I recently visited this post office branch, and I must say it's absolutely beautiful! The customer service is top-notch, with incredibly kind staff. I was so delighted when my parcels reached their destination three days earlier than anticipated. They also provide beautiful parcel boxes. A stellar experience overall!

Since my first visit of Al Ain Central Post Office, I have been impressed by generosity and politeness of its employees. Moreover, when I received service from a customer happiness employee, Ms. Hend Alfalahi, I got convinced that "Happiness Centers" across the UAE were called so because of amazing Ms. Hend. This competent, kind, and supportive lady can do wonders.
I had a very challenging situation as my U. S.bank kept sending me confidential and very important information and all those letters were returned back because FedEx service people could locate my home address. It was an amazing Ms. Hind who volunteered to help me - yes, it was not part of her job but Ms. Hend did it without even my request -just because she is an angel. I know that she had to spend much time and effort when looking for the recently sent (final) letter and thanks to her my letter did find me.:)
My sweet Ms. Hend with a big heart, I cannot properly describe how grateful I am to you. I wish you and and your family all the best - you deserve it more that anyone else I know.

I visited 2 times here and i got excellent service.
There were enough staff and front office staff provided token. The person who assisted was very polite and delivered my parcel immediately.

All the staff were very helpful and polite. I was there for quite a while. They called me when there was a problem and helped me through the problem. Thank you

أسوأ خدمة ممكن تحصلها ، الموظف مو عارف كيف يسوي الفورم و بعدين يقلي انت لازم تجبلي فورم! قلتله أنا أجيب فورم البريد للبريد ؟؟

Very friendly.helpful dedicated staff.good customer service.now they serve customer within 2 minutes.now these covid 19 days there is thermal scanner also thermal shield counter 7 8 9 10.so fast. Absolutely delivering happiness

كل اللي حاطين ٥ نجوم شكلهم منهم وفيهم. موظفين للأسف خدمة بايخه وأسوأ تعامل موظفات عندهم غير بشوشات ونفسيات والمعاملة حسب المزاج وشو جنسيتك. مجرد رأي

يتصلون اوقات غير مناسبه واذا مارديت ماراح يتصل مره ثانيه واذا اتصلت فيهم يتغذر بسبب انقطاع الكهربه

So bad service they take more than a week to arrive my ship and they dont send me a massage for the number of it!

Very fast service although their staff does not characterise for being very friendly. Nevertheless, they are respectful all the time.

I rated this post office 5 because of Mr. Yaser the delivery team supervisor who helped me through our family visa stamp process on our passports his extraordinary service starting from receiving the passports to deliver them. He is very professional and efficient.

I availed the snail mail service at less dirhams and the mail reached to my home in PH at exact time told by Empost. Thumbs up for efficient service

The amazing lady on counter 5 took the time to personally pack my parcel. She was very courteous towards customers and welcoming everyone with a smile. The excellent supervisor lady was making sure everyone has been looked after efficiently. Well done E-Post for improving services. Way to go.

Very efficient service.specially the system for collecting Emirates ID. Also it is easy to access a rented post box.

اسوء موظفين ممكن تتعامل معاهم خاصة موظفين الشحن يتصل عليك الساعه ٧ ونص واذا مارديت عليه أنسى توصلك طلبيتك اتمنى الجهات المختصه تنظر بهذا الموضوع وتحاسب هذي النوعية من الموظفين

When I did my transactions there, the filipino staff that process my request was courteous and helpful. When I asked questions pertaining to my parcels they provided ETA for the delivery and it was a day early than expected. This is an international delivery and it was good. If you want to be serve immediately make sure to go there between 2-4pm as there are few people who go there. We know that we are paying customers but we have to be patient because if you go there and in a hurry with limited time may I suggest to give alloted time or better yet be there as early as possible when they open their doors.

Slow local ladies who are delaying customers on counter 5 and 6. Very bad treatment. 25March 2019 11: 20 AM. If less than 1 star I would choose.

معاملة سيئة للغاية كل ما اجيهم. إنتظار طويل، لكي أستلم بضاعة بسيطة انتظرت اكثر من ٤٥ دقيقة! ما يستاهلون نجمة صراحة. والله المستعان

Need to develop that area and add artificial intelligence. Very lazy staff need to be more focus in satisfy the customer and the journey must less time and efforts consuming. It's great to add automation to such facilities.
