٣. ٨ و والله لا تستحق اثنان.

Went here for getting a "INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT". The staffs were polite and the service was quick. This place accept both card and cash. It was less busy when I visited.

Shipping service is Overpriced in comparing to to the low quality service, the application interface is useless as there is a hidden charges, you never deliver the shipment on the pre scheduled time and date so what is the use to ask users when you want to receive the shipment, you cut vat on the the imported shipment value in addition to shipping charges while you are only courier i didnt buy the orders from EP, even if i gonna rent PObox you will keep charging me on each shipment and i have to come to your office to collect the shipment and waiting like other ppl otherwise i have to pay extra 30 aed to deliver the shipment to my place or annual fees xtra to box rent! Other courier companies have more money saving options

Good and efficient. Got my parcel ny time. But not the best. They can provide far more better service.

This so potential place in catching any virus and spreading it

اسوء خدمه الشحنات ما توصل البيت بالاسابيع وبين كل طلب وطلب يومين وما يتواصلون مع العميل اذا الطلبيات موجوده او لا كل تجاربي معاه سيئه جدا

It’s very very bad service, extra charge for delivery or collecting items, no contact if they received the shipping,

Be careful whoever receives the post from abroad if u don't have your private p.o box number. You ll pay 25+ aed for each pack which u r receiving. And they have to do delivery when the address is mentioned on the post but still they want u to come to take and pay for that.
Plus they are not informing in the message which they are sending to ur number that if u not pick up after 15-30 days (depends on the post). It will be send back (what i didn't know by this time).

The office guys are working well
The guy on the door giving token should be working as minster not lobby for sure. He is very very rude careless makes you wait long time so he could finish his phone checking or chit chat with other guys.
As government facility should be taken care of

Incompetent. I was promised morning time delivery. Nothing arrived. Called in to ask about courier status, the call center employee called the courier.the courier didn't answer his phone I was promised a call back from the courier ASAP but I'm certain he's going to call me after 4 hours.

Service for the emirates ID is great, But i visited for sending a document from there Mr Ahmad told me to fill the adress, After i wrote the address on the paper and waiting near the counter, half an hour past, He said again you need to wait, I asked him can i sent the document or not he said you can, but you need to wait, After that all the customers gone, He said that He has other job, If i go behind that it will take half an hour, So whats the purpose of the token system, But the cost was cheaper than the other courier company, Its took 1 hour to sent a document from there, It was 3 minutes job, If you are hurry not recommend to go there.

Not directed at this branch but the service in general.
Exceptionally outstanding mailserviceprovider and customer service.
Worldclass in poor service and disorganization.
Employees who call to schedule a delivery, but don't understand English - or the headset they have does not work properly.
Delivery finally agreed - spend the time from 2 to 5 at home to receive the delivery - now it is noon, the following day. Still no delivery.
The phone line is too busy and all employees are busy - No wonder with such poor organizing, so I can not reschedule my delivery.
More training, better equipment and much better management of customer service and the couriers are requested.
