Emirates Post - Bani Yas Post Office

We put your posts office locations to our interview to pic up my passport on your posts office, should we be ok and can I pickup my passport on your office?

Whenever I order online from companies abroad and pay full delivery charges, I get an sms or a phone call from EMPOST asking for additional delivery charges. The companies I purchase from assured me that they never face this issue with other postal services around the world!

Visited this branch today 6th Jun 2022 at 4: 55pm and there's an Arab guy sitting in white kandora is the most bad mannered person. The way he talks to the people is like, they're his slaves. I wish, if higher management can remove this guy and bring some well mannered people to the branch.

Good & fast service also not much crowded. The only problem is less amount of parking space. Location is easy acceseble. I went there for ID collection and it took less than 15 min.

I drove 40km to receive ID and I don't know why it's sent to this post office and arrived 1 pm but they are closed without previous notice or announcement

Horrible service! They treat you like animals! Especially Mohamed Sharif - Indian national, who is disrespectful, shouting, rude!

They DO NOT accept debit or credit card payments, cash only.

خدمه سريعه ولايوجد ازدحام وموظفين محترمين وتتوفر خدمة الصناديق الخاصة للبريد داخلية (مكيفه) وخارجية كذلك وخدمات البريد المعتاده من ارسال واستلام الطرود البريدية كما يوجد مكاتب للإيجار للعامة ويوجد مكتب سفريات في نفس مبنى البريد فرع بني ياس. اول مره اتعامل معاهم وعجبتني خدماتهم واسلوبهم فالتعامل مع الجمهور والنظام المتبع

It's always busy. Parking is impossible only few parking bays. You have to park on the sandy area. Staff are very friendly and polite.

They don’t do international driving licenses at this location although stated in the ACTUAE.ae website and GOVERNMENT.ae website

The staffs are friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait too long at all. Amazing service.
