Emirates Post - Abu Dhabi Central Post Office

It's 2nd time that they have held my packages (just letters) for many days at their office in UAE, I paid the maximum amount for the fastest way for international services.
Finally, I asked someone in Dubai to call the post office and ask them to follow my package.

Very organized. I’m impressed. I went there today to get international driving license. All the procedure took less than 15 minutes. Mulham was very professional

Very fast service, comfy place and professional staff, not crowded at all morning time, renovated and the new decoration is awesome.

The worst ever shipping experience i had, high charges in comparing to extremely poor old style services, even if you rent a box you still have to pay for every shipment you gonna receive

Recently renovated to a stylish ambience. Very quick service and minimal waiting time. Overall a delightful experience.

I had not visited the Emirates Post central office in about two years and I was pleasantly surprised to see it remodeled. The office looks now prettier, more modern, organized and spacious. It also seems to be working more efficiently. Waiting times are very short.

Great location, easy to park. Excellent service as well. I usually use DHL but I thought I’d try emirates post again. Haven’t been using their services for about 2 years so I thought it’s going to be terrible but I loved this branch. Everyone speaks good English. Clear directions where to go and what to do. I suspect this branch is Run by Emiratis. Way cheaper than DHL. Highly recommend this branch.

OLD Style in everything and their customer service we still can’t pay in card or online for some reason for any payment for when we receive the amount almost always my boxes I receive comes damaged and overall never had a transaction happily, their customer service Almost nonexistent too, I’d rather pay 1000 for dhl than pay emirates post. Funny they keep calling for renewing our p.o. Box on discounts by 50% and free shipping because they are just that bad. They need new management and to update their regulations to be updated to the “new world”

+ before they also deliver to people maybe they should manage their time well and update their customers with the preferred time instead of wasting time for people in this day and time where everything is supposedly fast and post covid otherwise ppl don’t mind paying for dhl and Aramex those names are big and there for a reason

Lots of parking space right bint he middle of the city very fast service. Now they have new office with much more counters. Old STAMPS displayed at the post office made me recall my early days in UAE.

No idea why Amazon is delivering our orders with this courier. I reject any order if the courier is emirates post. Unprofessional and very poor services

Travelled for over 20mins to collect a parcel, and they are not even open as advertised. Absolutely unacceptable. Many others here also trying to access.

I went in to pick up my car's registration card. On counter 3, the Mallu staff was all enthusiastic and overjoyed by my well-spoken personality until I handed him my Emirates ID. To my surprise, when he saw that I am from Pakistan, he stopped talking and responding to me. However, me being me, left by saying " Thanks Man, Have a great evening", to which there was complete silence.

Honestly, I think I'll just have to learn to live with it forever. #racialdiscrimination

Worst service ever, they keep calling that they'll deliver my items, but they never committed with the delivery timing!

Very poor and unprofessional. The working days and hours mention online is wrong. Now they working Monday to Thursday 9 to 5pm and Friday break is 12 to 2.30 pm. Closed on sat sun.wasting peoples time.

I was following my track i was paid from company but i call for asking delivery also and staff receive my on chat in online system no body response for this service, i am so sadly

What kind of post office service are closed on weekends? ! And half day on Friday!

VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE! I ADVISE EVERYONE NEVER EVER DO SEND COURIER ON EMIRATES POST IF YOU DONT WANT ADDITIONAL STRESS IN YOUR LIFE! VERY BAD COURIER SERVICE!

Not well organized. They asked me to take token for customer service and wait for the token. Waited and waited. Saw some locals speaking to the guy at the counter and after them another guy joined. After waiting for 1 hour I asked what’s happening. Then they say token not required and I can directly go and talk to him. So why they forced me to take token and wait? Unprofessional staff

Not serious deliveries, incompetent delivery man. Takes time to deliver. Only positive point the calling service which answers.

I have been coming to Abu Dhabi for 3 months. I have completed my educational qualification HSC.

Very bad customer service and slow service.i called them and they have no idea where the package is, they said i got it but it was actually with customs and they couldn't help with what to do next.best way is to avoid this company!

Kept my passport idle and not delivering to my address even after visa stamping done, as I didn’t attend phone call
No message alert or call after I miss the first call, after one day tracking number helped me to identify the status and they agreed to deliver next day.

Excellent bad service, not recomended. Because my wife emirates ID yet not recieve from april untill now.due to there is no any notification giving to me or else they return back to origin that ID and again they are not communicate to me.i dont know my wife id arrive or not, i went there several times come back after 10 days they request it to re deliver. If you come again said come back again after 10 days, if you are in situation like this dont believe them your wasting of time. They just talk only not good action.

They do the services requested and assist when needed. I am just writing to express my sadness about the delivery drivers. The weather is at least 45°C during noon these days and drivers are still delivering.
People should not complaint about the delay or inaccuracy in the delivery services.

Worst experience ever in UAE.i have been spending money calling them for the past 3 weeks for my international shippment they probably misplaced.they keep saying someone will call me back and no one ever call back.i feel sooo frustrated dealing with them

Abu Dhabi Central Post office is a Government office! There have lots of government work in this UAE and you can solved it from here!

I failed to collect the Emirates Id my wife in the month of march due to covid situation as most of the office and services were not available, when I went to collect in august they said the emirates id is destroyed you need to apply for a new one. As everyone is aware that there is covid situation they should not have disposed the emirates id in that case and now I have to make extra payment.

Very bad behaviour employees they have, I feel sorry for choosing this company.one off the employees call me, and talk with very rude and bad behaviour. And also took my carrier back.

Vet impractical service, slow, and not customer friendly. I would highly recommend avoiding using this service. I have never received any shipment from them on time. Almost every single time I used them, I keep receiving a msg that they have attempted delivery without actually receiving any call or visit from them. There are many logistical services in Abu Dhabi and there is no reason to to choose this service.

A place that I don’t want to go back to, customer service concept doesn’t exist, and bad attitude! I thought things were changed, but unfortunately not!

Plz change your time. Its off saturday but tou hv put timing of 9to6.i went there yesterday but it was closed.

Very pathetic service. Items were shipped to me twice through empost including my driving license. Both the times I had to call their customer care multiple times to get it delivered.
No option for zero star.

No urgency for customer service. Takes them a month to answer to my calls/email and then answer that they already DISPOSED my shipments because nobody contacted them. I did contact you, even your courier service One Click Courier, yet you FAIL to deliver. I paid for those shipments! And you just keep yourselves safe saying you are not liable.

Very bad service, I applied Pobox in online and paid the fee, when I went to collect the key, they made me to go and come 3 times and still didn't get the key.

More than 40 days for car registration till now I didn't receive it. If they bring it from the moon it will reach earlier.

Highly disappointed by the services provided. The customer service representative are very un professional and lack knowledge about the rules and regulations. I called them 6times and each and everyone gave different Information which in the end all was all wrong.

They kept saying how they can not send me parcel to AlRuwais and only one of the colleague can come to take as I could not and later when my colleague went they Declined to give him my parcel and then agreed to send it to Al ruwais.

You are waisting your time and money as well as ours please fix your services

Located in madinat zayed, big parking lot out side (be careful its paid and the rate is 2 dirham/hours only) the place is big and new, token machines with different sections, very fast service and comfy seats, the place is clean, modern and well maintained, i believe there is more than 20 windows to serve the customers

Cool interior, require change in attitude of employees, be prepared to spend more than an hour, you may asked to go from counter to counter for sending a document, they will blame it on computers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the highly efficient handling of parcel delivery from online shopping. The customer service area is well organized with adequate seating and a queuing system. The staff are very helpful and the procedure to receive and clear incoming parcels is quick and clear.

بصراحه اسلوب الوافدين البشتغلو ارقي وافضل من البنات والاولاد قمه في الافتراء يصارخو علي الناس اصواتهم عاليه وفمه العنصريه والاستفزاز حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل كانهم مش مخلوقين من طين حاصه البنات وبعض الشباب والله الناس ترسل بفلوسها مفترض عليهم احترام الناس تجربه سيئه جدا جدا واتمني أجد مكان افضل المرات القادمه لشحن اغراضي يهمنا الاحترام فقط
